You get what you pay for. Which isn’t much. The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned or turned around since the last guest. I let them know and they moved me right away to another room that was clean. As noted in other reviews, the linens and towels are stained and the ac doesn’t really work. They take a $60 deposit at check in that is only returned in 6-8 business days after check out- which is really not ideal. All this I was expecting and okay with, but it was the broken locks on the door that almost made me leave.

Decided to arrive in LA a day early and needed a last minute room. Imagine our surprise when there was a personal hot tub in the room. Great way to relax after driving for 6 hours. Room was clean.

It was clean . I appreciate the hair dryer

Free parking, comfortable beds. Sheets were stained. Walls dirty and in bad condition. Someone using briquet bbq so room filled with smoke through A/c unit.

Parking was good front desk allowed us to park car on property for 10$ a day while we went on our cruise , very helpful, thank you
