A nice hotel. Clean rooms nice and big and provide all dove products in bathroom. Big screen tv. Coffee maker and fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast in morning. 24 coffee and tea. Nice friendly staff. Nice night out

Great place to stay. Looks like it was recently remodeled. New carpet, paint and more. Bed and pillows was great for a perfect nights rest. Room and bathroom very clean.

The hotel was nice with a 24/7 front desk and snack bar and really delicious free breakfast every day ( I SUGGEST YOU GET THERE WHEN BREAKFAST IS FIRST SERVED OR GET LEFT WITH SLIM PICKINGS) . The room was clean and spacious with a air conditioner that kept the room really cool, I enjoyed that . The room was also clean and has a comfortable big bed and microwave and mini refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. It has a big flat screen tv. The staff was so nice and welcoming. My only issue was the guest that was in the room above mine. Intentionally stomping ( He or she had to be Paul Bunyan or Bigfoot or The Jolly Green Giant) They even let there kid run and stomp like crazy too ! I couldn’t take it anymore and left. My advice is unless noise doesn’t bother you, Always ask for a room on the highest floor that they have so that no one will be over your head. Some people are just plain disrespectful

The property was very nice and clean. Staff was professional and polite. The hotel location quiet and peaceful, the location also has restaurants and a Walmart nearby. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I would come back again.

The place is okay. It does not have the same holiday in express standards as others. Service was poor. They did not clean rooms and replenish for multi day stay. The breakfast was okay but the staff was in panic as they complained about management not refilling supply. Beds are poor in comfort and room is very small. Felt like motel bed and room. The rooms have bad odor from carpets and you can see fresh food stains. Weekend cleaning crew does not seem to do their job well or it maybe under staffed as we didn’t get our room cleaned and from the first day odor of carpets and food stains from previous party. It was not worth the price. Could had a better place for the amount spend.

The second floor smelled like vomit the whole time we were there. It was disgusting! There was something yellow dribbled on the floor from the lobby to the elevator, in the elevator, and on the second floor. The floors were dirty in general. Apparently nobody mops. The shower pressure was awful. It was a fairly convenient location with many food options and shopping nearby, but none within walking distance. We were in town for a dance competition in Voorhees and this hotel was about 10 minutes away, without highways. The area was nice. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but the hotel itself was very loud. People were making a lot of noise all night and early morning, which made it very difficult to sleep. The beds weren’t comfortable. We might stay here again, but given the noise and the cleanliness issues, we will likely find somewhere else for next year.

I got a room with 2 queen beds in between the 2 beds was this absolute nasty smell of pee. We had let the front desk no that there was a smell she said they would send someone up to clean and shampoo the area. We left came back a few hours later and walked into the room it was all cleaned up beds back together and smell was not there until we went to smell were it was originally coming from and boom pee smell hit you right on the nose. We fall down to front desk to let them know and she asked us what we wanted her to do. We told her we wanted a new room which she had no problem with just had to go down and get a new Key. Thought it was going to be all set until we drag all of our unpacked bags and sleeping child into the room next door. We lay on the bed boom it’s completely broken like are we serious right now over all staff was good breakfast was tasty but the rooms just weren’t it I’m 50/50 on if I would stay again

Not a good stay ,bed not good at all did not want to complain after I had to move my room twice, because microwave was bent all the way in on top. A man from customer service move us to another room, which the door would not close properly you could see inside very unsafe. Finally we got a room with that was ok. Except white stains on the chairs they look permanent thank you and the carpet has stains also

Not good sound proofing…At no fault of the kind PEOPLE at the hotel, who were very nice, the property is “cheap” and I could hear every step the guy on the floor above me took…which bummer for me was a LOT and often and in the middle of the night :-/

The front desk lady at check in was very rude and gave us a room on 1st floor and the door lock did not work. Also it was extremely loud from a team of kids running and yelling in halls and people above us making a ton on noise.

Our room was fairly quiet except for very hard walking (and constantly) guests. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for their behavior but what is a bit annoying is how easily we could hear their walking. Floors aren’t constructed well. Our room smelled like a salad bar instead of a nice clean and fresh hotel room.

Staff we great! Rooms were clean and neat! I traveled with my wife and kids. We had a very noisy neighbor one night with non-stop bass pounding music. The front desk was very professional and took care of the issue. Thank you very much for that!

Clean room & washroom. Terribly unprofessional & rude check in person, Vanesa. I hope they can train their staff to understand they are in the hospitality business. Arrived over an hour later then the check-in time the rooms were not ready. Instead of being empathetic and maybe slightly apologetic, the person became aggressive and rude.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. Everything was beautifully displayed and fresh. We loved the "To Go" bags which was great to take a muffin for the road. The pancake machine was unique and made 2 great pancakes. It was also nice to have hot omelettes and sausage.

The room was clean but that’s all the good. The hallways smelled like a cheap nasty air freshener. The breakfast we didn’t expect much of but still was below expectations. Coffee was undrinkable and me and my wife ended up going to Starbucks. The was very limited breakfast no bacon or eggs because the “oven was broken.” Staff finally brought out eggs but by then we wanted to get out of there. Will not be returning

We enjoyed our stay. I was a little disappointed that they did not have turkey sausage on during our stay, that was an influence for booking. But it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again.
