The spa in the basement was amazing - well worth the upgrade to superior room. Location is unbeatable.

Loved the location!! Don’t skip out on the jacuzzi bath!! It was lovely!! Room was larger than expected. Close walking distance to many points of interest and very convenient public transportation/metro. Would highly recommend. Coffee machines in our room was a great touch!! Loved our stay here!

Location But we were appalled that we were not entitled to use the hot tub as this was listed as an amenity. There was a €40 charge

We had a lovely stay for four nights. Fantastic location with easy access to museums, amenities and restaurants/bars. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The couples massage in the wellness room was also so relaxing! We’ll definitely be back!!

This hotel is brilliant in so many ways. I didn’t appreciate until I was there quite how well located it is - 10 mins walk to Notre Dame, 10 mins walk to the stunning Jardin du Luxembourg, 4 mins walk from a metro that takes you straight to Gare du Nord (2 stops) or the Eiffel Tower (5 stops). Opposite is a quaint passageway full of amazing and historic restaurants, yet the hotel is so quiet - we had a room to the back of the building (so no view except the building next door) but it was quiet all weekend. The area is full of great restaurants and cafes, and there’s a small supermarket a few doors down. The hotel has a modern retro theme that’s full of character but tastefully done - I loved the original exposed beams and stone wall in the room. The waterfall shower was amazing (I was dubious about how powerful the water pressure would be given how old the original building is) and the air con was a godsend - and completely silent - how?! No fridge in the room, which while not essential would have been a bonus. The staff were lovely, and the free croissants during the day were a really nice touch. We were offered a reduced-rate upgrade on our arrival, which we declined because the Classic room was big enough for us, but I later remembered that the upgraded rooms have access to a free hot tub/spa, so I’d def consider that next time. See you again soon!

Great location! Nice crash pad. I think my room may have had a mold problem as I was up most of the night coughing and wheezing. Noticed some mold in the shower. Other than that it was perfect crash pad.

Extremely low standards, stained carpets, stains on bedding. Upon bringing it up with management after talking to Expedia they said house keeping checked the room and it was clean. They didn’t change the bed sheets. We couldn’t stay even one night and had to leave

I stayed here for 9 nights in the Deluxe room. It was a terrific area, great walking, food, art, public transport all at the door step. Service was great, super friendly staff, nice small touches on the room made my stay brilliant. I had room 10 which faced the street, could be a little noisy but it didn't bother me at all really. Excellent shower pressure and comfortable bed. I'll be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint-André-des-Arts. The room was small but functional, the bed was comfortable with a warm duvet, and the shower was great. They provided a good breakfast and the hotel itself is charming. This is a great place for a short holiday, not work, as there really isn’t a lobby or space to work in the room.

Room is so small it’s almost impossible to get around bed to other side of room.

I’m sorry the people were very very kind and helpful but my room was very uncomfortable! The floor was slanted making the bed feel like I was tilted and there were two beds put together and it had a big lump in the middle and the ceiling was extremely low making it very claustrophobic! Also the bathroom was hard to use because there was really no where to put anything? No good shelves or counter the shower leaked all over the floor and it was also very noisy from the the local people screaming and yelling at all hours I was actually quite disappointing because I thought it was rather expensive for the room I got. I probably would not there again. However the location was decent situated in the Saint Germain District, and within walking distance to a lot of very good places, restaurants bars, shops.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Very close to excellent restaurants, bars and stores, yet pretty quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We stayed for 5 nights as a couple in the cocoon room. It was pretty small, but had anything we needed. The hotel staff are very welcoming, the hotel is beautifully designed and we had a great experience. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Great location and spacious room with comfy beds. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Our only complaint is that we kept bumping into the hot towel heater located right in front of the toilet.

A fantastic stay all around! The hotel is in a vibrant location with easy access to everything. The room was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet at night. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room also had the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced. Fantastic water pressure! There was an issue getting the in-room breakfast via the method setup by the hotel, but we enjoyed it in the cafe instead and it was delicious. The hotel also provided an umbrella in the room which very much came in handy during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, confortável e muito bem equipado. A localização é perfeita para explorar Paris a pé, com vários cafés, lojas e pontos de interesse mesmo ao lado. Um agradecimento especial à equipa pela simpatia e pelo cuidado. Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor hotel. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendamos a 100%!

Staff was not helpful with baggage.

I recently stayed at Hotel Saint André des Arts, and while there were a few nice elements, the overall experience was underwhelming. The highlights were the good shower — strong water pressure — and the excellent location, close to great restaurants and bars. That said, it did get a bit noisy late on the weekend, which is something to keep in mind. Guillaume at the front desk was polite and cordial, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff barely acknowledged us. In a small boutique hotel, it was disappointing to experience a lack of even basic greetings when entering the property. The biggest issue was the closet — it was slightly taller than a shelf, making it difficult to hang clothes. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was mounted far too high for anyone under 5'6", and the soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. The bathroom shelf was also sticky, adding to a general sense of poor upkeep. I had requested a room with a proper closet, but they were fully booked and unable to accommodate the request. Housekeeping also missed some basic details. I used a tea bag, but it was never replaced, and on one of the days, we were left with only two-thirds of a roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. There was a gesture of apology with a note and a box of 4 chocolate truffles, supposedly to make up for the small room and closet. However, our friends in a much larger room received the same chocolates upon arrival, which made the gesture feel generic rather than personal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Like most hotel rooms in Paris, they are very small. That part was not so good but it was bigger than the last hotel we stayed at. But, everything was clean and the staff made the stay special. Everyone works so hard to keep the place going and they go out of their way to make everyone happy. Reda in the breakfast room makes breakfast a joy! Cesar is everywhere and was so very helpful. Julietta at the front desk was so pleasant, always smiling and trying to help out where needed. The breakfast offerings were delightful. There was a great variety of foods all of which were very delicious. The location of this hotel was also perfect! Loved the decor too!

Location is unbeatable. However depending on the room you get, anything facing the street will be loud, especially on the first two floors. The main problem for me was the bedding. The mattress sinks in the middle, if like me you have back issues, it's a deal breaker. Room was small, but in Paris center, that's what you can expect. Compared to other hotels in the area, it's actually larger than most rooms

The sector was very noisy during the night with people yelling in the bars on the street until 4-5am. Was not told about the tax payable at the end of the stay

Hotel muito aconchegante, quarto confortável e sempre muito bem limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso, staff muito simpático com os hóspedes e sua localização é perfeita, de frente para a Passagem Cour de Commerce Saint-Andre, no bairoo Saint-Germain-des-Prés, onde tem diversos restaurantes e bastante movimento o dia todo e à noite, o que torna o lugar bem seguro. A partir do hotel é possivel chegar em 4 minutos à pé na estação de metrô Odeon ou ainda ir andando a diversos pontos turisticos em pouco minutos. Hotel para voltar sempre.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Andre Des Arts. We liked the rustic vibe of the hotel. Great location too. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking distance to the metro stations. Near Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre and Seine. Wonderful staff.

The hotel is small, centrally located and an easy access to the Metro. Lot of places to eat nearby and the breakfast at the hotel is adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a larger room but unfortunately had sleepless nights. There's a bar right across that was very noisy and closes late night and the delivery trucks come early. One should surely ask for a room that does not face the street.

Veldig hyggelig hotell, retro design, som det tok litt tid å venne seg til, men gjennomført og fresht. Veldig bra beliggenhet med hyggelige smågater og restauranter i nærheten. Topp med kaffemaskin på rommet og frokosten kan anbefales!

The hotel's location was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the beddings comfortable. The only complaint is the breakfast, while it was not terrible, it was average at best. There were so many excellent breakfast places right around the corner at a cheaper price. We even decided to skip the hotel breakfast, despite already having paid for it.

La décoration est mignonne et le personnel est jeune et très aimable. Ils nous ont permis d’utiliser le micro-ondes, donc nous avons pu manger le riz instantané et les nouilles que nous avions apportés. La salle de bain se vidait bien et le chauffage fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui était vraiment agréable. Le seul inconvénient, c’est la taille de la chambre, mais comme c’est le cas dans les hôtels à Paris, à moins de payer une somme énorme, il est difficile de trouver une grande chambre. Nous le savions en réservant, donc la petite taille ne nous a pas dérangés. On peut tout juste ouvrir deux grandes valises. Pas de punaises de lit et l’emplacement est exceptionnel. C’est le meilleur hôtel que vous pouvez trouver à ce prix ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas très varié et les mêmes choses étaient proposées chaque jour, donc cela peut devenir répétitif, mais ce n’était pas mauvais. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait, y compris une variété de cafés et de chocolats chauds~!
