A very noisy hotel, with small and not very clean rooms. Be aware that the hotel is doing parties at the restaurant on the 1st floor and the noise getting into the rooms. It feels like trying to sleep in a nightclub. we couldn't sleep at night because of it! We co complained about the noise from a party that ended on 5am and the hotel offered us a discount for our next stay... We been to many luxury hotels around the world and have never felt so disrespected. Beside the location, there is no reason to stay in that very expsinve hotel.

Staff were very accommodating; my flight got in early before my room was ready to check in and I was able to borrow the shower in the hotel gym to freshen up. I called down to room service/housekeeping/ front desk many times during my stay and they always had a solution ; always came through . Especially when I needed a steamer to steam my dress and scarf for a wedding. Thenot hotle restaurant is absolutely incredible. I had both breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The ambience is very much understated elegance and luxury, not pompous

A nice hotel is a nice area! Rooms are large and clean, staff are friendly and efficient, the overall vibe is great! It got a bit noisy at night because the hotel's bar is fairly popular, but this also contributed to the overall fun and busy ambiance of the spot. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and nearby cafes and sights. Would definitely stay here again!

For the first 2 days our Air Condition was not working. Apparently the technician fixed it but it was not the case. Our 2nd night at 1am there was a leak from the Air Conditioning onto the floor which woke us. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night.

Only one bath towel for 2 people, given extra hand towels to compensate but for this standard hotel it's unacceptable. 3 rather than 4 pillows, managed to ask for another which was provided. Lights didn't work on second day and required an electrician to fix, couldn't use bathroom in mean time. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower couldn't be adjusted with cold water. The staff are super nice and the breakfast is well worth it, but it's let's down by the hotel not keeping up to standard.

My friend and I did an overnight layover in Paris and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. However, the hotel is beautiful and I can’t wait to go back. I’m an interior designer and I had used a photo of the ground floor foyer as inspiration for a hotel I was designing. I didn’t know where the photo was taken from, and told myself that given the opportunity, I’d love to stay in the hotel, no matter where it was in the world. Anyway, I say this to say that I’ve been looking forward to staying here and the hotel did not disappoint. The staff was warm and welcoming and I hope to visit Paris again in the near future, so I can stay in this beautiful hotel. The location was great for public transportation, if you use the metro, and the area was not only clean, but also, quiet.

The hotel gave us a room right above the hotel bar which was very loud until late at night. When we asked to switch to another room they offered an upgrade at a specific price and when we checked out they asked for double the price they mentioned when I asked for the upgrade. The “upgraded” room was also very noisy from the roof top bar. The place felt less like a hotel with a bar and more like a bar that has rooms you can potentially sleep in. Very poorly managed and I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you do take into consideration that if your sensitive to noise you won’t sleep well at night.

The hotel is modern and stylish, rooms are spacious for Paris standards. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s perfectly located to explore the city by foot (17min walking distance to Gate de l’Est and about the same to Les Halles) the hotel features a really nice bar and a rooftop bar in the summer. Why only 3 stars? Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well, as my room was street side and the windows are not noise insulated. I could even here the coming in and taking off of the metro line. Unfortunately also the inside noise when guests returning to their rooms can be heard. And later in the night there was a noise that sounded coming from the washing machine..Perhaps other rooms are different, mine unfortunately wasn’t great for falling asleep.

Try requesting a room with a view of the church, it’s beautiful. Rooms are comfortable with robes and slippers provided. The soap/lotion are great quality and smell amazing. The staff is super helpful and highly recommend this hotel. Excellent lotion as well, many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Second stay at this hotel and again it was a very nice experience. We stayed in room 301 - the view of the church is beautiful. The room was well-equipped - the possibility to make tea and coffee was much appreciated. Extremely friendly and professional reception staff. The bar/restaurant is beautiful, but the service is quite slow.

We stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Paris and it was incredible. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, helped us with directions and suggested local restaurants and neighborhoods for us to visit. We asked for the best way to get to Versailles by train and they printed out a guide for us that was very helpful (the train that goes to Versailles can get a bit confusing, depending on where you are coming from). The location itself was excellent. Within walking distance to Le Marais, a block away from the metro and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, especially for the first time!

Väldigt trevligt, skön atmosfär och bra service. Bar med skön puls och miljö, goda drinkaroch trevlig service. Frukost buffen var jättebra och personalen super. Resturangen på kvällen var dock sådär, förrätten var toppen men huvudrätterna var bara OK, lite tråkiga. Servicen var snabb men tjejen som hade vårt bord var nästan otrevlig, särkilt då jag bad att få sätta upp notan på rummet, hon tackade knappt och rusade därifrån.
