Property was big with a lot of amenities. There were plenty of things to keep you entertained and the property was well maintained. Beach did have a lot of seaweed and was a bit rocky, however with the various amount of pools to choose from won’t miss much.

Amazing stay - friendly staff, clean resort, lots of options for food and drinks and no long lines. The beach and pool were nice as well.

Resort is awesome! They have kept alot of natural areas to preserve wildlife and it is abundant everywhere you go. The pool areas are great with lots of areas for kids and quieter pools for adults. Rooms were great no problems and beach was also nice but rocky. There was a lot of seaweed when we were there but they tried very hard to clean it all every morning

We truly enjoyed our stay at FS Kantenah. The location was wonderful & wasn’t overly crowded this time of year. The grounds are beautiful & we loved being within the mangrove trees throughout the resort. The staff was friendly & mostly helpful when we had an issue. The general service was nice throughout the resort. We had a swim up suite & didn’t use it as much as expected because the FS pool wasn’t crowded at any point. Also… the FS pool has to be one of the best designed pools we’ve ever used. The service at this pool was also impeccable, thank you Lizbeth and Maria!! We enjoyed all of our meals and the ice cream is wonderful. Just keep in mind that cooking styles vary between countries. The let downs: the junior club was a major disappointment in the evening. It should be geared towards 8-13 year olds because 15-19 year olds don’t want to go to a “pajama party”. They do a great job with activities at the FS pool for kids age 6-12 & they should focus on that age group for the evening activities as well. FS Kantenah, if you want suggestions, let me know. The butlers were very nice & always helpful when they could quickly solve our problem. But, if the issue needed to be fixed the next day, the ball was dropped, especially if the butler was not the same person. While picky, the rooms could benefit from some more humidity control. Everything always felt a bit “damp”. It would also help with overall room comfort. We would certainly return again!!!

I love this place, I was amazed how good the breakfast was for us. I am a very picky eater and my breakfast was never burnt and was cooked perfectly. The reservations for the dinner restaurant was fast and easy by text message on WhatsApp. The only thing I did not like was the food at the dinner restaurant. The food did not meet my expectations. The vip restaurant called the Nest was beyond my expectations and love that restaurant. Love that it had day care for the kids while we eat Beach was beautiful and clean. No matter the situation the staff is always smiling and doing their best. No complaint against them. I would recommend this place again with VIP and the nest restaurant. I also want to mention the gym was very clean and the equipments doesn’t have rust like other resorts. This will be my go to resort

We had a fantastic week at Grand Palladium Kantenah, staying in the Family Selection section. Check-in was smooth—our room was ready within 15 minutes of arrival, and our butlers Karen and Erick were amazing. Family Selection gave us access to a private pool with great food and drinks, The Nest restaurant (excellent breakfast, dinner, and pre-dinner cheeses), and TRS lunch spots with upscale food. While we didn’t try TRS dinner venues to stay with our kids, the lunch options were noticeably better than similar ones in White Sand. We tried the steakhouse, Brazilian, Argentinian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants—all were fantastic. On our last night, we booked the Bravo Dinner & Show, which had elevated cuisine and entertainment, though it comes with an extra charge. Joel at the main pool bar in Kantenah/Colonial was the MVP—he made sure we always got top-shelf drinks and treated us like VIPs. The beach wasn’t the best, but staff kept it clean, and a short walk north led to a much nicer stretch. The resort is huge, but shuttles made it easy to get around. Staff everywhere were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special. Highly recommend Family Selection for comfort, service, and elevated dining.

Highly recommend this resort. Very clean, well maintained with great service. Lots of activities, great food with lots of options. Very family friendly, nice pools and surroundings with a relaxed atmosphere. Only issue is the sea weeds which made it impossible to swim in the ocean. I heard this is an issue across the whole peninsula, not just limited to this resort. This seems to be an issue during summer months so better to visit during fall or spring months.

We traveled with both of our young children 11 and 5. They both got to enjoy the different pool areas and waterpark within the property. The older one loved the different game areas they have throughout the resort and unlimited candy everywhere. The kids and us truly enjoyed the night entrainment they had every night. The Mexican show was our favorite!

This property is at excellent level. Very friendly staff, quality foods, great sceneries, 5ft pools, and more. But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex. 1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time. 2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. There were plenty of sea weeds and floating sands that makes it look nasty. 3- If you're coming through Cozumel's airport, allow more than 2 hours for transportation. Ferry leaves every 30 min. 4- Restaurants only serve dinner. For lunch (and breakfast of course) you may use one of the buffets. All in all, the hotel is located in a very beautiful land and maintains high quality standards for everything they offer.

The property is fantastic. Lots of activities at all times of the day. Theater shows, festival, poolside fitness classes, always something going on. Kids club was a nice addition. They had all sorts of fun things to do which allows parents to take a moment for themselves. The staff were great with the kids. They really enjoyed it, The restaurants were excellent. Buffet is good, but the a la carte were wonderful. The cleaning staff seems to be lacking however. There were several days where the room was not cleaned. No water was provided. Called and asked guest services, still no water was brought. There also seems to be a shortage of towels. No towels brought to the room when they did clean. Hard to get towels by the pool. Any extras seem overly expensive. Spa services cost way more than normal pricing in US. Massage also costs more than going to a registered therapist at home…. Too bad. Costs in the gift shop…. $30 for sunscreen is robbery. As is $16 for bug spray. Better bring it from home and not run out while you’re there. They would probably sell more items and spa services if the costs weren’t so high.

Room wasn't clean, was water damage in washroom,nobody want to fix fir few hours. Phone in the room didn't work for 5 days.We cganged 3 coffemaker in the room.WiFi problems, TV the mostly on Mexican and no Gid. Line for food, coffee,cards, towels.Intertiment only on weekend. The same cold food every day. Should be 3 stars. Plus Expedia screwed up is big with plane tickets. Instead of WestJet round trip they give us tickets from Mexico throw American Unated 17 hours flight to Toronto with 2 stops in USA . I call next day but they refused to cgange flight or return our money. And I bought new tickets . After 10 years of good services no more Expidia for us!!!!!

Service was horrible Had to speak to managers multiple times for the amount of money paid it wasn’t worth it We had sheets that were dirty same with towels and blanket

STAY AWAY!!! We found BED BUGS, cockroaches and I kid you not, SCABIES from staying here. Get this, the first room we get had a broken shower, no towels, safe had not been reset. That\'s fine, we speak with reception (his name is Roberto - worst employee ever) and they offer us an "upgrade" for a price. We accept but insisted there be the basics - like a working shower. They said yes. We transfer room. On day 3 I got weird bites on my arm, thought it might be mosquitoes (having never had BED BUGS before). We\'re also getting bumps slowly on our skin. We used benedryl, maybe it\'s an allergic reaction. The last night I felt a huge bite on my leg, I look and sure enough there\'s a big BED BUG running away. We alert reception, they tell us it\'s a tropical country and this is how it is -- AHHH HELL NO. We paid such a premium to be there and we don\'t want to bring this back in our home. It turns out you have to freeze your suitcase for 80 hours to kill any bed bugs before you bring it in your home again. Several days later the small bumps were not going away, the doctor tells us we got scabies. I\'ve stayed in a lot of places, including hostels during univeristy, this was by far the grossest experience I\'ve ever had. At reception before leaving, the lady asks us, aside from the bed bugs we might have gotten, did we enjoy our stay? I asked her if she\'s ever had bed bugs and if she knows people can spend thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them (with multiple treatments).

Very disappointing trip. We arrived to the hotel 4 hours late (due to issues with the plane, not the hotels fault). When we arrived we were tired as we flew at over night. We ordered room service. That night at 2 in the morning we heard something in the bathroom, we went to look at the ceiling above the tub was leaking. We moved the panel & a bunch of water flooded into our bathroom. We called maintenance to come fix it, hence we were up until 430 in the morning. They were able to fix the problem & said that they would replace the ceiling panels the next day..they were never replaced. In the process of the flood they used all our towels and never replaced them until we called later in the morning to get towels so we could shower. The next day they tidy the bathroom, but never washed the tub where all the water was from the ceiling. Then a day later we were going to our room and couldn't get in as the door wouldn't open. We waited almost and hour and a half for the batteries to be changed. Next morning woken up at 9 to see if the leak was fixed in the bathroom. Later that day when we returned our fridge wasn't restocked. Every morning on our we were woken up by a call asking if everything was ok. Last day there we were going to our room & again the door wouldn't open. This time we waited by the pool for them to fix our door, as we already wasted enough time with mistakes. When we got into our room about 630 at night the room wasn't cleaned & bar wasn't stocked.

Beautiful facilities. I had a few inconveniences with the cleanliness of the room upon my arrival. This would be my biggest complaint. Some nights the outside noise in the hallways could be heard inside the room, which means they aren’t all that soundproof. However, I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were pleasingly decorated. Lovely and accesible staff all around the resort. Some buffets and restaurants could do upgrades, but overall delicious meals and food. Pools were great. Beach on the resort was beautiful with cristal clear waters, white sand and no sargassum.

Waiting for golf carts was not very convenient. Took 3 days to get face cloths. Issues with arm bands not working. Pool and pool bar closes too early. Inconvenient always needing reservations for the restaurants. Property was clean and semi updated.

From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner.

Transportation on the property and butler service was great. Pool and beach areas were beautiful. Needed to keep asking for basic items from housekeeping: toilet paper, washcloths. Lots of dining options. They had an open vendor market one night- avoid at all costs! The vendors were selling same items for the gift shop at prices 10xs higher and will charge your credit card prices not agreed upon.

Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly an welcoming. The wildlife is incredible. Food was acceptable. Beach was rocky and the water was full of seaweed but I know that's beyond the control of the resort. There are some areas of the pool that's a little dingy and missing tiles. Our swim up suite was impeccable.

We really liked surroundings, nature, animals(monkeys, flamingos), property is renovated and is in a very good condition (rooms and other common areas). Beach is beautiful, and there are a lot of fishes if you like to snorkel. Drawback was line to eat, every single day to enter a buffet it was anywhere from 10-20 minutes in line(we also tried different times but that didn’t help). Also, entertainment start time was 10 pm and 11 pm, and while we really wanted to attend all shows, our 7 year old would just pass out by that time, in our opinion it was a little too late. We were at this resort for a week and there was no food rotation at this buffet compared to other resorts we have visited in Mexico. While food quality and taste was very good, it was exactly the same food every day. If you go to the beach after 10 am there are no sun-bed chairs available, many people either went to the beach to put their towels on chairs early am and then went to breakfast or ended up sunbathing on the sand laying on their towels.

We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium price. Service and quality justify the price, but it might obviously be too much for some. For all who can stay in one room or do not need connecting rooms this hotel is highly recommended.

We got the family selection swim up while it was on sale and we were treated like royalty, everywhere we went! The resort is so beautiful and there are so many things to do! They have all types of different animals on the property like flamingos and monkeys, felt like we were staying in a zoo, which is an extra experience in itself. The kids pool was so big and full of so many activities, its too bad my 2 year old was too scared to go on the slides. We did the full moon dinner which was so beautiful and the food was so good, we had to pay extra for it but we also got a beach cabana for free, it didnt cost any more than an average dinner for 2 in NY and they didnt charge us for the 2 year old, eventhough they were bringing him food too and he loved it as well. There's a seawater pool at one of the other hotels in the resort and that hotel has a buffet restaurant called Helios, which was the only buffet with good food. I wasnt a fan of the food or the cart transportation. The meat seemed overcooked or just dry and waiting for a cart was very time consuming. A different resort i went to had a phone outside of your room where you can call a cart to come to you and it came right away. Having to have to go through our butler wasnt ideal. Otherwise we loved our stay, i definitely recommend the family selection option if its affordable. I can keep going about all the great things at the resort but its a lot!!

The Grand Palladium Kantenah was a fantastic vacation for our family! We traveled with our 5 year old daughter and stayed in a swim up room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. It was roomy enough for the three of us and the pool by the room was nice for us to sneak into after bedtime. We ate at The Nest for breakfast each day, had lunches at Es Niu, La Hacienda, and El Gran Azul, and we had dinners at Portofino, Bahia E Brasa, and Sumptuori. A couple food highlights were the Augustine at Es Niu and the teppanyaki dinner at Sumptuori. Given the chance, I would maybe pass on Portofino and choose a different restaurant. The pool in the family zone, right by Es Niu and the teen club, was fantastic. It was a short walk from the room, kept a great temperature, and they had lots of activities for the little ones. The beach wasn’t really usable the whole time, but we didn’t mind (too much seaweed and really rough surf). Between the family pool, the main pool, and the multiple water slides, we were happily entertained. This is a great spot to visit! We would definitely go back.

From the time we arrived, to check in process to the golf cart ride to our villa was nice. The room was beyond our expectations and it was very nice. Loved the fact we had a butler and a swim up pool. Also had access to the other adukt only resort TRS too. The food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time. I would highly recommend to stay at the Grand Palladium. Shout out to Villa 51 butler Erick,who came through with saving our dinner reservations that wasn’t confirmed for whatever reason.

We loved our stay! There was a wide variety of activities, including a daily soccer game my boys joined several times. Family selection areas were great- we especially enjoyed the pool and bar/food options there. We booked a junior suite with private rooftop pool which had a beautiful view and great privacy. Our butlers were attentive, the service in the restaurants was excellent, check in and check out was seamless. We had a couples massage in the spa and our sons enjoyed the junior club while we relaxed on our own. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly visit other Palladium resorts!

Room was clean. Air conditioning in the room worked okay (not great). Was there for our anniversary, we told them that. We were in the “family selection.” When we checked in it was a room with two double beds, which was a bummer for us on our anniversary. After 4 days they changed it but we had to keep going back to the desk to follow up. The pool was nice but there were lots of people smoking around the pool and even though it wasn’t allowed, no one asked them to stop. Staff in the family selection areas were good, outside the family selection was slow. We had a nice time and it’s a beautiful place but some things stood out as unforced errors.

I loved everything about our stay minus 2 things. 1. The bed was too hard for our liking. Including my kids. 2. I felt at times it missed the 5 star mark on the service. Drink refills in particular.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. We liked all of the dining options. The ocean this time of year is basically off limits due to the seaweed, but the pools are huge. The only draw back we have is the persistence of the salespeople to sign up for their "one hour" tour of the facility to sell you a time share like package. We were thoroughly exhausted from our morning of travel and during check in they push you to sign up for a time to do the tour. I tried expressing that we were very tired and would like to think about it and let them know. They still put us down for a time the next day. So, be prepared to have them really try to get you to sign up on your arrival. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

Great place for families with nightly entertainment and perks for VIP. We were over the buffet food after the second day and you needed a reservation to eat at onsite restaurants. We ended up driving to Tulum city for dinner on most nights. Pools were great and kids loved it. There’s lots to do at the resort and it was overwhelming trying to figure out all the amenities and entertainment, but the butler service did answer a lot of our questions. A couple of times, the nightly entertainment locations were incorrect. I wished there was signage with arrows pointing to the entertainment locations. Beach was covered with seaweed which also made it stinky, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I did not like that we were invited to a “highlights tour” of the hotel property which ended up being a presentation/sales pitch to join their vacation club. We were told we’d get credit to use at the hotel’s gift shop if we agreed to the tour and that should have been the first red flag. I wish they would have been more transparent and used different verbiage instead of “highlights tour”. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and personable. Property was clean and safe. Property has shuttles that can take you to different parts of the hotel as the complex is huge.

I would have given this resort a 10/10 it was amazing at first we loved it. The kids were obsessed with the swim up pool suite. What made me downgrade my rating was the pressure they put on us to do a “timeshare” presentation but they call it a membership but same thing basically and when I decided against that because I am there to be on vacation not to go to presentations I felt like service then declined. Also they tried charging me for one of the beds on the beach that I never used like actually did not ever use and they said staff saw us there I asked for them to provide me with the footage, they did not. It was only 25 dollars so if I had used it I would have paid. Then one of our butlers was really unresponsive and they never sent the car to pick us up for our departure. The whole point in family selection is to have that VIP service. Sucks that the last day had to ruin that experience.

Overall,our stay and experience was very good and enjoyable.We liked that we have our own butler for every villa that we can simply ask for whatever we need,like a ride to the other resorts and ride to the different restaurants.Staff are all very friendly especially our butlers Andrea and Karen and Erick on Family selection villa.

All very nice except the Travel Club sales pitch the first morning. A very negative start. But a fun week overall.

Israel was amazing as he went above and beyond to remember us and make our stay even more memorable. Julio from Helios was the best service I’ve ever had! After one day he remembered everything I ordered from drinks to food to dessert! Unbelievable service!!

We are very glad that we choose the Family Selection package with the resort, everyone in the family enjoyed the time, the butler service is awesome, Ana and Erick are both very responsive and super helpful. We love the restaurant arrangement and the daily activities. My son refuse to cut-off the bracelet as he loves the place so much. We will definitely come back.

Had a great 1 week stay in January. Check-in went smoothly. Concierge met with us our first day to introduce himself and offer his services. Room location was the best, right on the beach and quiet. Staff very helpful and nice. Little touches here and there made you feel special while you’re there.

This is a great resort for families, the service was great, very friendly, nice and helpful staff. The food was very delicious in most places, the property is beautiful. It is also very close to attractions, if you rent a car it’s very easy to park and just drive yourself to places. Safe area to drive in. A few things I think they can do better on is cleanliness in the room, we found clothes from a previous guest’s child in the restroom’s cabinet and water from shower was leaking all over until we told them, but they fixed it super quickly. Also the junior suites are not suites, they are just regular rooms so maybe they should change the name so people don’t think they will be going into a suite when you are not. Last, when checking in, one of their guys was very deceiving and basically lied to is telling us because we were VIP guests we were getting a special breakfast and complimentary massage, turns out it was one of those things where you have to listen to a whole lot of marketing material and they try to sell you stuff, if he would have been honest from the start we would have declined right away since we were on vacation and not on a business trip and much rather spend our time relaxing. Other than that everything was beautiful!!

Loved the property, Everyone was absolutely amazing very helpful. Property is in the middle of Tulum and Playa del Carmen we would catch a "Colectivo" a van outside the property which was very convinient and was only 50 pesos. Will definitely go back.

Our concierge Allesandra was very attentive and most helpful during the week, property is clean and dining options were good for all inclusive. We were fortunate to be moved into Family Selection area of resort upon check in, we did not know about this beforehand, but an excellent upgrade for families wanting a little more privacy. Location is a good 25-30 minutes from Tulum, and an hour from Tulum Airport just so you know. Overall, very good experience at this property and would highly recommend it.

Grand Palladium Kantenah resort, is a beautiful resort. So much to see and explore. I love how they have made an effort to not discomfort the animals that live here. The staff is very attentive and nice. The resort is always very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the environment and being a little bit in the jungle, but was unprepared for how much walking I would do just getting from my room to the lobby or pool a few times a day. Bring good walking shoes!

Instead of WestJet round trip they give us tickets from Mexico throw American Unated 17 hours flight to Toronto with 2 stops in USA . I call next day but they refused to cgange flight or return our money. And I bought new tickets . After 10 years of good services no more Expidia for us!!!!!

From the time we arrived, to check in process to the golf cart ride to our villa was nice. The room was beyond our expectations and it was very nice. Loved the fact we had a butler and a swim up pool. Also had access to the other adukt only resort TRS too. The food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time. I would highly recommend to stay at the Grand Palladium. Shout out to Villa 51 butler Erick,who came through with saving our dinner reservations that wasn’t confirmed for whatever reason.

Food was not great however property and resort is very nice. Nice rooms with swim up pool. Most of staff is friendly but not all. They lie to you upon arrival and try to sale you a time share (Membership) not a fan.

We had a fantastic week at Grand Palladium Kantenah, staying in the Family Selection section. Check-in was smooth—our room was ready within 15 minutes of arrival, and our butlers Karen and Erick were amazing. Family Selection gave us access to a private pool with great food and drinks, The Nest restaurant (excellent breakfast, dinner, and pre-dinner cheeses), and TRS lunch spots with upscale food. While we didn’t try TRS dinner venues to stay with our kids, the lunch options were noticeably better than similar ones in White Sand. We tried the steakhouse, Brazilian, Argentinian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants—all were fantastic. On our last night, we booked the Bravo Dinner & Show, which had elevated cuisine and entertainment, though it comes with an extra charge. Joel at the main pool bar in Kantenah/Colonial was the MVP—he made sure we always got top-shelf drinks and treated us like VIPs. The beach wasn’t the best, but staff kept it clean, and a short walk north led to a much nicer stretch. The resort is huge, but shuttles made it easy to get around. Staff everywhere were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special. Highly recommend Family Selection for comfort, service, and elevated dining.

Highly recommend this resort. Very clean, well maintained with great service. Lots of activities, great food with lots of options. Very family friendly, nice pools and surroundings with a relaxed atmosphere. Only issue is the sea weeds which made it impossible to swim in the ocean. I heard this is an issue across the whole peninsula, not just limited to this resort. This seems to be an issue during summer months so better to visit during fall or spring months.

Everything was good. I wish they have better food options. There was not many vegetarian options.

They do an excellent job catering to kids. My only critique would have to be with The Nest. The Nest is a breakfast and dinner restaurant for Family Selection VIPs only. For being exclusive, I thought it would be better than Hacienda (buffet) for non VIP guest. The Hacienda was WAYYYY better. Way more options and more hot food options. We ate at The Nest 2 days, and then Hacienda the next 2 days. I was blown away and very disappointed that we wasted two days at the “exclusive” Nest. I would also prefer the buffet at Hacienda over all the al a carte restaurants we experienced. Also, beware of the time share spiel at check-in. All we wanted to do was get to the room and relax but we were hounded for 20 mins about it. Overall, we would go back!

Loved the animals around the resort, pools were great. Staff was friendly and helpful, we did not like the food at all!

We just got back from our trip with a group of 15 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 62, and it truly had something for everyone to enjoy. Food: While the food wasn’t the absolute best we’ve ever had, there was plenty of variety, and if you didn’t find something you liked, the room service was excellent and definitely made up for it. Rooms: The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They even surprised us with gifts for everyone—including a bottle of alcohol for the adults. Housekeeping was amazing; our rooms were cleaned every day, and if you were out at night, you’d come back to a freshly made bed and trash taken out. Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely appreciative when tipped. I especially want to mention our butler, Guillermo, who went above and beyond for our group. He made the whole experience even better.

Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The rooms in the Family Selection area are nice; they look recently renovated. You get butler service almost all day — some are efficient, others not so much. At times, it feels like you’re talking to bots, as the responses via WhatsApp are very automated. But in general, they do help you schedule restaurant reservations, transportation, room service requests, or guides. The facilities are beautiful and the entertainment is on another level — mostly live music, DJs, shows, etc. Definitely worth it. If you get the chance, go to Bravo D&D — you definitely get what you pay for: excellent service, quality food, and extraordinary mixology. As for restaurant reservations, we had one not-so-great experience with the service at El Dorado, but the others were generally good to average. Regarding the buffets, the most complete one is La Hacienda. The others either lack good service or food variety. I think the biggest issue throughout the entire hotel is the waitstaff. Most of them are not quick; dirty dishes can pile up on your table and no one comes to clear them. I don’t want to generalize because we also had some very good experiences… NOTE: for some reason, we noticed that the women provided much better service. Applause for the mixology at the Brazilian restaurant and Bravo D&D, and a special mention to Gerardo (E-butler) and Mauricio (on-site butler), who helped us a lot.
