Stayed with a friend for night out. The room was tired broken furniture , cleanliness throughout whole hotel was very poor. Cups in room dirty, mould in bathroom. Finger marks on all glass furniture, broken draws. The mattresses had seem better days, y comfy due to springs being felt. Only one toilet roll on room which was half used. Room really cold in the morning and unable to change temperature. For the price we paid I’d expect to have comfortable clean room. Location was spot on but due to the issues we came across we would not book to stay here again. Couldn’t even get a wine at the bar due to having non.

Excellent location, right beside restaurants and bars on nearby bolt street Done the job. Ww were just over for a Liverpool game so ok for a flying visit. Building could do with a refurb but the room was clean. Bed mattress was uncomfortable -that was the only negative. Receptionist was friendly and upgraded our room to one with a window.

Staff great. Room not cleaned though in 3 days (not sure if I should have asked). I had a room overlooking the main road and from 3am onwards it was very busy and loud outside. My friend had a rear room and said it was great.

The staff were exceptional couldn't do enough for you So convenient for eating places and walkable everywhere The rooms were clean tidy and a bath in our room which we needed would definitely recommend

A twin room at the Printworks was the cheapest that I could get on short notice… and at £107 for the night, it was hard to see the worth. I arrived into my room with a window open and the heating on trying to compensate. The furniture was scuffed and draws didn’t have handles on, sheets felt like Velcro, tv and internet had minimal signal, and pretty sure there was a pube in the bath. Perfect stay if you are just going for a night on the lash.

The “pod” room we were allocated is not what we believed we’d booked, as we booked a “double”. There was barely room for 2 people to move past each other in it. The bathroom fan didn’t turn off so was hard to sleep through it. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The one pillow we each had was thin so we had to put towels underneath. At £130+, given the photos look pretty good, we expected far better from this hotel.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. It was a spacious and very comfortable room, with beautiful decor and modern comfort features such as air conditioning and a heated floor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpful too. I really enjoyed my stay. My only issue was the hot water wasn’t working in the shower when I tried to use it - but it was about 1pm so I’m assuming they might’ve been having work done to the boiler? Hot water was back in the evening so probably just a one-off issue. Definitely doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel - very much a 5 star stay for a very affordable price. Thank you!

The room was as advertised no windows and on the ground floor, a bit smaller than expected but the bathroom was large. The room on arrival didn’t have any towels or anything but the man at reception (I arrived quite late) was very helpful and very nice. There was a strange smell in the room and it did feel quite stuffy but I slept very well and it’s in an ideal location.

The staff were very friendly helpful and kind! The staff at the reception desk were helpful in every way helping us to get around Liverpool and to get groceries/meals and transportation. We are truly happy that we chose PrintWorks Hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone! There’s no other place for us to stay in Liverpool going forward other than PrintWorks Hotel!
