Pet owners beware. $75.00 per night PET FEE!! Double or triple their competitors. Very average considering the price. Cheap towels. Tub faucet was VERY difficult to use. We won’t be staying again.

The clerk who welcomed us the evening we arrived was AWESOME. We were so disappointed that the pool was closed for the week. That was the reason we booked this hotel. Though we spent the night, I was able to find another Hampton Inn with a working pool. She was so understanding and helped take care of the paperwork. Her name was, Rosa! We'll be back again because of her, but we'll check to make sure the pool is working.

Having no vending on each floor is very inconvenient. I do not want to go down to the lobby in my PJs if I decide I want a latte snack. Do not like this about this hotel. Also we have an EV and was told that you have a charger. The charger did not work. It was out of order. We had very little charge when we arrived and we had to drive even further to charge. The service was on point and the room was nice. Also the hot tub was down ☹️

The breakfast menu was good but they need a bigger dining room because the hotel was full and they didn’t have enough tables to sit at. They also didn’t keep the food items full and they were constantly of different items. The front staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jennie. They also had to print off my airline boarding passes at the front desk because they were having problems in their business center with their printer. The hotel is old and probably should be updated in the near future if they expect people to stay here.

Clean. Bed was comfortable. Indoor Pool had a broken heater. Nobody told us that until we went to go in the pool. Not even a sign to let folks know. That was disappointing. Breakfast was good.

The property was fine and met our expectations. The only problem with the hotel was that for 2 days the electronic keys would not operate and we had to be let into rooms by the staff, as convenient. The staff were very good in carrying out this demanding duty, but it was inconvenient. The area around the hotel was not great due to all the road works taking place. It was hard to drive around to experience St. Charles because GPS navigation was useless. The sheer army of red cones seemed to block every access and egress. Not the Hotel's fault, but still frustrating. Perhaps the hotel could keep an updated map to help people navigate this cone army.

I picked that hotel for the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was closed and the pool was gross with lots of floaters. On check in the computer system was shut down so they couldn't get me my key cards and after 20 minutes of waiting staff had to bring me up to let me in. Staff was great

Very welcoming staff! Efficient check in. Our rooms were exactly what we had booked. The rooms were a little on the small size but had everything we needed, were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bed linens were superb! Staff checked back with us to make sure everything was great and see if we needed anything. It’s an older hotel but had some updates. The ONLY issue we had with both rooms was pulling our phones into electrical sockets. Both rooms had sockets that wouldn’t securely hold a plug due to age & use. Now, back to what was wonderful - the breakfast was fantastic! The area was clean, well maintained and had a wide variety of delicious food. The dark roast coffee was good (usually too weak in most hotels) and nice and hot as coffee should be! The breakfast staff kept up with cleaning and refilling which was a task as the breakfast area was filled to capacity one of the mornings. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly book this hotel again!

Room was in awful condition, mold everywhere, the hinge of the bathroom was screwed into CARDBOARD as a spacer. The thermostat was hanging out of the wall.

The carpet in the hotel room appeared it wasn't vacuumed in days. My socks were dirty after walking around in my room. There were many long hairs in the bathroom and embedded in the towels. The shower drain took a long time to drain and I couldn't finish the shower without the bathtub filling up with water.

When my wife and I checked in on Sunday October 19th we were assigned Room 405. When we got to the room and opened up the refrigerator we saw a live roach crawling inside and the whole refrigerator was wet inside. I went back down to the front desk and had our room changed to Room 301 which was much better. Jennie at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Bed were a little on the hard side, pillows were very comfortable though. Room was pretty small, had no closet to hang out clothes in. Biggest complaint is they put us in a room that had a door to the other room and the guests nextdoor were so loud all night long, our two little ones did not sleep well not did we parents.

Well. We did get our king size bed - eventually. Had to wait extra 2-3 hours for that. And we got there about 3:15. Our room had one half of a window - looked out on the HVAC on the roof if the building below. - had2 dead birds outside if our room - the “closet” was hooks on the wall across from our bed with curtains to pull across it. Had to hunt for that! The light that was glued up there fell out when I tried to push it on. The tub/ shower was so hard to turn on had to get my husband out of bed to turn it on. The sink area was so small it was difficult to get ready in the morning. My husband said the breakfast was adequate but certainly nothing to write home about. The person at the front desk was very good - pleasant and apologetic but of course could do nothing about anything. And oh yes we waited all day to watch our show as we traveled and of course the TV was screwed up so we could not do that! The bed was ok. The only reason we would go back here was the front desk person who really tried. And oh yes a small microwave in the room would have been nice. And the drawers were horrible. Get real drawers for goodness sake. I do want to thank them for cleaning the room without us asking.

We asked for a room that did not face the interstate, it was checked and stated it was not facing it. We were given a tiny room with a slider door bathroom, a window space was actually a closet with a curtain infront. The bathroom had mold on the seams. The tub backed up and was slow to drain. The neighbors showed up at 11pm and were loud and happy... though hard to sleep though as the walls were thin. Called down for ear plugs and they were out. Overall I would NEVER recommend or stay here again.

The staff arranged for an early check in which was very nice. Our room had a very lose shower/faucet handle and the plug in the bathroom didn't work after trying to reset so a few maintenance items that are needed. Great for a quick rest right off the interstate.

Staff was very kind, but the hotel itself is in need of an update. Sink faucet was installed at a weird angle that you could barely wash your hands, toilet paper holder was broken, and over all dated. The highway noise was incredibly loud throughout the night. Most likely worse on a higher floor. For almost $200 a night there are much better options.

This is an OLD Hampton Inn. No one was out and out rude to us, but when you walked past the front desk, housekeepers, food service people for breakfast, even janitor/maintenance type people and said hello, they'd just look at you like you were the rude one. No microwaves in rooms. Room was 2 queens and TINY. Can't turn room light on or off without closing bathroom sliding door. Everything is just old and run down and not dirty, but not clean. Phones in room didn't work. Advertised as having streaming TV service and movie channels, pay per view, etc none of the above was available. Slow Internet is free but fast internet is $5 a day. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work and none of the USB ports worked.

It appears to be an older and smaller property (felt that way). It is kept clean (huge plus), breakfast area was clean and fresh. I hated not being able to control the room’s a/c … there was a sign attached to the unit stating it was controlled somewhere else (other than our room). Don’t think I would stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The room was small, but beds were comfy and the air-conditioning worked well. The hotel is located right on top of a freeway, so it is a little noisy. The mini fridge did not work well, which is common at hotels, so we had to throw away our cold items. I am very excited when a mini fridge works... not this time.

We made reservations on Hotels.com shortly before arriving around 11pm. When we got to the door it was locked. We repeatedly called the operator for about 15 minutes with no answer. Finally the desk agent walked by and let us in. She said there was no reservation so I showed her my confirmation. She tried to charge me so I showed her my receipt. Her customer service was clearly lacking.
We made reservations on Hotels.com shortly before arriving around 11pm. When we got to the door it was locked. We repeatedly called the operator for about 15 minutes with no answer. Finally the desk agent walked by and let us in. She said there was no reservation so I showed her my confirmation. She tried to charge me so I showed her my receipt. Her customer service was clearly lacking.

They kept texting me asking me was everything ok and if I needed anything to let them know. The staff greeting you ss you arrived and checked you in. I was very comfortable here by the hospitality from the staff. I would most definitely will be staying here again.

Very welcoming staff! Efficient check in. Our rooms were exactly what we had booked. The rooms were a little on the small size but had everything we needed, were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bed linens were superb! Staff checked back with us to make sure everything was great and see if we needed anything. It’s an older hotel but had some updates. The ONLY issue we had with both rooms was pulling our phones into electrical sockets. Both rooms had sockets that wouldn’t securely hold a plug due to age & use. Now, back to what was wonderful - the breakfast was fantastic! The area was clean, well maintained and had a wide variety of delicious food. The dark roast coffee was good (usually too weak in most hotels) and nice and hot as coffee should be! The breakfast staff kept up with cleaning and refilling which was a task as the breakfast area was filled to capacity one of the mornings. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly book this hotel again!

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. The check in and check out were quick and friendly. The bed was nice and pillows were fluffy. The room was clean and was great for my business trip. Overall good stay! We went to a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and it was an easy drive over. Easily accessible from the interstate. The front desk person was very kind and welcoming. We needed an early check-in and they were happy to make that happen. My only complaint would be it felt very damp in the room. The carpet almost felt wet and made my socks feel damp. The room was very clean otherwise.

The only complaint was breakfast. We went down at 8:30 & the was nothing left. He finally brought at potatoes. I took a bite & they were literally frozen. Waited 20 mins for scrambled eggs which never came out. We were very disappointed with all of it.

The breakfast menu was good but they need a bigger dining room because the hotel was full and they didn’t have enough tables to sit at. They also didn’t keep the food items full and they were constantly of different items. The front staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jennie. They also had to print off my airline boarding passes at the front desk because they were having problems in their business center with their printer. The hotel is old and probably should be updated in the near future if they expect people to stay here.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order and staff unsure when it would be working. Breakfast was cold fake eggs, half cooked potatoes, turkey sausage that looked almost raw. Property is dated and older with a lot of noticable repairs needed. Also charged a extra $30 fee for incidentals that I was not informed of, this room was definitely not worth the $150 I paid for it will not stay again.
