We loved the room at this Home2 location. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. It had a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, full sink and plenty of dishes and cutlery. There was a comfortable couch, which pulls out as a bed. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was also a desk and a pull-out table that came in handy when we ate dinner. The bathroom had a shower stall (no tub) and a nice sized vanity. They had eco-friendly bottles of hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles affixed to the walls. The brand was Zero and each scent was fragrant. We commented that this room was bigger than and offered better amenities than the studios we usually book at Disney DVC resorts. The common area had nice furniture and offered ample seating. The pool area offered lounge chairs and beyond the pool was a sundeck and two gas BBQs. There was also a small gym with newer machines. All areas were clean, functional and modern. The messiest area was the breakfast bar. On our two mornings it was crowded so cereal and other dropped items caused a bit of a mess. The food never ran out so I appreciate the workers' attention to that, but they could have maybe cleaned up the spills a bit sooner. I loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The location of this hotel was great. It is 1 block from the beach. They have two areas for your pups, which was always clean. Theres also a nice march alongside the property. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this property tucked away from the Coastal Highway. Starting at breakfast, which was very delicious eith fresh eggs, meats, home fries, make your own belgian waffles, bagels, juices, etc. The saltwater pool was very relaxing. The laundry facility was so clean; the washers an dryers looked new. The gym equipment was fantastic and well maintained. I know that Human Resources hired only "Nice" people which is not a learned skill but inherent. Each staff member who I interacted with was Courteous, Kind, and willing to Help. I was so relaxed through my stay in a safe, clean and easy to get around hotel. I\'ll be back. Thank you!

Loved the free breakfast, they had alot of options such as waflles, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good size room and the kitchenette area is nice, you can even get a little stovetop to cook on from the front desk. They have 24hr coffee etc and ice machines. Id say a block and a half away from the beach, not a far walk at all really. The internet was alittle spotty, you can pay 4.95 for premium internet but the free was fine for us. We enjoyed the dock alot. If you don't like dogs I wouldn't stay at a dog friendly hotel, we saw alot of other dogs while here, we love that we can take ours. We had an overall good experience here.

Stayed for 5 days. Affordable during off season, loved all amenities and especially the breakfast as well as the 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. Laundry and gym very clean and up to date, they even have a Peloton. Staff was great.

It didn’t seem like the pool was actively filtering and there was a good bit of sand at the bottom (it’s close to the beach so to be expected), the table and chairs had some rust and there was just some general debris on the ground, but other than that we had a perfect stay.

The dog area was not well kept at all loke it normally is. Not sure if new manager but it was unacceptable. The grass was tall and one of my dogs got a tick. We stopped going to that area and walked a few blocks up.

The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had several nice amenities such as the 24 hour fitness center and pool, but the property lacked in cleanliness. The breakfast area was a complete mess both days we stayed there, the floors in the halls were outdated and dirty (possibly due to this being a pet friendly hotel), and there were never any towels in the fitness center nor the pool. The front desk staff were nice, but im not sure I would stay here again due to the cleanliness (to clarify the beds themselves were very clean and comfortable, so no issue there).

Walls and ceilings must be paper thin, because we heard everything from the upstairs (1st floor). It sounded like a couple of small elephants in the room as well as slamming doors or rearranging furniture half the night, dropping bowling balls from 6ft in the air, or perhaps doing demolition above us. We made a couple complaints to the front desk and was told later it was an elderly person using a walker in the room directly above, so I believe there had to be others visiting or staying in the room or running rampant in the hallways and the problem wasn't fully addressed that night-ie no sleep(NYE). The room was clean and very spacious, however there was a large hole in the extra blanket for the sofa bed and the mattresses felt thin and not supportive enough. The HVAC fan in our room made a lot of noise and the bathroom exhaust fan did not help at all with clearing condensation of shower.Overall, breakfast was good for selections, even had a few GF options like Udi's bagels; and the pool was small but water was warm and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and kind. I was just disappointed slightly given that it is by Hilton and was no nicer than other lower budget hotels. There were also quite a few drop ceiling tiles falling down in the parking garage, so we were weary about parking under it. The location was easy to find and overall, I'd give it maybe a 3 out of 5 stars, but it would definitely not be on my top choices of places to stay in OCMD again anytime soon.

The property dont have smart TV's. So you're left to watch whatever is on the few channels they give you. It also sounded like the people where coming through the ceiling. Walls seem super thin.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Relatively quiet at night and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The only ussue was the wifi was unusable. Even after paying for the upgraded version we weren't able to stream any shows or even surf online.

Hotel is Centrally located,One block to beach. I was surprised with the large size of the room.(2queens and sofa bed w thick comfortable mattress) comfortable beds, clean room and sheets,wonderful breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that they had water bottle filling stations. Upon checking in the toilet in my room was clogged. Went to the lobby and asked them to fix it before I left for dinner. When I came back I was told that they have no maintenance service after 5 pm and was given some tools to unclogged it myself. I refused and asked to talk to a manager. I was given another room (king bed instead of two double). The next morning I talked to the manager and she apologized and offered to reimburse the first night. Two weeks later no reimbursement was received. Location is good but noisy at night and breakfast is below average. I don’t recommend this hotel

I had a complaint in regards of the service and supplies provided. I did travel with my Pet and understand is hard for the room service to come in when the pet is inside the room, but when we will leave the dirty towels out there were no replacements left, and we had to keep calling the front for new towels and the front staff were not always helpful.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was nice. We loved the pool and exercise room. But, we had issues all 3 nights with a dog that barked incessantly! We did notify the front desk and they were very supportive. It would stop, then start again. A suggestion: spilt your hotels into 2 parts: 1 part for pets and pet-owners; 1 part for non-pet owners. I love your hotel, so will probably stay again, but I am going to request a room away from the animals. I love dogs, but people should make sure their dog is ok with ttravel.

We had to go to the front desk and adk why our trash was not emptied. They said they only clean the rooms on the third day. You can bring the trash down yourself. Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. I didn't see in the policy they don't clean the rooms and you have to take out your own trash

Front desk staff was extremely helpful with providing answers to our questions. The rooms were nice and clean as always. It was a little cool in our room and the maintenance staff ran up the stairs(literally) to assist us.

The hotel was very noisy at night with loud guests. Quiet hours not enforced. On second day a group came in five vans. When we went down for breakfast around 7:30 the were completely wiped out of everything. The group went to breakfast early and there was nothing left for other guests. It was obvious that the staff did not care nor did they prepare for a large group.

Very nice property and staff. About 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurants around this area. Everything is walkable which is nice. While the property is nice, our room was a bit dirty. It didn’t bother us enough to complain but something to keep in mind for people who may be OCD about cleanliness. Also, I don’t remember seeing anything on Expedia regarding the $10 per night parking fee but they do charge for that so something to keep in mind.

We checked in at 4:15pm, which was after the advertised check in time of 4pm. When we got to our room, We only had 1 bed that was made. We had to ask for 2 sheet sets and covers to make the additional bed and sofa bed ourselves. Next the breakfast was included and everything that was offered for hot food had cheese on it or in it. This left only a toast or waffle option for my husband since he is lactose intolerant. I heard that this was a problem for a couple of other guests as well. They should offer some options without cheese, like plain sausage and scrambled eggs instead of all cheese omelets, bagel sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese or english muffin sandwiches with sausage and cheese. Since the sandwiches were hot, the cheese was melted on and couldn't be taken off. The waffle line took a half hour to get through and you could only make 1 waffle due to the amount of people. They also offered ceral and milk and yogurt for breakfast but again people with lactose couldn't eat.

Loved the free breakfast, they had alot of options such as waflles, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good size room and the kitchenette area is nice, you can even get a little stovetop to cook on from the front desk. They have 24hr coffee etc and ice machines. Id say a block and a half away from the beach, not a far walk at all really. The internet was alittle spotty, you can pay 4.95 for premium internet but the free was fine for us. We enjoyed the dock alot. If you don't like dogs I wouldn't stay at a dog friendly hotel, we saw alot of other dogs while here, we love that we can take ours. We had an overall good experience here.

The breakfast was cold and didn't offer turkey sausage. The fire alarm went off 3x, I called the first desk no one answered. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to find out that the alarm system was being worked on. On the other hand, you have an excellent housekeeping team.

There should be a separate floor for pets due to allergies. For the cost of $450 per night my sisters and myself should not have had to deal with constant dog barking and dog’s lunging at us at the elevator. Also, the odor of the dogs was overwhelming.
