Bathrooms are to small, breakfast was stale, only one public male an female bathroom in the whole hotel., no food options except snacks, bathroom sink was broke in the common area,

The facilities are awesome, location is quite far from town but it works for me as it's very close to my office. The bed and pillows can do with improvement, they are too soft and does not offer much support for the neck and back

Unfortunately, your first impression as you walk in is the entrance door mat is dirty which immediately makes you wonder if the rest of the hotel is dirty. Which it isn’t. But that might be something someone would like to address at the entrance doors. Regarding conditions, there was a picture missing over the small dining room table, with brackets still left in the wall. Overall, I think all Home2suites living areas are very awkwardly shaped with poor, cold nondescript decor. I stay at multiple Home2suites and find the outer living room of the suites all the same, not inviting at all ! Lastly, and aside from cleanliness, the most important aspect is the staff is extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. The staff would entice me to stay again. The staff was excellent. Pa: please add more variety to your snack area, such as crackers with cheese, or the refrigerated snack, cheese and crackers. Poor selection in your snack area.

Very Nice Facility

My initial thoughts was that this place was cleaned, as everything smelled fresh. However, I got a bump on my left shoulder from sleeping in the bed that turned into a huge lump that is still not healed a week later, and is leaving this really ugly dark bruise on my arm. Also, the electric charge station did not work (which was the main reason I chose this hotel), and I had to find charge stations in Atlanta to charge my car.

EV charging is not free. It is slow and will cost about $22 for only 55KW. Hotels offer free EV charging to attract EV divers. Bait and switch with this location. This Hilton Hotel: our shower was not very clean and a very dirty floor. The furniture had tears and is very warn. Cracked sink, stained carpet, felt like a motel not a hotel. The breakfast is all pre-made pre-packaged food, not very good. They ran out severl times and people had to wait 10+ minutes for more to come out. I would not recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was nice.

Hotel staff Is great, we always had answers to all our requests and doubts. We only had one issue with our room, wich wasn't the one we reserved, and even with that the problem was solved quickly and efficently by the staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, breakfast Is really good, and the parking lot Is buh enough.The location Is pretty near Atlanta, Dougalsville and the airport. I would return for sure!!

The pool was cold (the only complaint from my children lol).

The entire establishment was great! Check in was quick and easy, the staff and lobby was welcoming and the room was clean comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries a d breakfast. Definitely 10/10!

It blew my mind to see the that roof of our bathroom looked like it had fallen and was plastered back together horribly! The pillows were dirty under the pillowcase. The area is run down, trash everywhere and it felt unsafe. But the employee at the front desk checking in was extremely nice! Checking out not so much.

Great room as it was a suite that helped us get ready for a wedding.

Nice hotel for a weekend trip to Atlanta. The facility and room were clean. We did not have any issue with noise and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We did not smell marijuana at any point while staying at this facility. That is a big deal for a hotel in or near a large city.

The AC system is absolute garbage. There is no option to keep the fan running it is either full blast or kicks on or off loudly. The walls are paper thin you can hear the next rooms conversations and tv shows as if they are in your own room. At 5 am on the dot all exterior doors start slamming and your walls shake in your room. I was actually shocked to learn it was affiliated with the Hilton namesake after the stay we incurred. The closest gas station also has armed security if that gives you any indication of the area and safety concerns.

We had an amazing and beautiful time. The hotel and customer service were amazing. I was greeted with a smile by Keyona (spell check) and explained the ins and outs of the hotel and check-in. She was amazing, and you all are blessed to have her. The customer prior to me did not understand the incidentals hold, and despite Keyona explaining as calmly and respectfully as possible. The lady continued to express disdain. It was truly shocking to see someone treat an employee this way, but it did not phase Keyona. She was still pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, it was a nice trip. I will be back with my family as it was truly a great experience.

Great customer service

The front desk staff was very friendly, even remembering our names! The housekeeping staff was so fast to bring extra towels and blankets and also very courteous. Will definitely come again!

Hotel is clean as usually my experience with the Hilton brand. Had to wait way too long for fresh towels after talking to tge front desk clerk. Had a fire alarm incident that was never explained but had to evacuate for a short period. Overall, still a Hilton brand so would definitely stay again.

The staff was terrible... We paid through Expedia which didn't tell us there would be an incidental. We paid ahead of time due to the Sabbath.(our religious beliefs strongly restrict no buying or selling during the Sabbath hours) they said we had to pay an incidental no matter what even though we already paid ahead for 3 nights about $550. Basically if we didn't pay on a card for $100 and go against our beliefs, they were not going to help us. even though it was not our fault it was not stated anywhere there was a incidental fee (which not all hotels have!) We didn't have enough on our card to hold and the front desk lady gave a hard time. We had cash which at first was not accepted. After a long difficult time they decided to give us a "courtesy" and allow us to give them a cash $100 to hold. Since it was not a buying or selling transaction we decided it was a safe compromise. They could've worked something out differently with us seeing that we'd be there 3 nights and paid $550. Also I personally had an encounter with the front desk lady who was unfriendly and definitely could've been nicer on Christmas morning. The older man cooking and cleaning was Really nice and actually top notch. The score is mostly for the front desk workers. Also there was half a roll of toilet paper, no conditioner, the bathroom door was swollen and our blinds didn't go up all the way. Breakfast was decent but could've been better. Overall disappointed.

Great property close to Six Flags

There was no dinning option but the breakfast was very light with different selections for every taste. The staff is friendly and the everything is clean and maintained very well. There isn't a walking walking option. There's a highway and expressways surrounding and I wouldn't suggest walking because there isn't a consistent sidewalk. You will need a vehicle or use ride share services.

It was a quick stay. Close to Six Flags. Nice big room. Breakfast was great. No meats though. That would have made it better. I would stay here again.

There was no peace and it was not quiet. The breakfast they served was very little and it was gone before even time to serve if you know what I mean. I would definitely recommend somewhere else to stay.

Overall enjoyed our stay, would stay again! Only complaint would be the breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier than advertised. We just ended up going to get brunch. Great staff and up to date furniture! Very clean!
