The Altair Bay Harbor Hotel

Best home away from home.

Room did not have adequate Hanging Space, shelves, draws for two people. front desk staff were mostly disinterested and though promised to do something mostly doing-id not deliver. One day our room was not cleaned at all. Another day room was not cleaned by 4 pm. Hade to beg to get it cleaned. Wanted to discuss with manager but was not given the opportunity.

The room was nice and the location was great. No complaints.

Everything was really nice! The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were patient and kind. The only thing I would say as a downside is that there was no plastic bottled water.

great place,cant wait to go again fab commodoties and service great staff only a few comments i recieved balcony towards the city not the side as ordered also the coffee glasses werent so clean and they should offer extension of stay for 75 i didnt know about it
