We were in town for a basketball tournament and have stayed here once before as we were passing through. Also enjoyed our stay then as well. We wanted to try it out incase it was a fluke, but this place is very nice with a beautiful cared for courtyard. The restaurant is very good too and is attatched to the hotel.

The hotel room and stay were great. The pool how ever was something else. The chlorine smell was so heavy and thick in the air my eye stung instantly. The water was a bit cloudy, and my kids complained of it tasting terrible. All that meaning it needed attention.

Very comfortable room--dark and quiet. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Nice options for breakfast in the morning. Convenient location for visiting the zoo, shopping, and eating. Downtown was only 15 minutes away, too. Slight ding for having only one elevator that was very slow to respond. Overall, great place to stay with a family.

The room was wonderful but the pool area was absolutely gross. Was most bummed about this as this is why we chose this hotel for our 2 toddlers. There were clumps of hair everywhere around the pool, old bandaids laying around, and mounds of dirt sitting at the bottom of the pool and hot tub.

Lights in rooms did not work. No freezer in refrigerator. Bathroom had missing grout in on floor and shower was not clean enough. Carpets in hallway were dark and appeared not clean. The breakfast staff was excellent.

The hallway we had to walk thru to get to our our room was atrocious. Ground in chips on the carpet, two rooms had empty wine glasses and the bottles left outside their room for over a day .Makes you wonder how the cleaning staff can miss this,, The Hotel is nice our room was nice had a balcony but when the staff are cleaning two rooms down from our room and do not see this...Won't be staying there again

Nice lobby, but dirty room, dusty all throughout, bathroom barely wiped and NOT cleaned, bed had hair that wasn't ours so the sheets were definitely not changed. Stayed here for the first time in March 2023 and also had a bad experience, but we were willing to give it a 2nd chance. Definitely will never stay here again.

We got checked into a room that was not clean. There was hair all through the sheets and all 8 pillows were covered in dog hair. The room also smelled like dog and one of the decorative pillows smelled and looked like there was vomit on it. We asked for a new room and were changed to a wheelchair access room. Smelled clean but the roll on shower got water all over the bathroom floor- not a fan of that. Overall after the checkin and room change stay was great. Breakfast was amazing that they offered. We would stay here again.

Well, I stayed at this hotel. The upgrade that I paid for was a whirlpool room with a balcony view. The balcony was not able to be used because it was jammed blocked the whole time we were there and the whirlpool was clogged and when we tried to talk to the people upfront they said, take it up with Expedia

The hotel is in a great location and near many restaurants and shopping stores. Our stay was great other than being on the second floor in Rm 225 to be exact, right outside the lounge/breakfast area. Our door had a 2 inch gap that you could see out and sound traveled right through it ever hour of the night. Ended up placing a bath towel in front of the door to deaden the sound.

Beautiful hotel. But bring earplugs! Every single sound is as though the person/thing is on your pillow. This includes everything from the tree frog outside our door, to neighbor above stomping at 330am to staff walking hallways talking. Truly a construction mistake for such a beautiful hotel.

On Saturday mornings I was approached by Alexis while eating Breakfast accusing my grandson that has a disability of stealing an energy drink while there were people eating and heard her so i went to the front desk and asked why there were no signs posted and she rolled her eyes at me and said there were several signs so after paying for the energy drink i walked over there and it was a small sign that was placed behind something. I will be talking to a lawyer tomorrow because we came to this motel to spend time together as a family but Alexis had ruined our entire weekend. I paid good money to stay there for the weekend and just hated it after Alexis did that. I should of just stayed at the other motel but my grandkids wanted to stay there. I will make sure that everyone i know knows about this situation.

The noise was nonstop starting at 4am. My toddler didn’t sleep at all. The manager didn’t do anything to help, and accused me of lying until she physically came in the room and listened. Awful experience.

Cassie at the front desk and Jerry from maintenance were amazing!! Very helpful, nice, attentive. Jerry helped us fix our tv issue very quickly and efficiently. Cassie was just all around sweet and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back.

The room we ended up in was comfortable and clean. However when we checked in and went into our original room there were already people staying in it. Thankfully they were not in the room at the time! The hotel did give us a different and nicer room to have.

Stayed there for 3 nights, was not informed at check in that you need to request housekeeping for each day. Requested it the following day and they still failed to clean the room. Had to request towels in the pool area, the hot tub jets did not work properly and the temperature was turned up too high, the breakfast selection was minimal. The noise from the traffic was so loud could not sleep( not the hotel’s fault) Over priced and horrible service.

I travel with my service dog. The hotel staff were not familiar with ADA accommodation in regards to service animals. First the check in clerk wanted to charge me for my dog, second I was kicked out of the pool area while sitting and watching my Granddaughter swim. I left and went to the desk to show per ADA and Public Health Service dogs are allowed on the deck of the pool area. My dog was in my lap and I was aware she could not be near the water. The clerk was very rude and said it was a health hazard. I travel frequently and I have never encountered the rudeness I did at this hotel. On a positive note the manager did make contact with me and will train the staff so hopefully another disabled individual who requires a service animal will not have the same experience. Also, dirty bed linens were left in the hallway outside the rooms for several hours. I did not think it very sanitary that people and children had to walk in close proximity to dirty sheets in the hallway on the floor. I will not stay here again, my experiences at other hotels in Fargo were much better.

Location was great! Close to everywhere we wanted to shop and our favorite places to eat while in Fargo. This was our first time staying at the Clubhouse, and I know where we'll be staying anytime we're in Fargo from now on! Beautiful, clean, spacious facility.

This hotel is in a nice location and we like the restaurant attached to the building so you can just go have dinner and don’t have to go anywhere. Staff is friendly. Pretty quiet stay.

The room was nice but for a $300 a night room the breakfast was quite sad. Not one protein option, just waffle, donuts, biscuits. Been to hotels that were a lot cheaper with way better breakfast options.

Love all the extra touches. Evening reception is a nice out of touch. Breakfast is wonderful for if you’re on the go and need to just grab something or if you have the time to sit and enjoy a hot meal. Very clean, excellent beds and the staff are top-notch.

This hotel is in a perfect location to get to or from most any location in Fargo. The hotel staff were very pleasant & always willing to help. We ordered room service from the attached restaurant & had our food in 15 minutes!
