The hotel is in a great location on the wharf with enough parking. Convenient to walk to diner and especially convenient parking to walk accross the street to the fjord tour. Facilities we adequate for the older hotel, clean but not nice for the money. You are paying for location. We were there three nights, the last night we didn't have any hot water. Ok, not ideal but we will shower in the morning. The next morning before a long all day drive still no hot water. The hotel admitted the boiler was out and though they knew it the night before they didn't call the facilities crew to fix it until after breakfast the next day, infuriating.

This hotel is clean and has great customer service. You might think it’s overpriced if you are not used to Alaska prices, but, you are paying for a fantastic location. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, fishing charters, train station and cruise ship dock. It has a non-descript restaurant that is just labeled “restaurant lounge”.” The food is good and hearty. Would stay again!

Very convenient if you are in Seward to take a boat tour the next morning. Beds were comfortable, and guest laundry on-site was helpful. Bring a roll of quarters!

We arrived to the Breeze Inn after an early morning bus ride from Anchorage. The front desk staff was very nice and they did everything to accommodate an early check-in. There is a restaurant on site which was very convenient. Food was excellent and it was only a few minute ride to the ship. They provide transportation to the ship as well. Definitely recommend the Breeze Inn

Staff was very friendly, especially Kris. The onsite self-serve laundry was a plus. The beds were comfortable. Having an elevator was important. The sliding windows were convenient for fresh air. The location was the best part of all. We were right near everything we needed to access.

The Breeze Inn was in a perfect location. The room was clean except for the bathtub. It was full of rocky, dirty water. Not sure how the cleaning staff cleaned the entire room but left the bathtub full of dirty water. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to clean the tub but it left a bad impression on the hotel and our stay

The scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon & toast were so yummy. Hot & steaming too boot. Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Staff was very helpful with a lil project I needed to finish & they found me a few items I forgot to bring. Lots of parking available in the fall

Room looks like it’s from 1960, there were old hair ties left in our room floor. Front desk wouldn’t bring up extra towels or water. Horrible accommodations compared to competitors. Would not recommend.

Was in Seward for fishing, not hoteling — and for that, Breeze Inn was good enough. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and the location was solid. Wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here, but it worked fine for the trip.

We had a very bad experience staying in the property. It was a little hot inside the room, so we tried opening the window to let some cool air come in, soon realized not a good idea because property is right on the main busy road with vehicles moving throughout the night. Uncomfortably noisy to keep the windows open. We kept getting loud noises the entire night if the guest staying above our room closed or opened the front door or wash room door or walked inside the room or even if he flushed the toilet.

The pictures certainty look much better than the real thing. For almost $300/night (we booked months ago and got the lowest price we could) I would have expected a little bit nicer room. As others have stated, there's no AC in the room, just a box fan. Thankfully we had a room on the 3rd floor because the floor squeaked as we walked on it, so i feel bad for the people below us. The room we had was outdated and showed signs of wear. The toilet sits almost right next to the tub/shower, so its super tight and a weird layout. The location is good, which was the best part of staying here. I would definitely stay elsewhere if I ever return to the area again before booking this property again.

This is a great place. All cool. But they have one or more rooms with no windows. It was not obvious to me that I was getting one such room either while booking or checking in. And it was very, very pricey for a windowless room. They have a window with a great view from the bathroom!! But from the bedroom, you have 0 windows.

First time ever leaving a truly negative view - but our check in girls… let’s just say they were not the kindest, and spoke in front of us in another language. When we called for wifi password they said it was on our card, and hung up? Meanwhile we had 2 rooms and both wifi slips were in 1 card so I don’t think it was unreasonable for us to request as it truly wasn’t there. My laid back husband said “entitled girls”. Which he never says… However the ladies at the desk in the morning were a hoot and we loved them haha! Had lots of fun with them, and they changed our whole perception of the stay. Breakfast was also delicious and huge portions and very hard working staff! We booked Queen beds, thought we would end up with queens after phoning, but ended up with a hard double bed with a ring audible every time the elevator came, and it was not restful. This would not be a hotel/motel I’d go back to… based on our first interaction at front desk and the wrong bed size. However breakfast was amazing and the ladies at the front in the morning were so fun and left us with a smile!

The staff was excellent!!! Very helpful and friendly!! Location was easy to get to and to be able to walk around! Room was clean and spacious! The laundry room was adequate for a quick load of laundry! Staff was helpful in exchanging money! We had breakfast at the restaurant!! Amazing food and staff!!I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very convenient location and beautiful view. We were riding the train from Anchorage to Seward. Our luggages were directly drop off to the hotel. Free shuttle service to and from the train station. The waitress at the hotel restaurant was very friendly and professional. We had two breakfasts and lunch there.
