The room was about 50 feet from the metro and plenty of eateries. It was a very nice hotel and the room wasn't very small. The heat worked well and the water in the shower was very hot. Overall we'd definitely stay there again. They also have luggage storage in the lobby. The elevator was tiny. We barely had room for the two of us with carry on luggage.

Great experience. The hotel is very communicative over WhatsApp and let us know when our room was ready while they held our bags and we walked around Paris. The hotel is small but the rooms are adequate. Only complaint was that the AC turned off periodically throughout the night so we had to get up to turn it back on when the room would heat up. We were there during a heatwave so it was probably not a normal experience. Minor complaint only as we really enjoyed our stay.

Great little hotel in a convenient location to the sights of the city. Be prepared for very small rooms, although clean and well appointed. The a/c didnt work well for us and the room was very warm and stuffy as a result.

Very nice stay. Lovely hotel. Great location walking distance to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Seine River. The only issue was that the elevator only went to the fifth floor and our room was on the 6th floor! My husband and I are 70 years old. That last flight was a bit of a challenge! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

First a big thank you to the wonderful hotel staff at Hotel College de France. They were very friendly and accommodating. Nils at the front desk and Alex at the food service provided great service and made my visit very pleasant. I had a last minute luggage emergency when one of my suitcases broke but they were able to direct me to a nearby store so I could purchase a replacement. Outstanding friendly service! (trust me that is a rare commodity in Paris) All the staff were very friendly and apologize not remembering their names. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived and received a notice on my phone when the room was ready. Location was a 5 min walk to the center of the city (Notre Dame) as well as 2 different metro stations. There was a very solid large safe in my room which I appreciated and also a small refrigerator. The breakfast was very pleasant and quite economical when you consider Paris prices. The hotel is open 24/7 with a staff member present nearby. I do believe the front door gets locked around 10pm or 22:00 but then you just ring the door bell and they open within a couple of minutes. The rooms are small compared by American standards but you can't beat the location or the friendly staff. Perhaps if you want a very large room perhaps this hotel would not be to your liking. I highly recommend this Hotel and will be staying here again on any future Paris trips. Bon Voyage and God Bless you!

Wonderful, centrally located property near metro station and many sites. The staff was kind and helpful, and frequently communicated with me via WhatsApp to assist with any and all of my questions/needs. The room was not large (which is the case in many European hotels) but the bed was comfortable, the bath had every amenity needed, and the ability to control AC and open the windows was very convenient. Great restaurant across the street. I felt very well taken care of here, and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Latin Quarter, within walking distance of many attractions. However, we were disappointed with our overall stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which we were not informed of before arrival. This meant that amenities like breakfast and coffee/tea service were unavailable, and the entrance was in disarray. The construction noise during the day made it difficult to relax after sightseeing, which took away from the experience. While the staff was friendly, the lack of prior notice about the renovations and the hotel’s unwillingness to offer any exceptions or accommodations left us dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we would likely not stay here again.

O hotel é um verdadeiro tesouro. Um pequeno hotel chamoso e confortável, perto de várias atrações turísticas e apesar disso fica em uma rua muito pacata. E basta virar a esquina que temos restaurantes, lanchonetes, metrô. Do hotel você consegue ir a pé facilmente à catedral Notre Dame , rio Sena, Panteão, Saint Chapelle, Jardins de Luxemburgo e acessar as ruas e restaurantes charmosos de Saint Germain. O quarto e banheiro são pequenos porém impecavelmente limpo, confortável e funcional. Sentimos falta de uma ducha higiênica no banheiro e acho que é um detalhe a melhorar. O café da manhã com poucas opções mas tudo delicioso. Ficou faltando variar o cardápio pois nos 7 dias em que nos hospedamos as opções foram as mesmas. Mas o mais importante foi a cordialidade da equipe que nos atendeu, todos gentis e dispostos a ajudar em tudo, inclusive com a comunicação. Todos se esforçavam para nos entender. Meus agradecimentos a Sebastian, Nils, Ana, Mariana, Anderson (ou Alisson?) e todos os que nos permitiram essa estadia incrível em Paris. Certamente pretendo voltar!

The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful! The room was clean, though the carpet seemed old. An easy upgrade for the hotel to do would be change out the instant coffee to a Nespresso or Keurig machine.

We just completed a 5 night stay here, and it was delightful. The staff (all shifts) could not have been better! They were all professional, well-informed about everything in the area, and helpful in every way. The rooms are small, but certainly adequate, clean and quiet. We have been to Paris many times before, but had never stayed in this area - loved it!

Very beautiful little hotel in the great area, very clean and well maintained, rooms are small but smartly planned, loved the toiletries, and fridge and coffee making amenities in the room were a nice surprise, staff is very genuine and attentive, loved the direct communication via Whatsapp, couldnt be happier with the breakfast👌 Very close to Pantheon, Luxemburg Park and Notre Dame, and next to different Metro lines and RER B train to the airport👍

Loved this hotel, conveniently located 5-8 min walking distance from Pantheon and the Seine, 2-3 min from bars and restaurants and incredible quite at night. Guys at the reception desk couldn’t be more nicer and helpful, they gladly spoke English to us and even a little bit of Spanish. They also made themselves available thorough whatsapp. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were spotless. Bed was a little bit hard and room was small but the hotel is super cute. I will go back and recommend this place.

I was so happy with this hotel. It was within 10 minutes walk to two train stations, close to several tourist places like Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle, the Panthenon, and Luxembourg. Paris is so big that no matter what landmark you stay at, you have to travel for the others but it was within 20-30 minutes train to all other landmarks. I also chose it because of its distance to the Latin Quarter, which I loved on my first trip to Paris several years ago, great restaurants and nightlife! I was a solo traveler and didn’t feel unsafe walking the few minutes back from the trains or restaurants at night! The room was so clean & the staff was super nice.

We stayed for 3 nights in summer 2024. While the room was small (normal for Paris), it still had everything we needed, including a small fridge. Our room was on the top floor which was not accessible by the elevator - we had to walk up one flight of stairs after getting off the elevator. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you have accessibility needs. The staff were all wonderful and we liked the area. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property! Had a balcony room, and it was comfortable and clean. They have the friendliest staff, and it’s convenient to so many sites! There are 4 metro stations within easy walking distance, and while the busy area of Notre Dame is only a 6 minute walk, this hotel feels miles away from anything touristy! Several great restaurants if you want to eat nearby, and there’s such a safe neighborhood feel. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent hotel and staff. Tiny room, less than 17 square meters but sufficient. We experienced a lot of street noise with a first floor room. Two of the three nights we encountered an extremely boisterous individual on the street in he early morning hours

Charming hotel with helpful staff, located near major attractions but quiet. Lots of dining options nearby. The only issue for us was the very firm mattresses were uncomfortable. They did give us an extra duvet, though, which worked well as a pillow top for the mattress. Again, very nice accomodating staff.

We stayed for only one night. We had the family room, so two rooms connected by a small private hallway. It was perfect for our stay -- clean, quiet, nice shower. If we were staying longer, it may have been a little tight, space-wise, but I think that may be the norm. The staff members we met were great and very helpful! We did not do the breakfast for 15 pounds and just picked up coffee and some pastries nearby. It was a very nice walk to the Louvre. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Paris.

First a big thank you to the wonderful hotel staff at Hotel College de France. They were very friendly and accommodating. Nils at the front desk and Alex at the food service provided great service and made my visit very pleasant. I had a last minute luggage emergency when one of my suitcases broke but they were able to direct me to a nearby store so I could purchase a replacement. Outstanding friendly service! (trust me that is a rare commodity in Paris) All the staff were very friendly and apologize not remembering their names. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived and received a notice on my phone when the room was ready. Location was a 5 min walk to the center of the city (Notre Dame) as well as 2 different metro stations. There was a very solid large safe in my room which I appreciated and also a small refrigerator. The breakfast was very pleasant and quite economical when you consider Paris prices. The hotel is open 24/7 with a staff member present nearby. I do believe the front door gets locked around 10pm or 22:00 but then you just ring the door bell and they open within a couple of minutes. The rooms are small compared by American standards but you can't beat the location or the friendly staff. Perhaps if you want a very large room perhaps this hotel would not be to your liking. I highly recommend this Hotel and will be staying here again on any future Paris trips. Bon Voyage and God Bless you!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean. We had a short walk to a bus or train station. The hotel staff were great. The hotel and the staff were fantastic! From when we arrived very early (5:00am) to when we left they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It’s a small older boutique hotel, our room was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. They serve breakfast in a wonderful little dining room and have a seating area ( lobby) that is wonderful for a quick cup of coffee/tea that they will make for you. It’s a nice way to quickly recharge between outings. Being in the Latin quarter was excellent! So many restaurants to choose from, you’re near the Pantheon and Notre Dame is close too. They recommended a cafe called La Petite Perigourdine. We had a fabulous dinner there and the wait staff was excellent. We will stay here again when we are visiting Paris.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Latin Quarter, within walking distance of many attractions. However, we were disappointed with our overall stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which we were not informed of before arrival. This meant that amenities like breakfast and coffee/tea service were unavailable, and the entrance was in disarray. The construction noise during the day made it difficult to relax after sightseeing, which took away from the experience. Loved this hotel, conveniently located 5-8 min walking distance from Pantheon and the Seine, 2-3 min from bars and restaurants and incredible quite at night. Guys at the reception desk couldn’t be more nicer and helpful, they gladly spoke English to us and even a little bit of Spanish. They also made themselves available thorough whatsapp. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were spotless. Bed was a little bit hard and room was small but the hotel is super cute. I will go back and recommend this place.

My husband and I loved our stay here! The staff members were friendly and nice. The hotel is in a convenient location with an awesome French bakery close by for breakfast treats. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby and walking distance to several fun attractions. Easy commute throughout the city too since it’s close to the metro as well. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris next time!

This hotel was in a perfect central location for seeing Paris, yet was on a quiet street. It is so quaint and the staff is wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast at the hotel for 10 Euros is wonderful. I loved this hotel.

There was no breakfast buffet as advertised we could only get coffee and had to drink it in our room. There was construction going on in the lobby area so there weren’t any seats or tables and chairs where the buffet would have been. Also, house keeping didn’t provide enough TOILET PAPER WE JAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASK FOR A ROLL!

The staff is fantastic. We had a medical emergency and the two young ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms are clean and cozy. The nightlife is full of locals.
