I arrived at about 8:30pm on a very rainy day to check in. I asked about where food and a drink could be had and was told that the only place was the rooftop bar. So after leaving my bag in my room I went up to the bar where I was not allowed in as there was a private party going on. At check-in I had asked about room service and was informed that the hotel didn't offer it. I also asked about breakfast and was again told that it was not available. I asked if there was a lounge or somewhere I could sit with some colleagues for a short meeting in the morning and, guess what, I was told that they didn't have anywhere suitable. My room was OK although a bit small even by NY standards. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

This was a cute boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was unavailable initially but we were able to Visit later in the evening. The drinks were top notch.
