Booked the double superior with balcony. And although the rooms are small and the elevator is even smaller. I like the location. The staff. And it was a safe cozy hotel for a week for me and my fiancé. We could walk to moulin rouge. And all types of other places. I would stay here again. Paris was memorable and we both loved it.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We were a 4 minute walk to the metro station that ran on a major line we used a lot. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by and even a couple grocery convenience shops. The hotel had an elevator and our 3rd floor room had a great view. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a king size bed when I was expecting a double, and it was very spacious and had good storage for clothes. The bathroom was also quite spacious and had a great shower. The neighborhood was lovely and very walkable. Very happy with this hotel.

The breakfast was fresh and healthy options. the location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the Montmartre neighborhood. There are tons of shops, restaurants and points of interest within short walking distance. The metro is <5 minute walk away making the rest of the city easy to accessible too.

Schone kamer, netjes en bovenal erg vriendelijk personeel! In de buurt genoeg leuke restaurants om lekker een drankje te doen of te eten. Een puntje het was erg warm op de kamer en de airco deed het niet. Maar deurtje open en was het ook opgelost.

Close to transportation, eateries, boulangerie, convenience store. Small room, but that's Europe. It was clean, had a balcony, a tv, refrigerator, water kettle, and black out curtains. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely, but more expensive than the cafes and boulangerie around. Was a little loud at night and in the morning.night,breakfast in the hotel was delicious

The staff was extremely kind. I book a single room through expedia and on the booking it clearly states free breakfast. When i checked in they said breakfast was $$ per day, and i said no, its included in my reservation on Expedia then showed it to them . They said ok, sorry about that. No problem. Everything was good, my room was kind of loud but everything else was great. When i went to check out after 7 night there they tried to charge me right at $100 for breakfast. I said nope, it was included. The lady said yes but she didnt see it on her end. Once again i showed to her on my phone. She still wanted me to pay. I said look, you were here when i showed you guys that it was included when i checked in, and yall said ok.... therefore i ate breakfast everyday thinking we were on the same page. I am not paying for something that is clearly stated as free when you book it on Expedia. She politely took the charge off then. I just want to give anyone a heads up to make sure you and the hotel are on the same agreement when you check in about breakfast as it still says on each room "free breakfast each day".... again, very nice staff and great location, just a little loud for the single room. I would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, with 24 hour reception desk, and in a good location. The bed was comfy, and customer service was very good. My only complaint is that the AC did not work (they said, due to some government regulation), and we were on the first floor, so it was noisy with the window open. Also, the wifi signal was a bit weak.

00 Star – A Nightmare Stay at Hotel 29 Lepic We booked a room for 3 people—2 adults and 1 child—but upon check-in, we were given a room with only one queen bed, clearly insufficient for our family. The staff informed us we needed to book an additional room for the child and charged us an extra €150. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was non-functional, the television didn't work, and the telephone was also out of order. When we approached the manager for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

At first I was nervous given some of the lower rated reviews. However, we received nothing less than hospitable and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The hotel room was clean and simple. The bathrooms are smaller in France, but that’s just how it is. We loved being a little more outside of the tourist area because we were able to experience more of the culture and language. However, they all speak very good English and communication was not difficult at all. There were tourists everywhere as well as locals so it felt safe. There are SOO MANY restaurants, Bars, Bakeries and shopping areas immediately near the hotel. Had we known how close things really were, we wouldn’t have bothered to use Uber as much as we did. But being new in the area we were nervous at first so of course we used uber everywhere until our last few days. We stayed 8 nights and there was so much to do! The breakfast they offer is good and fulfilling. But if you’re still hungry for more, take a walk outside and take your pick of all of the many restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is small and compact ideal for visiting the sacre coeur and momartre. Though it's very hilly. The Moulin Rouge is close by. The Metro and bus stops are in Easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is of high quality. The bathroom is large enough and the hotel has a small functional elevator. We like the automated front doors, most appreciative after a long day's of sight seeing. The hotel is located close to the two metro stations. There are many shops, local supermarkets and restaurants close by. We feel safe walking around in the area even late at night. Less than 15 minutes walk to Montmartre Sacre-Coeur. A stunningly beautiful basilica and many village shops.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We were a 4 minute walk to the metro station that ran on a major line we used a lot. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by and even a couple grocery convenience shops. The hotel had an elevator and our 3rd floor room had a great view. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a king size bed when I was expecting a double, and it was very spacious and had good storage for clothes. The bathroom was also quite spacious and had a great shower. The neighborhood was lovely and very walkable. Very happy with this hotel.

The staff was extremely kind. I book a single room through expedia and on the booking it clearly states free breakfast. When i checked in they said breakfast was $$ per day, and i said no, its included in my reservation on Expedia then showed it to them . They said ok, sorry about that. No problem. Everything was good, my room was kind of loud but everything else was great. When i went to check out after 7 night there they tried to charge me right at $100 for breakfast. I said nope, it was included. The lady said yes but she didnt see it on her end. Once again i showed to her on my phone. She still wanted me to pay. I said look, you were here when i showed you guys that it was included when i checked in, and yall said ok.... therefore i ate breakfast everyday thinking we were on the same page. I am not paying for something that is clearly stated as free when you book it on Expedia. She politely took the charge off then. I just want to give anyone a heads up to make sure you and the hotel are on the same agreement when you check in about breakfast as it still says on each room "free breakfast each day".... again, very nice staff and great location, just a little loud for the single room. I would stay again.

Most notably, there was no airport shuttle like it says on this site. Uber to airport around 35e. Room had great bed and bedding, a/c and excellent darkening drapes however floor was ridiculously squeaky, hotel under major renovation and location could have been better.

Hotel is under construction so there was no common place to sit and relax. Room we booked was for 3 people and the 3rd bed was hard as rock. We had confirmed hotel had AC before we booked. AC barely kept the room clean so we never got a good night sleep and always felt tired each day we woke up. Breakfast was okay. Same things each day. But still good.
