It was a very nice stay, easy check in and comfortable bed. We couldn’t use the airport shuttle because it begins at 6am-so just beware of that detail!

It was fine at first but then the hotel lost electricity from a wind storm which is unconscionable, I get it. So I went down and politely asked for a refund so I could go get a different room with electricity. I was told they were unable because they weren’t able to access their system to refund me but assured me they were working on getting the electricity back on soon and I would not be charged for that night. So with no other option I reluctantly stayed and we were without power for more than 12 hrs. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs were pitch black dark because of no windows or emergency lights and we had small children. Now fast forward to check out morning, mind you it was before 8am, the front desk starts blowing up the room phone telling me I needed to come pay for a night that they claimed I didn’t pay for. So I go down to figure out what is going on and to show them I did in fact pay for my 2 rooms for the 2 nights but not the third cause I was told they would not charge me because of the power fiasco. Anyway apparently it was all a scheme to keep us there and it happened to other costumers too. There was a lot of very upset people because I wasn’t the only one that got told we weren’t being charged for that night. Anyway lesson learned and won’t be ever staying at that hotel again because they are dishonest and their word means nothing. Very disappointed. Oh and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you!

Honestly very nice hotel. BUT the only reason I picked this place was for the shuttle. Which only runs 9-9 UNLESS he is “busy”. When I called the hotel for pickup they TOLD me to take the airport shuttle since theirs was occupied. I said in the phone this is covered & he said yes. Come to find out it wasn’t and my flight the next morning was before 9 am so again had to pay the ride. HIGHLY ANNOYING

Great hotel for the cost! Everything was excellent except for the airport shuttle service. Apparently, the shuttle starts at 8 am on the weekends and I needed to be at the airport before 8 am.

Our overall stay was good. Plenty of parking spaces and staff was great. The hotel is placed in an area that there seems to be lots of homeless people and at times did not feel safe but it's not the hotels fault.

When we got to our room. It was dirty, hot, there was bodily fluids on the bed. Then was told it would take 15 min to clean, came back 45 min later still dirty and the ac didn’t work. Then took 2 hours to get us a new room and when we got to our new room half of the lights didn’t work and the ac barely worked.

Dirty stained sheets, towels had a brown crust on them, no clock , no coffee for coffee pot, no ironing board. We paid for 3 days but checked out the next day after arrival and can not get a refund for 2 days we didn't stay. Will never go back to this hotel or it's affiliates. Will not use Expedia again.

Our door was messed up. The lock would not open with the key. The front desk guy had to come up and hook up the charger to unlock our door on 2 occasions. Other than that, the room was great.

The room was clean but extremely worn for a hotel of it's age. We were provided with shower gel but not a bar of soap. There was a space for a mini-fridge but there was not a mini-fridge or microwave. We did not feel like this particular hotel meets the Radisson Hotel standard.

Ok property but extremely slow wifi on ground level that doesn't even reach to the top floor. Also they said they only do housecleaning every three days but barged into my room the very first day without asking. Not a fan.

My first room did not have a working TV or mini refrigerator and the bottom of the shower was so dirty I had to wear shoes inside. The second room I was moved to was missing the mini refrigerator and the toilet would not fill with water so I had to pour water into the back of the tank for it to flush.

Everything was pretty much OK enjoyed the stay and slept well. I just wish it had a luggage rack and a refrigerator. Our door didn’t shut well either but other than that I slept good.

The housekeeping team knocked on my door at 0800 and before I could respond they just walked in. I yelled at them to get out. Then about an hour later they walked in again on my partner and I having intimate time! It was beyond embarrassing. And then as I was checking out the man at the counter yelled at me because he said checkout was at 11 and it was 12. I received a text saying checkout was at 12. It was beyond terrible.

When I checked in, the young lady was very rude. She seemed very put out by checking me in and taking my money. I'm pretty certain the hospitality industry is not a wise career choice. In addition, I chose this hotel since it claimed it had an on-site restaurant which was true. But, evidently, they didn't have enough staff to have a dinner service on one of the evenings I stayed there. So anyone that was not in a particular group, was out of luck. The room was not cleaned very well and the coffee was not replenished for the in-room coffee maker. Checking out was marginally better. I was not asked how my stay was or if I enjoyed my stay or anything of that nature. I inquired about a copy of my invoice and was told that I would have to obtain that from Expedia, which is the extent of the dialogue. I stay at a lot of hotels during the year and sadly, will never stay at a Radisson again.

Front desk team were always polite and helpful. Manager Tee was very empathetic and quick to try to correct solutions. If not for the good hospitality, the review would be much lower. Had several room changes, only one had an alarm clock, one had several items from a previous guest, all of them had challenges like a constantly running toilet, broken curtain, no security lock on door, broken tiles or bathroom just being filthy dead bugs in the rooms upon check in.the surrounding area had a lot of homeless. Again the staff I worked with were amazing and please know from that aspect it was amazing. The property needs a lot of TLC though. There was also some cute stray cats that were hunting crickets outside the main door that went to the dance hall next door. If not for the cute cats and manager Tee’s excellent service I’d recommend everyone to stay elsewhere but they really did a lot to make up for the bad.

The toilet seat had hair on it. Curtain was stained. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Difficult check in process- no reason for my debit card not to work for the deposit. Had to use a credit card. Recieved a text stating that check out is at 12p, however it is at 11a

The first room I got had not been cleaned. Beds not made trash and open bottles laying around. Used towels on the floor. Ask for a different room. The staff never apologized or said anything. Will not be going back

Property is excellent . The only thing is I had an early morning check out and found homeless people hanging around outside the hotel front bench . They seem harmless but as a woman walking to my car was a little scary . I looked around and saw that the hotel had a camera mounted outside the front entrance.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy & quick. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious & had plenty of storage. Parking lot was well lit, & the hotel was easy to access since it was right off the highway. Cons: The room was so hot, so we had to turn on AC, but it was complicated to figure out how to. After calling front desk, we finally got it figured out. But room was still a bit warm for us. The boxspring was dirty & stained. And when i did my bed bug check, the side table was very stained & sticky too. You could tell nobody's cleaned it in a long time. The bathroom needed cleaned better, especially in the corners & bottom of shower. Lastly website said breakfast, but didn't mention you'd have to pay for it. Overall I would stay here again, but I'd check for cleanliness before settling into our room.

This hotel was fine, just fine. Close to the airport. The room was ok except for gross stains on the carpet. The pool is not as grand as it looks in the pictures. Microwaves and fridges are not complimentary but I was offered a fridge near the front desk to use. I could smell weed everywhere i went in the hotel. I usually don't review my stays but just felt compelled based on how blah this one was. The neighborhood around the hotel was a little sketchy.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The beds were relatively comfortable. Great breakfast with a number of choices. The Cappuccino machine that grounds the beans had a line but unfortunately wasn't working. The only other negative was the chair in our room, which was stained and had seen better days. Otherwise, the hotel served our needs well for an overnight stay.

We paid $90 for a complimentary breakfast. However, there wasn’t a buffet-style station. Instead, there was a young man taking orders and preparing the food himself. As you can imagine, it took forever for him to serve everyone. But that’s not even the worst part—the breakfast was terrible! The eggs were burnt and unappetizing, the pancakes fell apart when you tried to pick them up with a fork, and the “fruit” was just a basic fruit cup, not even fresh. They really need to hire someone to cook while another person takes orders.
