Hotel was not to the standards as what would be expected from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Room smelt like sewage. Beds were very small did not feel like a double. Parking is available but is expensive and should be discounted for customers. No fridge in the room which should be a basic thing provided in all hotel room of a 4 star hotel.

Rooms were very clean. I booked a deluxe double room which was basic but well equipped. We arrived early to drop off our luggage not requesting to check in. The receptionist was not very welcoming initially but improved when we returned to check in and when we checked out the next morning.

The staff were nice but the room was not clean enough. The carpets were stained brown in various places as was the furniture. The bathroom was okay but the shower door was loose and the shower head chain was dirty. No attempt was made to clean it, when water ran over it during my shower black spots started coming out from it. The bathroom mirror had black spots on it. Breakfast was decent but halal so no pork sausages or bacon. Which would have been fine if they’d had a beef alternative instead of what tasted like a vegan sausage. It would have been nice to know beforehand, they should have advertised that it would be halal with vegetarian alternatives. I’ve had better breakfast at other cheap hotels. Overall the hotel was okay for a one night stay but not for longer. It wasn’t bad or poorly located but I won’t be returning. Definitely not worth the price I paid.
