Miscommunication about the parking was a bit of a problem but got sorted out eventually. The manager and staff’s hospitality made up for any inconvenience.

RIMONDI is the perfect little hideaway tucked in the old city. The hosts are so welcoming and great with recommendations. We loved our spacious 2-story suite- plenty of room to relax, lounge on the sectional and unpack. Step right outside their doors and you are smack in the middle of the old city with numerous options for shopping, delicious meals, snacks and a fun stroll all around the port. Don’t miss the charming old world phyllo maker and grab some baklava to go - truly scrumptious. Be sure to tell the parking that you want the 24 hour option- max 20 euros or they will charge by the hour. You can’t actually drive down the road to the hotel- but that is a great thing. Their bellhop will wheel your luggage down the street, even at 6am.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in every way. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Everyone went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. The pools were divine. Everything was perfect.

Located in old town, this historic building is really charming. We had the one bedroom suite which was nice and there was enough space. Bathroom was small but functional. It could get bit stuffy as the AC was in the outside room only. Breakfast was great and you can't beat the location. You do have to park at the port and walk a bit as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area.

Hotel has a good location, however it looks much better on photos than in person. We booked a room in renovated part, however it was not available and they initially offered an 'upgrade' in suit. Suit is in non renovated part and furniture is really old. We ended up getting a room with hot-tub at the balcony (hot-tub only has hot water). The overall facility looks like it needs a renovation and does not seem to be a genuine small luxurious hotel. Pools are very small and both just inside areas that are fully functional bars/restaurants, so not really areas where you can relax and enjoy.

Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel.

This is a very nice place to stay. With 2 pools. A great breakfast selection. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very accommodating and responsive! I would definitely stay there again.

This location was in the old town so it was super convenient and we could walk everywhere. Parking was off site and although it was safe and close by it was a little pricey.

From the hotels marketing, I was surprised to meet a real life experience like this. I was put into a basement room, smelling mould. Apart from that, the hotel was ok. Nice and friendly staff, but a very limitid breakfast table. Paying 200€ ++ a night, you will find far better Boutique hotels In Rethymno:-(

Super hôtel chambre très propre petit point faible salle de bain un peu petite comparer au reste de la chambre, petit déjeuner bien mais les jus sont pas bons. Service très agréable et personnel très accueillant bien situé mais il n’y a pas de parking gratuit dans les alentours

Struttura veramente bella e centralissima, parcheggio a 100 m. non pervenuto, ed è veramente difficile trovare posto in centro per l'auto, rifornimento dei necessaire per bagno e doccia non quotidiano e decisamente insufficiente per 3 persone, camera al piano terra buia e umida con bagno piccolo e scomodo. Il personale molto cortese e professionale

Rimondi Rethymno, what a stunning and beautiful place. An oasis in the old town. We were greeted by Eleni, her beeing so kind, superfriendly and she was so dedicated for her job and made you feel so welcome and at home. The room, terrasse, garden and pools - so clean and nice. The delicate breakfast by the pool, made with love by the chefs. Sergei in the reception, always so friendly and helpful. We had lovely lunch and wine/cava in the garden, with the rest of the family. Amazing Georgia always made our day bright. Superspecial thanks to you from Moi and Roz Lagos. Thank you again Eleni and the fantastic team from all of us. Looking forward to returning to Rimondi and the best staff ever. Kind regards Kristin & Trond and family. PS: Thank you also for arranging transport to Hania airport.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel courtois, excellent petit dejeuner. Toutefois ma chambre (103 à éviter) était tout près de la zone de service/petit déjeuner d’un côté et de la rue de l’autre. Elle était située dans ce qui me semble être une ancienne voûte. Une chambre bruyante (a 4am le personnel s’activait pour le service du petit dejeuner) , sombre, humide, déprimante!

Arrivée hier Malgré 2 relances ménage toujours pas fait ! On me dit que la femme de ménage arrive mais rien L impression d être mené en bateau ! Vu le prix payé c est honteux ! Établissement pas sérieux Personnel nonchalant Déjà au check-in chambre obtenue à 15:45 sans excuses. Rien Tout leur semble normal Il me reste encore une semaine sur place …

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.

The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great.

Joli boutique hôtel, emplacement parfait dans Rethymno dans la vieille ville. Des jolies ruelles et beaucoup de restaurants. Plein de charme. Joli patio où on peut prendre le petit déjeuner . Jolie piscine mais pas essayée car trop froid en avril Chambre sur 2 étages, avec une jolie terrasse. Très agréable. Point négatif : escalier très raide entre la chambre et le bas . salle de bain minuscule avec WC entre le lavabo et la douche

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel courtois, excellent petit dejeuner. Toutefois ma chambre (103 à éviter) était tout près de la zone de service/petit déjeuner d’un côté et de la rue de l’autre. Elle était située dans ce qui me semble être une ancienne voûte. Une chambre bruyante (a 4am le personnel s’activait pour le service du petit dejeuner) , sombre, humide, déprimante!

This hotel is wonderful. We were upgraded to a two story suite. Gorgeous but beware that the bathroom is downstairs with a bedroom loft and it has very steep steps to get down. For older people it may not be the best type of room. Breakfast by the pool was tasty and the staff was very nice.

RIMONDI is the perfect little hideaway tucked in the old city. The hosts are so welcoming and great with recommendations. We loved our spacious 2-story suite- plenty of room to relax, lounge on the sectional and unpack. Step right outside their doors and you are smack in the middle of the old city with numerous options for shopping, delicious meals, snacks and a fun stroll all around the port. Don’t miss the charming old world phyllo maker and grab some baklava to go - truly scrumptious. Be sure to tell the parking that you want the 24 hour option- max 20 euros or they will charge by the hour. You can’t actually drive down the road to the hotel- but that is a great thing. Their bellhop will wheel your luggage down the street, even at 6am.

Came for the location, stayed for the pool and the ambiance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall would stay again and would recommend without reservation.

This property is elegantly beautiful. The staff was exceptional especially Elena who runs the front desk. She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. She went above & beyond to help us with whatever questions we had. This property is highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.

Located in old town, this historic building is really charming. We had the one bedroom suite which was nice and there was enough space. Bathroom was small but functional. It could get bit stuffy as the AC was in the outside room only. Breakfast was great and you can't beat the location. You do have to park at the port and walk a bit as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area.

Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel.

L'emplacement était au top, au centre, à proximité de tout! Le personnel était très avenant et gentil, toutefois la chambre bien que réservée pour 3 personnes n'était pas adéquate pour ce nombre. Le lit d'appoint était exécrable. Le petit déjeuner offert était somme toute correct mais peu élaboré.
