Elevator not working holes in the sheets breakfast area closed cold food

The buffet breakfast was dried fried eggs and runny gravy. Just not the selection I expected. The water in my shower would not get hot because it was not working right. No working elevator. Staff was friendly though.

Not even sure where to start, elevator was broken our whole time there, there was cockroaches constantly coming about. The shower had ZERO hot water, the safety lock on door was broken. The room smelled and they seemed as if they did a quick mop to get smell out and made the bed and called it cleaning. The room was dirty, the sink counters were dirty, Place was so gross that we ended up having to check out early and find a new place.

Interior lock in room, it was broken elevator out of order. I'm disabled.It was on the 2nd floor housekeeping never came by ice machine's broken. No hot water the breakfast was mostly inedible and lacking the essentials like milk juice creammer for coffee,when asked if we could get some milk the staff member removed the empty container and was not seen again the entire establishment reeked of marijuana wreakereeked

Elevator was not working for 3 days I was there. Ice maker not working on 1st & 2nd floors itwas only available on 3rd floor. Nice clean room and no coffeemaker either. Tolerable but not as advertised. Too bad because it could have been a good stay otherwise.
