Good location for us near Champs Elysees. Metro stop that had many lines close by. Good cafes, shops and convenience stores. Pool was very small and we were charged to use it. There was no fridge which was not great. We asked for ice which they gave every day except once. Staff spoke English and were polite. It’s a small hotel and room and bathroom were also small. It was good enough stay I would put it more a 3-star hotel.

Rooms were a bit small but everything else was generally great. Location was excellent and it was clean and safe. Bed was comfortable. No mini fridge in the room was a little disappointing. Spa was good but not worth 10 euros per person for a small pool. Should be included in the price.

Great location and spotlessly clean, rooms were well decorated, and maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful and did ever they could to make our stay comfortable. The pool facilities were great though I believe this should have been included in the price of the accommodation. The water jets in the pool were lovely. The road outside was noisy at times- I’d request a room at the back of the hotel if staying again.

Excellent location, hotel was clean and staff friendly. The pool was very bijou but a great amenity. The only issue we had was the poor noise insulation in corridors and between rooms - I could easily hear what was being said in the room next door. The noise of doors being shut was very loud too.

Hotel with great location which is recently renowated. Pool area is nice with 30€ extra cost per stay. Doors and wall are paper and you can basically hear everything from neighbours and hallway. Also door banging from other floors so earplugs are mandatory in this hotel. Breakfast was 23€ so we ate outside as you can get great breakfast cheaper. Our room had big bathroom, otherwise room was quite small. Subway/train station is really close so overall this hotel is recommended - But buy earplugs😀

We stayed for 4 nights, it was a quiet neighbourhood to return to after a busy day. Facility was clean and complimentary amenities (shampoo, body gel, lotion) was refilled 1 per day along with 2 bottles of water. Pros: Close to metro, shopping, dining, clean Cons: extra for pool usage

A real gem in a fantastic location. Close to the Arc de Triomphe so easy connections via the Metro. Straight through from Gare du Nord. We went as a family, three generations, all were happy. Very welcoming with great facilities. Rooms serviced daily with towels replaced. The pool was a bonus - we used it every evening. Breakfast well worth the €23. Staff were always helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte einen normalen Standard und war sauber. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig…. das Rührei ungenießbar. Leider ist das Hotel sehr „hellhörig“, so dass man in der Nacht durch Geräusche auf dem Flur mehrmals wach wird.

The property is very conveniently located near the metro and the tourist sights, as well as local shops and cafes etc. - we were delighted to be so near to everything. We had a twin superior room with an en suite shower room. Beds were great, room was nice and not too small but we were very lacking in storage space. Very limited space to unpack, nowhere to hang anything long, not even a coat. Tiny shower room. Staff were lovely and we did not use the pool or have breakfast at the hotel as there were so many places nearby which were less expensive. Overall nice.

Rigtig fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Trods central placering ingen støjgener. Værelset var lille men hyggeligt. Meget venligt personale!! Restauranten var lille og man sidder tæt. Svært at komme rundt i restauranten når der er mange mennesker.

Staff were excellent, so helpful. Provided us with a luggage scale to weigh bags before we left. Stored our bags all day after checking out. The family room was such a good set up. Kids pretty much had their own room with shower, didn’t realise that when we booked.

Close to metro, hop on hop off bus and local bakeries, restaurants and cafes. Service terrible - despite advertising a pool, they charge you to use it, no greeting when you enter reception, room not cleaned as the cleaners didn’t have time, no towels at pool (despite paying extra), coffee pods not replaced, no fresh water, no where to store clothes, no fridge. It seemed gueats were an inconvenience for them as they did very little to make our stay pleasant. Thank goodness the hotel is located close to attractions so our time there was minimal. Suggest you find somewhere else where staff are friendly amd make your stay pleasant.

Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. My first room was extremely small I booked three nights originally. I needed to extend it was the start of fashion week so rooms were selling out fast he made sure I would be and to extend with a larger room. He also helped me plan my day trip to Champagne France. He helped me understand the train,metro and provided info about the surrounding area.

First the staff was amazing. I had to go to the mosque for Friday prayers, and I requested an early check in, and they delivered. The room was cleaned every day without being asked to do so and the cleaner did a splendid job. Really close to Metro line 1 & 6.

Good little hotel, rooms are very tight, common hallways are very narrow, elevators are the size of closets. Rooms are clean and decor is nice. Located on a quiet street 5 mins walking distance to l’Arc de Triomphe and several metro lines nearby. Couple nice restaurants nearby as well, we ate at Mojo, delicious food, nice staff, great experience.

Excellent stay, however we were in a room with a balcony at the front of the property and the bins were collected each morning we stayed from approximately 6am - 8am. I know this is not the hotels fault, but it was extremely loud and disturbed our sleep.

Fabulous hotel, struggled a little with the language barrier when I first arrived, so check-in was a little difficult, but other than that the hotel staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Good room service throughout my stay, and I learned to say some new France words.

Beautifully remodeled hotel, very clean. We stayed at 3 hotels in Paris and this was our favorite. Breakfast was tasty & nice, food is fresher if you go earlier. Location was walkable to Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is little counter space in the bathroom, but there’s a shelf below we used. We liked Street Food nearby for a quick tasty inexpensive meal.

Was a great hotel very clean and nice staff would highly recommend ! Although rooms aren’t very big but a lot of rooms in Paris are small . only thing I’m disappointed about is I took breakfast and I wasn’t very satisfied with the food other then that was great ! Had a good experience.
