Television did not work. Had to walk to the office 4 times during our stay (no telephones in the room) to have a staff member come to our room to get the tv working. Instead of fixing the problem properly they tried an ad hoc solution each time. Not once did anyone apologize. Abysmal customer service.

Whenever I'm over this way I stay here. Great hotel, good location and good food. Most rooms now refurbished, so great condition. Parking a bit tight due to the refurbishment works, but other than this would definitely recommend.

The hotel was well located and the staff was extremely friendly- however the hotel needs to clean a little more efficiently - hair in the bathroom - my pet peeve. The parking was great- the only hotel in England that I stayed at that provided parking. I’d stay there again for that luxury alone. The beds were comfortable.

Had an excellent overnight stay here whilst we visited Kew Gardens. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient and I would be happy to stay here again.

Brilliant stay - 2 nights. Building is lovely, room was great (apart from broken TV), excellent facilities, comfy bed amd great location. Staff were brilliant - lots of staff, very friendly and professional, food was fab - lovely evening meal and breakfast was excellent - atmosphere was buzzing. We will definitely be back next year.

The hotel was really nice and staff really helpful. My only issue was that my bed was very hard and did cause me to not have a very good sleep unfortunately. I was only there for one night or I would have asked reception if they had a mattress topper.

We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early, this was a huge bonus for us as we were going to Wembley & knew we wouldn't be back until late. We stayed in a twin room in the additional hotel building, behind the pub. The room itself was gorgeous, lots of attention to detail, everything was immaculate & the toiletries were beautiful. Great location, it was a 3 minute walk to the train station or a 20 ish minute walk into Twickenham. I'm not sure how many rooms they have, but it felt like a good amount of parking. If the car park had been full, I would have parked at the train station as it's £3.50 all day on Saturday's & Sunday's. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant, so I can't comment on that, but it's definitely somewhere I would love to stay again!

I had an unfortunate experience booking this hotel through a travel platform. Due to what appeared to be a system glitch, my booking was duplicated, and I was charged twice for the same stay. Despite reaching out immediately and explaining that I only needed one room and did not use the second, the hotel refused to offer a resolution, citing a non-refundable policy. I eventually had to resolve the matter through my bank. I hope future guests do not face a similar lack of support or flexibility.

Stayed in annex superior twin room and the room was spotless. All the facilities you could want and more for a luxurious overnight stay. We had the vegetarian cooked breakfast which was delicious, so fresh and fab quality. Very friendly staff, we arrived by train ( had 2 events in central London) but was travelling with my daughter who has anxiety so wanted somewhere quieter that felt safe. Hotel location absolutely fitted the bill and hotel itself felt very safe for two women. Would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Park hotel and found the room to be quite nice and well-equipped. The proximity to Bushy Park was a definite highlight, offering a scenic escape nearby. Just a great experience. Great lobby porch and areas to relax. The town is right around the corner with many more areas to visit. Train is 600 feet from hotel and plenty of buses and taxis to get you wherever you want to go. Nice place to stay out of the London hustle and bustle but still close enough to get there and back quickly.

A lovely hotel that provides comfortable, cosy and clean accomodation. Teddington is a lovely area of London to stay in if you want a nice neighborhood vibe with cafes and restaurants at your fingertips, and are happy to commute into the centre of London to see the sites.

Well located comfortable hotel located within close walking distance to the Station with regular services into London Waterloo in around 35-40 mins . We were kindly upgraded by Samir to one of the character rooms in the main building which was very kind . Good parking . Teddington offers many restaurants within walking distance .

Never fails to provide a friendly, comfortable stay. The food is superb and the bedrooms are really homely. Comfy, clean and the outside seating area is great for chilling out with a drink at the end of a long day. Teddington train station a short walk away for which you can travel direct to Waterloo. Highly recommended

Just had a great stay at The Park hotel, great location for everything we needed in this part of London! The room was lovely, very well equipped with some quirky features and opulent decoration. Even though it faced the road it was very quiet and we really didn't hear much at all. We did have challenge with the plug for the bath but it was resolved by the helpful team. The food was excellent each time we ate in the restaurant whether for breakfast or dinner as was the service. It's hard to find a good, value for money hotel in London nowadays but The Park shows that it is still possible!

Stayed for one night. Close to the train station. Shops and cafes in walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed was a bit hard to my taste. No coffee, but a variety of teas in the room. The hotel is currently being renovated, and that´s a good thing, because it is a bit worn down in some areas. Breakfast, which we had booked in advance, was the only disapiontment. There was a menu, and you could only chose 1 item from it!
