There is no parking and when you check in they do not tell you, you have to pay for the parking at the checkout time, they retains your deposit for the parking. This is an abuse.The hotel did not have microwave. The room are very small. The Hotel is not worthy the price.

The room I stayed at was just renovated and I was missing numerous of things and still got charged FULL price for a room that was not fully furnished. There was nothing on the website that stated that there was renovation going on. One of the elevators was down. The parking was horrendous. One side of the street was shut down. One day the street was completely close. I stayed once before and it was pleasant. That’s the only reason why I stayed again. I should have only been charged half the PRICE 😡

First, Olga and Karen were who we had the most contact with, and they are both fabulous! Next the location is wonderful and the place is really clean. We frequently stay at Hilton properties multiple times a year. This one overall is okay, overall. The breakfast was not great, but the coffee was really fresh and that’s most important. Eggs were always weird, and whatever meat they had reminded me of microwaved stuff. Just, not good. Fruit options were very limited also. Please note that this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that does NOT have laundry as an option. This may not be important to some, but I hate coming home with dirty laundry. ThTs what we had to do. Also, please note that they do NOT have a heated pool. Now, both of these issues are totally our fault for not reading or we would have saw that it does not list laundry or heated pool. We regretfully assumed wrong, as what large place in Florida doesn’t have a heated pool? And what large place doesn’t have laundry? Explained why no one was in the pool ever. Total bummer for the price, imo. The bed was also not holding a candle to any Hilton property bed we’ve ever stayed in. Totally uncomfortable. Chair in the corner was also holding up the nightstand. They should really fix that.

This hotel’s location is perfect. Located steps away from the mid-beach, we chose this hotel for our 2-day layover before a cruise. The building may appear aged on the exterior but the interior is modern and clean. The rooms are small, which is customary to the area. The wifi, fridge, a/c and amenities all worked well. There’s a good variety of foods for the breakfast and a quick inexpensive pizza restaurant on the 1st floor. The only downside is that there’s just one elevator, and it’s busy.

This a great location. Close to beach. Very walkable to other scenic areas. Hotel itself quiet. If they can educate people better about how to get to the garage for valet parking that would improve reviews about this hotel. They work with a third party for valet parking and it is pricey, $45 a night.

Warning!! This hotel was a traumatizing experience. The room had vomit on the carpet floor with mold growing on it and the temperature was humid inside due to mold growing in the room. The light wasn’t working either. It was a total nightmare. Outside the hotel you see a ton of homeless people and drug addicts and the service was horrible. The front desk was a robot, he expressed no emotions to our complain about the room. He didn’t seem to process anything nor be willing to help us out. We cancelled our trip upon arriving and seeing this. I wish I read the reviews before about this hotel. This hotel has no cleanliness at all and your health is at risk.

The room was to small,the water in the bathroom was not going down. The carpet was derty and smell bad. Room # 215. The breakfast was not like the other hotel. Same hotel different places. Big difference. Not staying at this location again.

The room had a strong odor of dog urine and the pillows smelled like mildew. I immediately reported to the clerk at the front desk and she noted my room number as if she was going tahr care of it but did nothing to fix the problem! I will never stay here again. Totally dissatisfied.

The proximity to Mid Beach was great, an easy one block walk. Only a very small corner of the hotel has a possibility of ocean view. One drawback was how tiny the room was. Great shower, which is very necessary after a day at the beach! We really enjoyed the pizza restaurant downstairs, and having a CVS in the same building was VERY convenient.

This was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Our room was supposed to have a view of the water it definitely didn’t have that. We looked at the wall of another building. The parking was horrible and the ramp you parked in was insane plus all the roads around the hotel were closed. The staff was really nice and friendly though and teeny room was clean.

Overall good experience however i was informed that housekeeping will be every other day - that day we went to the beach and were not in the room all day and found out upon arrival to the room that it was not cleaned at all - and we did not have toilet paper or fresh towels. Upon bringing this up to the front desk I was informed that we supposedly denied the cleaning - I was very upset about this and the person behind the desk had a bad attitude about this - ver bad attitude. I believe just because we were checking out next day our room was not clean as we had friends in other two room that were checking out next day as well and their rooms were also not cleaned but they were told that cleaning was not finished yet - even though it was the same time and I was told cleaning crew was already gone. this is horrible practice by this hotel and my room was not cleaned and I was called a liar at the end since the person at the desk told me that I have denied cleaning - how is this possible as I had no clean towels or toilet paper left in the room ? this ruin my overall very good experience with this hotel and I am sure to make others aware of this.

Stayed at this hotel after disembarking a cruise pretty early (9-10AM). They allowed for early check in and held our luggage in the lobby until the room was ready. Conveniently located a block or two from the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. Pool and room was clean. The front desk is open 24 hr which allowed for easy checkout. Overall great stay.

The property is nicely located across the beach in Miami Beach, and just a short walk. The hotel was very well decorated and connected to a CVS where we were able to get things that we forgot to pack. We were checked-in by Luz who was amazing, she was extremely helpful. We had booked our reservations via Expedia and we had three rooms. Luz gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby, and took the time to help us get all the information we needed. We will stay at this property again.

The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was descent. I wish they had more staff that could understand the English language. We stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room once. We had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because no where in the room was a phone number for room service and the telephone in our room didn't work. Never did they deliver toilet paper, we had to grab it off one of the carts in the hall. We emptied our own trash can that was over flowing. A disappointing experience.

Can not fault this hotel, although it is not a 5 star hotel it is certainly worthy of the rating it has. The staff were exceptional, Karen on reception was so helpful . Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Rent bike station located next to the hotel. Great pizzeria in the hotel - we tried it! 24/7 CVS store on the corner of the hotel. Nice bakery shop also nearby. Good breakfast and coffee, tea, water all day/night. Very kind staff at the reception. We strongly recommend this hotel for exploring Miami beach.

Great place to stay before or after a cruise. Room was very small but it wasn't an issue other than our luggage barely fit in there. Walking distance to the beach and shopping is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant in the hotel has really good pizza and staff there is top notch.

This was an average hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small and basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was rough and the road construction made it impossible to find. In the morning only one guy was working valet. No one answered the phone to call down and there was a long line when we walked down. Beach was a short walk.

The stay was lovely. Easy check in. Easy to get around the hotel. It was quiet and very clean. No issues. Love that the beach was right across the street, and less of the younger rowdy crowds. Would stay again.

Great location for everything we wanted and needed - few steps to the north Miami beach, few steps to the free trolli station towards city center and buses to Miami downtown, free trolli station from the city center of Miami beach is located right in front of the hotel. Rent bike station located next to the hotel. Great pizzeria in the hotel - we tried it! 24/7 CVS store on the corner of the hotel. Nice bakery shop also nearby. Good breakfast and coffee, tea, water all day/night. Very kind staff at the reception. We strongly recommend this hotel for exploring Miami beach.

The staff was great, our room had a problem with the TV and they fix it as soon as possible. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a plus, the parking is 45 dollars, and they take it from the deposit, is very convenient because parking in that area of miami beach is difficult and confusing, locals warned us about fines and tows with the parking rules.

Eric was so great to check us in! Very nice front desk staff. Hotel offered nice coffee station and breakfast. Our room was very clean and love the shampoo & the conditioner! Overal very nice stay. I will book again!

First, Olga and Karen were who we had the most contact with, and they are both fabulous! Next the location is wonderful and the place is really clean. We frequently stay at Hilton properties multiple times a year. This one overall is okay, overall. The breakfast was not great, but the coffee was really fresh and that’s most important. Eggs were always weird, and whatever meat they had reminded me of microwaved stuff. Just, not good. Fruit options were very limited also. Please note that this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that does NOT have laundry as an option. This may not be important to some, but I hate coming home with dirty laundry. ThTs what we had to do. Also, please note that they do NOT have a heated pool. Now, both of these issues are totally our fault for not reading or we would have saw that it does not list laundry or heated pool. We regretfully assumed wrong, as what large place in Florida doesn’t have a heated pool? And what large place doesn’t have laundry? Explained why no one was in the pool ever. Total bummer for the price, imo. The bed was also not holding a candle to any Hilton property bed we’ve ever stayed in. Totally uncomfortable. Chair in the corner was also holding up the nightstand. They should really fix that.
