All staff very friendly. The hotel provides tickets for free entry into MoMA and each day's 35 USD destination tax can be used as credit against food / drink that day in their bar which was a nice bonus.

Quiet, elegant, Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful! The location was practically right in Time Square, 5 min walk to Rockefeller, 15 min walk to Central Park, and 5 to 10 min to most theaters. I will go again and stay there again. The restaurant and food is fantastic too! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The actual hotel is absolutely beautiful, the gym and restaurants are gorgeous. Obviously Times Square is going to be dirty and a loud very busy area but it’s very accessible to everything. The hotel staff who greet you and doorman are great and super friendly in comparison to the desk staff who check you all have a stick up their butt and act like you are nothing their so so snobby and rude, would stay again just for how beautiful it was inside

No valet parking in New York!? Be in school in restaurant was horrible. Left waiting to be seated almost 20 minutes only to walk into a dining room with more than 1/2 of tables vacant.

Great location. Trendy spot with a busy bar at the evenings. The elevator access system to the hotel is quite anoying (you have to take 2 different elevators to get to the room).

Not a good stay. Staff was extremely rude except for housekeeping. First you have to wait in a long line to get in the elevator to access the lobby to check in. At check in we were the only people at the desk but the staff seemed very disinterested in helping us at all. I asked to have my Marriott Bonvoy number added to the reservation and the front desk staff loudly groaned and said “that’s a process, go do it yourself”. The restaurant and rooftop garden were closed for private events the whole weekend of our stay. The only other common area is a very small lounge just off reception. When we asked (at 11am) if we could just quickly see the rooftop garden overlooking Times Square (a selling point for this hotel) we were rudely told no by the staff. Our room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly. However, the doors to the rooms have a design flaw and if you let the door swing closed the deadlock will trigger and lock you out of your room. Maintenance staff must be called to let you back in. Apparently this happens a lot at this hotel. We were returning from a long successful night at the Tony Awards and had to wait in the hallway outside our room for a half hour for maintenance to let us in our room. When I commented to one of the bellman about the very long wait for the elevators to get in and out of the hotel his response was to snap back in an aggressive tone that I “should stay at a different hotel”. I agree and will stay at a different hotel in the future.

Hotel room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Also the room was clean and had good amenities. Upscale hotel ambiance. Service at the lobby bar (outside) is a bit spotty. We ordered some fries with our drinks. We got our drinks but the fries never arrived.

Beautiful hotel with great location next to Times Square and Broadway. Both the bar and restaurant are excellent.

Very expensive didn’t like that you had to use two elevators to get to the room. No little table in the room and you had to go to the 10 floor to get to the front desk. No nice lobby. Food very expensive

The terrace garden is amazing. Everything we ate was so good. We loved the gym passes & the service in the rooms was incredible. Comfortable. Great location. Would stay again.

When we checked into the room their were contact lenses on the floor and also when we requested cleaning they did not put new sheets just put everything back in place to make it look like they did

Great location - very central Hotel rooms dirty Reported and lacked follow up Reception seemed distracted a lot of the time Staff walk past rubbish on the floor.

The property is aged a bit and does not look like the photos. It will need a major renovation soon.

The property is always clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

Upon our stay we were greeted with a nice room and everything was fine until we returned to the room later that night to find a cockroach that looks like he lifts weights at planet fitness. We immediately asked to be switched to another room. However after being sized up by this large flying cockroach we were paranoid and not able to properly sleep. Nice hotel, nice ambiance, but the cockroach is a deal breaker for me won’t be staying here again.

Great service and clean, modern room.

The rooms are nice. The views are great. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you. The ambiance of the property is stylish and elegant. The bathrooms are weird and we didn’t like them. We had two different rooms. Everything about the place is perfect except for the bathrooms. Put shower doors that close on the shower. Put real closing doors on the bathrooms so that they close. Have a ventilation fan that turns on in the bathroom.

The room was very small, but hey it’s New York. It was well designed and beautiful. Loved the breakfast space with the “outdoor” rooftop garden and the lounge- and holy moly if you haven’t had millionaires bacon, definitely get that on the breakfast menu- all around a great stay great service would definitely go back. The fact that they also offer you tickets to the MOMA was a nice touch.

this room had an awesome view of Times Square. Unfortunately the room was very small. Cant help the noise but it is hard to sleep with all the noise on Time square. If they could somehow sound insulate the room my experience would have been better. Staff is EXCELLANT

The staff is amazing. All the staff seem are happy, friendly and helpful. The location is great for shows but hey it's Times Square so noisy outside and crowded. The room was on point but small with the bathroom in the room. Sink in the room, toilet room and shower room. Great for one person tight for two

Beautiful, smells nice, clean, safe, but the rooms are small… like, small small, not worth the $1000 price tag in my opinion but I slept good so I guess there’s that! Bedding was great and pillows are amazing.

Great location. Everything within walking distance or an Uber. Rooms are not large and there is no actual bathroom. There is a separate shower and a separate commode, but there is more an impression of privacy than actual privacy. If you cannot manage listing to your partner using the bathroom, this is likely not going to be on your return list. The staff are uniformly pleasant and the rooms are neat.

The hotel staff are so friendly and the services are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only down side is the room door and walls are not sound proof so we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. The room is also very small.

The staff of this hotel was absolutely AMAZING! They were friendly, quick to respond, courteous, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and overall appealing to the eye. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again.

I paid for 5 star service and received 3 star at best. For starters in the room there was only coffee provided but no tea bags. I had to call to ask to get tea brought up to my room and was charged for it as part of room service even though when I called I said that I needed tea and that there was only coffee in the room. What kind of five stat hotel charges their guest for tea that should have already been in the room? In addition, on our check out day I called the front desk to see if they had late check out available as our flight was later in the evening and they said that they were fully booked on a Monday and so our request could not be accommodated. However, my partner and I looked online and they had tons of rooms available. Lastly, as we are rushing to check out by 11am I went to blowdry my hair and the hairdryer was only sending out cold air so my hair was not drying. I called the front desk requesting another dryer that never came. Waited one hour and finally I was able to find a housekeeper in our hallway and asked her to please bring me a hair dryer that worked. The best part was that at check out no one cared to ask how our experience in the hotel was. Will never be back.

Stayed there a full week. I could not have picked a better place to stay. You are within walking distance to all the entertainment venues and sightseeing attractions. The hotel staff is so wonderful and I can't say enough about them. My flight arrived at 7am and they worked me into a room so that I can rest with the option of moving the next day to a different room. Who offers that??? THEY DID! That is how much consideration they pay to their patrons. After a long flight, I was glad to be able to rest so I could start exploring Manhattan. I would not stay anywhere else from here on out. The housekeeping staff is also the best! Even though I wasn't getting serviced on a day, they would still offer toiletries and fresh towels. Considerate... that is just so hard to find nowadays and you have a hotel full of people like this when you stay here. Absolutely LOVED IT! THANK YOU ALL!

right before i was ready to check in, i got a call from the hotel telling me that the hotel was over booked and they don't have a room for me. they just sent my reservation to another Edition hotel. It was terrible

Additional storage space in guest rooms recommended for travel clothes. Highly recommended.

The hotel lobby and bar area was excellent for snacks and drinks. Staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. However, the service was not very good. Although check-in time was 4 pm, our room was not ready until after 6 pm. They offered a voucher to make up for it, but we only found out when we checked out that it could not be used on the day of departure. The food was ok, but VERY expensive.

I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The description of the hotel does not match reality. The description contains information: 3 restaurants and 4 bars in the hotel. In reality, there was one restaurant and one bar. The terrible service of the only restaurant in the hotel did not give me the opportunity to have breakfast and other visits anywhere. At the entrance to the restaurant, the employee who meets customers immediately says: you will have a very, very long wait for your order. I have never seen this in any hotel restaurant. A 5 star hotel for $460 per night has one restaurant where you have to wait an hour for an order. The only bar in the hotel in the evening is always full and there is no place both at the bar and in other areas of this bar. With so many rooms and customers to have one restaurant with super slow service and one bar always full of people, this is a real absurdity! The only thing that pleased me about this hotel is the clean room and daily room service. The room is not suitable for more than one person: a small wardrobe with clothes. just one towel hook. Why can't you make several hooks for a bathrobe and towels? What is the problem. In the description of the hotel there is an option: free bottled water .... It is, but for this water you need to constantly go to the hotel employee and ask for this water. Result: My wife and I are absolutely not happy with our stay at this hotel. We will not recommend our friends and other people to stay at

Staff was very attentive. We felt safe do to security and area is great to walking distance to everything. If i had one complain was the food menue i wiah they had more choices. However what they did have it was really good!

the staff was amazing they gave us an upgrade to superior room, the housekeeping staff was incredible as well. my only complain was the restaurant the staff is not friendly and they make different / strange plates, I just wanted plain pancakes they don't doit. John the concierge was also amazing , we will stay their again for sure.
