The pool water was quite cold, so I did not get to use the swimming pool. I went into the exercise room and there was no water available. The woman at the desk was kind enough to fill up my water bottle. It still would have been nice if it was in there. The sliding door in the bathroom was pretty shaky and noisy and there were pieces including screws, obviously from a hinge on the floor below it. The air conditioner made a heck of a lot of noise when it was starting up and slowing down.

This hotel was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay. We usually stay at Hampton Inn when we travel because of our dogs, but Hilton Garden Inn is also pet friendly. No complimentary breakfast, but there was a breakfast buffet available in their restaurant. The hotel had a very nice bar along with outdoor eating areas. The fitness center looked larger than what you’ll find in most hotels. We won’t hesitate to stay in a Hilton Garden Inn in our future travels.

The pool was not working and we didn't know that when I booked the room. This was a very expensive night away from home to go swimming for my 9 year old son...and we didn't get to swim because the pool had been shut down for a day to get the levels back to where they needed to be. I understand the situation, I just wish I had known before booking the room.

This property is located close to the soccer fields. It also has several choices for dining around it. I gave it an average rating because the pool was very, very small. So don't choose this hotel if you want to swim. Also, you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Hotel was nice. Clean rooms. Clean lobby. Nice pool for kids to play in. My only complaint was the pet fee. My fault that I missed the fine print but Hotels.com app should have included the $75 pet fee in the optimal fees when I processed my payment. Was not prepared to pay that much for my dog and would have kicked a different hotel that didn't charge so much for a 30 lb. dog.

No cook and even when they did breakfast the stove was out and still charged us TWENTY dollars for some burnt biscuits n eggs. No bartender at the bar and we went to the “heated” pool. Absolutely wasn’t heated. Ruined us from hiltons ever again

Although this was not the worst property I have staying in, it was disappointing. The staff was friendly and the hotel was located in a convenient location. However, the room was not as clean as one would expect. The floors had clearly not been swept or cleaned. The nightstand had some sort of red liquid spilled all over it. Although the bed linens were clean, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. We booked a double queen room and only received 2 towels for the duration of our stay. When we requested additional towels, we were told they were short on towels but would try to find us some. We never received any additional towels and had to manage with only 2 towels for the duration of our 2 night stay. I would be very reluctant to stay at this property again.

They had just shampooed the carpet in our room so the carpet was wet and the room smelled awful with the chemical cleaner they used. We didn't realize the carpet was still wet until we had settled in and took off our shoes, which made our socks wet with the cleaner. We propped the door open, hoping to sit out the room but it never worked. We were only staying one night so we suffered through it. Looking back, I wish we would have asked for another room since we didn't sleep well at all, probably due to the smell.

The wheelchair accessible room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was so large that my husband was able to easily move around the entire room. Also loved having a night stand on both sides of the bed.

The lobby is really nice :-/. Hotel is right on the interstate and we heard traffic all night long, despite white noise machines and AC fans being on. There was no hot water in the morning. Front desk said they had to reset the hot water heater. Never got warm enough to shower. Rooms were also pretty outdated with hunter green/burgundy and carpet. Not my favorite Hilton

We have stayed here several times. It's clean and a great place. This particular stay our TV remote did not work and they ran out of coins for the washer and dryer. Neither thing was remedied which is why I give 4 stars overall.

The staff was friendly and professional. I don't know what this hotel was doing but for 40 mins during each day no one is at the desk or answering phones. The locks malfunctioned on our rooms and no one could help us. Very bad management

The property was fine but I had problems at checkout. I had already paid for the room through Expedia and they charged my card again. The front desk clerks did not know what they were doing. I will have to call the GM on Monday to get my money back. It was quite a chunk to have withdrawn from my account, not expecting it. Very frustrating. The desk clerk kept saying she was having computer problems but my guess is that it was operator problem.

Checked in at 2:47. Checked in and then went back to request a room not directly in front of elevator. Clerk said no other clean rooms available. 10 minutes later she was checking in several other guests. Asked again if I could move. Said she would go up and call in 10 minutes, never called back. Poor customer service.

Absolutely great stay! Facility and room were clean and well maintained. The only complaint which is out of there control is the noise coming from the highway right behind the property. Other than that, great place!

There is construction nearby so not a lot of spots for your pup to go potty. Very close to the interstate too but the rooms were quiet. Clean and well kept. Would stay here again.
