It was horrible. The property management is offsite, and they couldn't provide me with a key fob to access the elevators, my room, and all of the amenities on site.

Parking information was hidden in a link to the reservation email. My car was towed even though there was bo warning in the garage not signage in the apartment. This was a DISASTER!

Except for the carpet in the bedroom, the rooms were spotless. Great views. Convenient to MD Anderson and the rest of the Texas Medical Center.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Paper towel holder, towel racks and bathroom sink need to be repaired. Check-in communications need to contain the correct number to access keys. Nice size property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
