Hotellet ligger i et koselig område, nært Gare de Nord og Montmartre. Metroen går også rett ved siden av. Slitent inventar på rommene, og rommene ble ikke vasket hver dag. An unpretentious, no-frills hotel with clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only massive inconvenience: the hotel does not accept luggage deposit on the day you check out! We were told to look for luggage storage somewhere else in the area. We ended up queueing for 45 mins at the luggage deposit at the Gare du Nord.

Average for a two star. Elevator very small and can fit two people with luggage if that matters.. can be waiting for elevator therefore easier to take the stairs. Toilette was on one side of the room, sink to wash your hands on the other. Tub had a handheld for a shower but no elevated on wall and no shower curtain. Floors creeked lots. Location was fine Uber approx 20 min to anywhere. Hotel had character, and it was clean.

Good location and friendly neighbourhood with some great food options. Very easy to walk to the centre attractions and very close to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. However a major negative point is being unable to leave your luggage prior to check in or post check out. As Paris is a city break destination time is of the essence and we always maximise by booking early and late travel to make the most of the day . Not being able to leave luggage was a major issue and was not publicised at the time of booking. I know this is a 2 star hotel but it is highly unusual.

O quarto era bem pequeno, mas o uso era somente pra dormir e tomar banho, então o custo-beneficio valeu a pena. Bem localizado, perto de estação de metrô, mercado e restaurantes. Os atendentes foram bastante simpáticos. O cafe da manhã tbm foi bom. O único contra é o hotel não oferecer sistema de guardar as bagagens.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. The level of filth on the carpet and walls in the room was something else. There were stains on the sheets and curtains. I wore my shoes the whole time. I didn’t want to even spend any time in the room. Very uncomfortable stay.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. We checked into a room on arrival and walked into a room that clearly wasn’t cleaned. There were cigarettes under the bed, previous guest invoices on the desk, opened beer on the desk and hair in the bed. I spoke to reception and he gave us another room. Upon entering this room, we checked the bed and there were bed bugs. I asked if we could get a refund and he declined and told me to contact expedia as I booked this hotel through expedia. I contacted expedia and they contacted the hotel once again and they declined to refund me. I was forced to go book another hotel for 4 nights. I would not recommend staying at this place. If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars because that’s what they deserve.

The good things first; the beds were good and the location was great! There were many nice and delicious places to eat and go out - just round the corner. But, the room was worn out and not very clean (we found hair on the bath room floor and in the bed). The “emergency exit” sign in the room was shining very brightly all night which made it difficult to sleep. And the metro was just beneath the room, so every 3 minutes we could hear it pass by. The windows didn’t let in any light or fresh air - so the room seemed almost like a little cave. We had expected more considering the price, however we have never visited Paris before, so we don’t know the standards in general.

Beyond expectations! My room and bathroom were quite clean throughout my entire stay, which I absolutely liked - well, expect for the first day: two pillowcases were stained, but I took them off the pillows and the next day, I received clean ones and all was well. Moreover, the receptionists were so very kind and friendly.

Hôtel vraiment dans son jus et vieillissant en plus d'une propriété qui laisse à désiré. Pour illustrer la chose, j'ai retrouvé plusieurs fourmis dans ma salle de bain. Quand je l'ai signalé, les personnes de l'accueil n'avait pas l'air surprise. Après avoir vaporiser du produit, il y en avait toujours. Heureusement qu'un changement de chambre a été effectué... J'ai également dû demander une couverture supplémentaire (introuvable directement dans la chambre), car le chauffage a l'air de se couper à partir d'une certaine heure. A prendre en compte qu'on entend et sent le métro passer en dessous de l'hôtel.

The floor felt like we were going to fall through it. There wasn’t a shower, just a bath. There were fans in the closet but no air conditioning. We left the windows open for air but the noise outside was so loud we had to close it.

Staff was friendly and the lobby looked nice but as soon as you get to your floor you'll know that this is not the place for you. The hallways are small, the carpets were dirty and the chair they had in the room for me felt like it was about to break. Additionally you can not stand to shower you have to crouch. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours snoring, or if their phone alarms go off, you will be awaken by them. The best part of the hotel was the view, I had a balcony that gave me a very nice view of Parisian buildings. The location was good as well.

Great location between Montmartre and Opera Garnier if you’re willing to walk just a bit. If not, there’s a metro station just a few meters away. Rooms are tiny, and not air-conditioned but this was not a huge issue for us. Small balcony (pictured) was nice to sit out on for some cooler air.

We had a pleasant family stay, 2 adults, 2 kids. The hotel room was very spacious and suitable for our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Things to note, there is no air conditioning. The hotel provided fans. There are only two electrical outlets for either charging your phones or using the fans. The temperature was in the 70's Fahrenheit during the day and cooler at night, so we just opened the windows. There was a bathtub in the bathroom with a small handheld showerhead. It worked fine for us, but might be an issue for someone with mobility challenges.

When we arrived the man at the front desk asked for my family name, I gave him my first name not knowing exactly what he needed. It took a couple seconds for us to figure it out and when he we did finally he very obviously rolled his eyes.. after being informed that we needed to leave the room key at reception (which we are not used to in any country we have visited so far) I was hesitant to say I understood and he gave us a bit of attitude in telling us it was management rules (which is fine we just didn’t know) so I then asked for him to explain that rule for clarification for us and he responded again with attitude saying that we are travelling and don’t know the rules of different countries (we were in France 4 days prior and didn’t have this policy) aside from that, the room walls and floors were covered in stains, the doors to the bathtub and sink room and closet didn’t close properly and overall did not give the feeling of a clean room. Also the walls are very thin and there was no safe or lock box in the room to keep valuables. I would definitely NOT stay here again. The only nice thing was being so close to the metro station.

Starting with the bad, this hotel lacks air conditioning, and one of the staff members is often lounging around, sometimes even on the phone during working hours. These two notes aside, the hotel is in an excellent location in a safe, walkable neighborhood, and sits directly on line 12 of the metro, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The hotel always seemed very clean (although I didn't black light check or anything). and the staff (aside from the one person) was always very professional, helpful, and even funny at times. Given the price, the room is of decent size, and the lack of air conditioning just encourages travelers to get out of the room and explore the city.

Horrible staff - won't let you store luggage or take keycard out of hotel with you. Rude, wouldn't let me wait in the lobby for my room. I came down to check out and one of the staff members was sleeping on the lobby sofa. Noisy, dirty hotel

They spoke English as well which was really good as I don’t know how to speak French but they didn’t have luggage storage available so I had to wait with my bags until heading off to the airport but they did have a place to store luggage nearby for 5€ per bag

The hotel served its purpose; I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, I knew it would be something simple, but what I didn't expect was the musty smell coming from the bathroom because they stored old things upstairs. The carpet was extremely old, to the point that there was practically no carpet left. The bed, although comfortable, was very saggy. The person who checked me in at reception wasn't friendly at all. Don't expect to be able to store your luggage if you need to; they won't help you. The hotel is in very good area, good transportation!

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is comfortable but the rooms are pretty small. The location is excellent, near numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The Moulin Rouge is also only a 10 minute walk away, with lots of pubs close by. A slightly longer walk will take you to Montemartre and the Sacre Couer. Also, virtually next door to the hotel is Saint Georges Metro station, which is 3 or 4 stops from the Concord and Invalides sights.

No geral a estadia foi bem tranquila, café da manhã razoável, por um preço acessível e limpeza ok. O maior ponto positivo é a localização do hotel que está a poucos passos do metrô, então fica muito mais fácil chegar aos principais pontos turísticos. Absence de chauffage la nuit, très froid, pas de couverture supplémentaire.Moquette très sale. Poubelle et meuble sdb cassés. Literie confortable. For a budget hotel, during the world cup, they didn’t over charge as could have done. Reasonably priced hotel in central location. Gentleman on reception for very nice and helpful. Rooms are dated but bathroom are new and clean. Triple room is reasonable size.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, da es 2 nahegelegene Metro-Stationen von 2 Linien gibt und nur 3 Stationen vom Gare de l'Est entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist 24 Std. besetzt. Unser sehr kleines Zimmer entsprach einem 2-Sterne-Haus, da darf man nicht allzuviel erwarten, das Bett war sehr okay, das Bad relativ alt und in entsprechendem Zustand. Das Frühstück für 12 Euro war gut. Leider gab es für die Koffer nach dem Checkout keine Aufbewahrungs-möglichkeit mehr. Also mussten wir ein Schließfach am Bahnhof mieten. Das Hotel liegt in einem lebhaften Viertel, schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht eher nicht. Es gab ein Klimagerät im Zimmer, welches wir jedoch nicht benutzt haben. Preis-Leistung passt, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und sich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen im Hotel aufhält. Ich würde es wieder buchen
