Front desk using a prepaid cellphone, internet is out and no microwave

Stayed 2 nights, first night was horrible. Placed in a small bed with no internet and no working TV. Air conditioning was noisy and couldn't sleep well. Second night, i was moved into a different room bigger with a working TV, but still no internet. Staff were friendly, but property condition is in bad shape. This morning, the toilet stopped flushing d/t the system used to save water.

I have been staying here for about two months and things are getting progressively worse. The Internet has been out for over a week and the people who are here at the facility although they are nice. They have no authority and they have no answers.

Super ghetto, people out all hours of the night paper thin walls, dirty walls, no faceplate on electrical outlets, no Internet and not told until after you booked,

The hotel is going down hill, the internet has been out for a week.

Pro: Front desk woman was friendly. Con: Broken plumbing fixtures, broken shade on lamp, difficult to regulate water temperature in shower, shower only (no diverter on tub spout), soiled sheet, no in room Wi-Fi, steps of exterior stairwell have varying height and doubtful longevity. Sign in front of registration window warns that a refund is available only during the first 10 minutes following registration. That should have been a clue.

Upon arrival the room was still dirty. Other rooms on the property had windows busted out and what appeared to be squatters living in the vacant rooms. Bed had cigarette burns on the blankets. Floors felt unstable and bed quality was atrocious. The shower would only have hot water for about 2 minutes before chilling to cold or Luke warm. Lights didn’t work and half of the channels on the tv wouldn’t get signal. Upon check out, no one was there and I had to throw my room key thru a small opening in their service window.

Dirty room, open condom wrapper on the floor, bed wasn’t made. Dirty towels

This property is infested with roaches, an entire colony. The shower curtains are filthy, the walls are beat up and stained, the floors are caving in, the towels and bedding are stained, there’s no microwave or refrigerator, some of the a/c units leak large amounts of water onto floor, and there’s no ice machine or laundry room. Just a very cheap stay online but very costly if not purchasing a room through the app.

When I first booked 5 mins later I got a message saying these were not recent photos and there was no microwave or fridge. First room we went in no lights worked not even the TV. Not only is there duct tape all over what is supposed to be hard wood floor there are roaches crawling around in the toilet with the lights on. The bed spread had cig burns on them and the mattress was by far the worst I've ever slept on in my life. Very dirty. Glad we brought our own linen there is no way I would of slept on the stained burned linen provided. If you stay here don't bring your stuff in unless u want to take some friends (roaches) home

They don't have wifi a microwave or fridge in their rooms also roach infested

There was mold on the shower curtains. Cigarettes burns on the bedsheets. Roaches crawling around on the bed. The place needs to be renovate. I have asthma and I can't stay in a place like. It's trigger my depression

I was about 40-45 min early for check-in, and was flatly told "check-in is at 3." Nothing more. I left and came back at 3, was checked in, staff was friendly, but, going into the room- mini fridge COVERED in rust, mold in the shower, headboard hanging half off the wall, cracks in the wall paint, the floor boards had all been worn away, and were broken, the A/C wouldn\'t turn on at all, so they switched us rooms, the keys kept not working in that room 4 times til finally maintenance had to come and the A/C didn\'t work in that room either. They had managed to fix the air in the first room by then so we switched back AGAIN, the maintenance had to change the batteries in the second door so the keys would work at all, So, we ends out staying in the nasty room. There was ONE pillow on each bed and cigarette burn holes in the comforter, the walls were filthy, and the lampshade above the nightstand was burned and busted off the lamp. The lights didn\'t always come on, and once the TV got turned off it wouldn\'t come back on, the shower water was either SCALDING or ICE COLD, it was a train wreck! Had I had the money, I would\'ve left, but we had nowhere else to go that night. At the very least, we had clean sheets to sleep in. Otherwise, just because I booked through a cheaper booking site, SHOULD NOT mean I get out in the NASTIEST room in that place!! Clearly someone had been living in that room for a long time prior, and they just never repaired anything. It was disgusting.

Floor was literally caved in the bathroom.

No amenities at all. No fridge. No microwave. No ice machine. No vending machine. Dim lights in room. 40 watt bulbs. Tiles separated from the floors. Vents falling off the wall. Overall, good place to just sleep for the price.

The light for the vanity didn't work. I didn't have hot water for my shower in the morning. The staff were they best part of my experience. Very nice people.

This place was cheap and despite it being full it was quite There was space to put my inflatable bed however there were very few amenities. Such as no fridge no microwave and a tv that did not work. loud AC. and no coffee or anything. two tiny bars of soap and some small towels was all there was so make sure you bring what you need Very hard to get into the hotel parking

The checkin lady was awesome it was quick and easy. However the room was not up to par In fact I left a day early. The bed was thin and hard. The floor planks were gapped it was a tripping hazard dirty sink and tub and including the floors sank which made the bathroom floors not leaves at all’s

Very unhappy being We rented for warmth and shower . Times are hard and come to find out from other guess that theres been no Hot water for 3 days prior . But the office rented and never mentioned or rejected our stay bc of no working hot water. No refunds were giving or offered. Very upset.

Roaches in room, and front service was really rude

Ms. Sonya at front desk makes you feel at home. Along with staff also very helpful. Ms. Marie in Housekeeping keeps lobby and rooms clean clean clean. . Love Spending Time There.

Room was very ckean and Staff is grwat especially Miss Sonja at the front desk and Maria the great housekeeper. She works hard and does a great job.

The woman at the desk asked for my PIN number to my debit card. She did not offer me the machine to put it in myself. She may defraud me. I was so stupid to give it to her. I will have her arrested if she uses it. So upset. Was so tired and needed rest.

This is a terrible place to stay. Rooms are dirty, staff unfriendly, just an all around bad stay. Pick somewhere else

Just the access to everything in the neighborhood everything is so easy to locate and get the spot your looking for.

This Hotel is really dated... A little bit of Caulk & Paint does not do it justice. Another-wards, it is really in bad shape and needs a TOTAL Redo! The area is Not the best and had to sleep with the Light ON. I would NOT stay there or recommend this place to anyone... It defintley is a Budget Hotel. :-(
