Appreciate that car parking is on first come basis however the hotel obviously doesn’t have nearly enough parking spaces for guests considering there are no other options for parking nearby

This is a really nice hotel - very well-laid out with good parking and access. Within the lobby area are various games and activities which help to occupy younger guests. The staff are very friendly and supportive and overall the atmosphere is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very tidy. We had an issue with disturbance from another guest’s room which, once flagged, was fairly dealt with by the hotel team. We make periodic trips to Aberdeen and will continue to visit this hotel when doing so.

Good vibe liked pool table although it charged me twice for one game, my partner lost his phone at the bar and after contacting the hotel staff kindly put it into our room for when we returned

The sofa bed sheets were so dirty that they hadn't been replaced, and there was no cover. The night-shift staff member continued to complain, saying it is not his job. The day shift manager's response was very satisfactory. he offered a sincere apology and some form of compensation. This is a hotel I would visit again, except for the night shift staff.

Excellent spot over to the airport or gig. The hotel was so quiet and not a single plane heard. Fab facilities in lobby area with lots to do to pass time or enjoy with friends. Only fault I would say was not enough sockets for standard plug in the room. Otherwise, would recommend

Very cold room with no real way to warm it up apart from advice to open the window. The duvet was inadequate and more like a sheet. Far too thin for Scotland! Staff were lovely and helpful but food was not good. Definitely won’t be returning and will not be recommending.

Ok for one night stay. We had a 3 night stay, unfortunately no shelving for our clothes. Otherwise all round good clean staff very helpful.

Only check in took ages for guy checking me in to spell my name, eventually he got it then couldn’t find my booking, when I finally checked in he handed me my card and said nothing , no room number ,no where lift and stairs were , no enjoy your stay, just handed me my card.

Poor service. Arrived at 10pm and just wanted to sleep knowing we'd need to be up at 5am to catch a plane. I asked for more pillows just after 10 and we were still waiting at gone 1am. In the end I went downstairs in my pyjamas and said I wasn't moving until I got some.

We returned to our room late and the heating was stuck on 26 degC, required staff to switch system off. Complimentary water was offered. We unfortunately witnessed reception staff on check out being extremely rude to a guest trying to check in demanding he stood aside and to come back at 3pm, he only wanted to leave his bag in a secure location

The bar service was absolutely shocking Lewis concert on place mobbed and 1 server. She had no awareness of queue and was missing order and angering customers. Food service terrible, a ceaser salad with no dressing and took 30mins + to prepare.

Moxy is great value and pleasant stay. Have used it a few times now. My only issue, which isn't a big one, is the bar seems pretty unorganised. To have 1 card machine during busy times is ridiculous. I got my drinks and was left waiting around 5 minutes to actually pay for them while the card machine was passed between servers. They also ran out of glasses (this happened during my last stay too, last time they even ran out of white wine!). It seems to coincide with nights a concert is on at Teca so I think they just need to prepare better for when gigs are on. Will still stay here again though.

Stayed for one night while attending a show at P&J Live. The hotel was clean beds comfortable and a good suzed bathroom with shower. Staff were welcoming and friendly. A buffet breakfast was offered with a good variety of cereals, hot food ( vegan options had to be requested) breads and pastries as well as fruit juices. Ive no hesitation about reccomending this hotel as a stay over for airport of the entertainment venue. The airport bus runs in both directions every 15 minutes with stops a short walk from the hotel.

First time using hotel at Aberdeen airport. Good location - easy accessible bus to city centre and 10min walk to terminal. Room was clear and temperature was acceptable. Bonus, bar was open until midnight so time to have a pint following a late flight. Plenty choice at breakfast

Nice, modern, hotel a short walking distance (5 min) from Aberdeen Airport terminal building. Regular bus service (727) into Aberdeen city centre from a nearby bus stop. Pub next door (The Dyce Farm) does good food.

I had a great stay at the Moxy, The staff were excellent, the evening meal was very nice. The breakfast was pricey at £15.00 and not that great but all in all a really good stay and will definitely be back.

Great location for us using the P&J Live. Parking is charged at £5 for 24hrs. Our room looked onto the runway at Aberdeen and was super quiet. Unfortunately the staff couldn't keep up with how busy it was. We were unable to have dinner prior to leaving for the P&J and breakfast consisted of a coffee machine that needed replenished and constant empty hot plates. The staff working did try their best but you could tell they were understaffed.

I stay here regularly and havent in the past had any complaints. This latest stay the food was terrible. Cold, looked if it had been pre made and microwaved. Rice and chips all stuck together. The Saturday night there was no full menu.
