The whole property is under construction and messy and dirty. The elevator was broken and everything was just not in conditions for people to stay. They should have been specific about this construction otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there

The room was clean. Great water pressure. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry is in a dark alcove and EXPENSIVE. Property was dark. Parking was terrible and limited. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest.

The outside areas appeared to be in the process of renovation. This is good because the rock and cement needed replacing. I hope the work continues and is completed soon to give a better outside appearance.

A good hotel, clean tidy and quite modern. The man on reception let us book in early as we had come a long way which was a bonus. Our room was good with comfy beds and a good shower, right opposite the pool which we did use and it was a good size and clean. Breakfast was adequate, no hot food other than a waffle machine which we didnt use.

There was pubic hair on both of the beds when I pulled the bed sheets back like I usually do to check if the sheets are clean. The place is very unsanitary. I would not recommend at all.

The room was filthy. The bedding was dirty and stained. The carpet was dirty and the air conditioning unit blew thick layers of dust around the room. The bathroom was not clean, hair in the bathtub, and a bath mat was used unsuccessfully to cover the dirt beneath. The person on duty seemed apologetic and provided us with new linen.

The more I looked the filthier this room got . Beyond words. I mentioned it the front desk and got a$15.00 the following day but No room change that night . It's easy to understand why this place is empty. Never again Ramada

Room was dated. You can tell things were just painted over. The bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even want to use the shower. The carpet had some stains that were questionable. Really disappointed with the room. Glad I had Lysol and other cleaning supplies. What was supposed to be continental breakfast no thank you. All the tables were dirty. The waffle machine had caked on waffle mix.

The shower floor looked dirty, i found an ant on the bathroom and a flying bug in the main room. The bathroom sink drain was slow, the door to the bathroom was squeaky. The lighting in the back parking area was not great. I am glad it wasnt super expensive.

Check in was brief. Not too many questions and simple. The room was updated with furniture and appliance. It was clean spacious. The bath area had great well light mirrors. The shower had a over head shower head with massaging pressure. Its located near the freeway but it was't that noisey. I would rent here again

The room was spacious and clean. We had two queen beds with pillow-top mattresses. The room was newly renovated but the workmanship was a little sloppy. We did not order room service but the menu was quite extensive. The room had a small fridge w/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The air conditioner worked great.

We booked the studio suite which was supposed to have a king bed, two queens and a couch for our 5 travelers but there was no couch. The front desk person was nice and friendly and agreed our studio was supposed to have a couch and could not explain why it did not. There was no additional cot available so our sleeping arrangements were somewhat more cramped than we had planned. The room was quite roomy with just the three beds and was clean but it really seemed like it was not complete and was missing furniture. Breakfast provided was good.

We arrived at 5pm and immediately were checked in by a very efficient, fast talking, young lady. We entered our room, which was clean, but noticeably, run down. The air was going and that was helpful, but the temp was not sustainable in the Arizona heat and we sweltered all night. It "registered" 64 but never turned off and never seemed to get cool. There were noisy guests in the room above us, and thru what appeared to be paper thin ceilings, children pounding the floor. It was horrible for 2 hours. We called the desk and it did stop, but started back up. There was NO internet for my friend or myself. We both had work to do and nothing got done. This was a problem for us as we literally could not log in or access. It was spotty and if it DID come on, we had 1 bar for a few seconds. THIS was one reason we chose this place and it was an important reason. Sadly, it failed. I will never again stay here nor can I recommend anyone else stay.

Property is very old; room furniture is damaged and refrigerator had large dents in it. Door safety latch was broken / missing, door after closing would suddenly open and swing inward. Keys to door rarely worked as door card locks are very old and damaged. Hotel charges $20 "early check-in fee," which in 35 years of traveling, not ONE hotel has ever done that to me. They already had a room ready, so this hotel baits you in with lower room rates, then gouges you with extra "fees." Staff were not very friendly, but did do their job in fixing the door safety latch. Would not stay again.

At check in, the front desk assistance was busy chatting with another individual. He didn't explain what's on the property, nor share the breakfast time or pool time. Only asked for our vehicle information and informed where our room is and which side to park. There was some nails and other unsafe supplies on the east side of the hotel. We weren't informed what time check out was. Needs better customer services. We checked in about 445pm or so.

I did not like it because the A/C was not working. I called and the guy came put it to work he left and 2 minutes after did not work again. I called and he said to unplug and i plug again. The ac it worked for 5 minutes I called again, I requested to move me to another room and he said that if it does not cool off after 11 pm then another person will come and check it and he came again put it to work. An hour after I could not get to sleep because was too hot. My son went to the office and talk to him again and he did not want to change us to another room because then he needs house keeping. My son told him that he wanted a new room and then he change us after several times. This is not aceptable and I am not satisfied with the treatment and also the a/c in the other room is not working properly. This is a nightmare hotel.

Nice hotel. Just a little dated. I used it for a base for different day trips. Grand canyon, Sedona, Monument Valley all within striking distance. The free breakfast was very good everyday. Many restaurants within 10 minutes. YES, I would stay there again.

Ok but very noisy as railroad nearby has trains running all night. Also diesel dump truck in parking lot started up at 5 AM and sat there running for 15 min. Good breakfast and coffee and nice staff.

We were very disappointed by the tv channels. NBA playoffs were on the night we were there, no sports channels especially ESPN so we were not able to watch the game. The shower design was terrible, water all over the floor. The breakfast area was small and not large enough to accommodate the amount of people there. Since there was no room we took a bagel to go and it was stale. We did not find the front desk clerk at time of check in to be friendly at all. Would not recommend this facility.
