We stayed for New Year’s Eve so we didn’t have to drive. We were in a room on the 4th floor. The rooms are slightly outdated but still very comfortable. The shower is huge with a great amount of water flow. There is a small verandah and you can see the ocean . The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was clean & tidy. The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend booking ahead as it is very popular. You can also order room service. There is a pool which we didn’t use. And an outdoor area where you can sit & drink cocktails from the bar. The bar has a great selection of drinks including cocktails and mocktails.

First time to Mackay and it was what we expected. Room was great, balcony looking over the pool, friendly staff, accommodating, meals were great, little on the high side, but worth it. Pool area was great, the hotel had weddings, birthdays, gender reveals, bands, it was well controlled, not too loud and quiet in the room, it was almost like we were a part of it! 3-minute walk to the beach, wonderful location, we got taxis everywhere, 10-15 minutes from everything, well worth the stay.

The air conditioning is ducted and was not able to be adjusted (either on or off only) and the carpark was very small and difficult to navigate with a 4wd.

The room was so clean and pleasant. Simple yet elegant for a family. My kids loved staying there. Having the beach so close made it even better! Food was delicious and loved the singer that was there on the Friday night! He played a few kid friendly songs like the wiggles and baby shark so my kids got to have a dance. It was amazing and we will definitely be staying there from now on when we visit Mackay :)

Our yearly road trip to Mackay was met with excellent service and clean comfortable conditions. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. So friendly and helpful. The free laundry on site was fantastic thank you. The view well what more can I say AMAZING

It was a very clean and tidy motel. I loved the little balcony with seating. The indoor seating was awesome to sit and enjoy my morning coffee to start the day. My room has an awesome shower with heaps of hot water. Great stay. The trees trimmed to enjoy the view would make this motel perfect! Other than that a very enjoyable stay

I was located on the ground floor,and parked my car right outside the room👍 It was a very cold night in Mackay,which is rare,and it got cold in my room,and there's no option for turning heat on,you can only control the flow of the air,you cannot adjust the temperature..Also,the free wifi code didnt work,I was either given the wrong number,or it dosnt work at all. But very nice,spacious rooms
