Front desk staff was rude. Wouldn’t even let me check in 10min before 3pm. You have to sign out towels…. Very odd in this climate. The room was noisy. The pool only goes as deep as 3ft10in. It was like a big gross bath tub. I would not recommend

Every time i visit Miami, this hotel is my go to! Safe, quiet, has a good gym, good pool and great staff. They take you to the beach entrance right across the street and pick you up when youre done basking in the sun. Plus they provide chairs and towels!! Amazing! Oh and I forgot to mention....they give you a discount card for Starbucks which is right downstairs!☕️

I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to extend my stay. I found 6080 by accident, and so happy I did! The room was so well equipped, modern and clean, and very comfortable. I loved the balcony on Collins with a view of the ocean and the buildings lit up at night. The pool is a perfect size and temperature, the lounges are superior to most hotels. The gym was clean and had everything we needed. The only cons were parking and the beach access. You need to carry your own beach chairs and umbrella across the street to the beach, which wasn’t clearly disclosed in the description for the $40 resort fee. There is also a $40 fee per night for valet parking. Those two charges plus all the taxes added over $100 per night to the stay. Something to consider when you are deciding if you need a car. I will absolutely return to this hotel in the future.

I had a great stay! I was here for 4 days with my friend for Memorial Day Weekend. The place was clean and the staff were nice. The pool was small but was nice and on the rooftop. I see myself coming back but I did not like the $200 refundable deposit which I didn’t receive and I will follow up with the hotel about that!

Clean, well kept and great scented boutique hotel. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy. Great that Starbucks was on the property!!! Steps to public access to the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great to have. Nice that it was only 6 floors up, with laundry facilities.

I love how clean this place is. I love they have daily turndown service so no sandy sheets. I really like the coffee shop at lobby level. That being said, the walls are very thin so you're going to hear your neighbors. Also, there's no option to use the staircase to get to your floor not even when one of the two elevators is out for repairs.

Rooms are well appointed with kitchen supplies but very simple in decor. Room had a nice view of the bridge and the water. Pool was way too hot but its small size and the hot temps would make it difficult to keep cool. Staff was efficient.

Upon entering our room: - There was fecal matter on the toilet seat - The toilet bowl was filthy and wasn’t cleaned at all - The floors were dirty - There was hair on the bed (on the sheet when the blanket was pulled back)! Sheets weren’t changed! See picture - The towels were stained - see picture This room was obviously not cleaned. This place is not fit for any human. I am sending the same to their consume affairs. No one should have to deal with such filth on their vacation. Stay away! Ps the first floor balcony had some of the biggest rats I’ve ever seen. I looked down from my high floor balcony and saw them jumping around all the patio furniture.

Lovely staff and service. They were generous enough to give me a partial refund when I wasn't able to be there for the first two nights of my reservation. The room was full of light and had some nice basic kitchen amenities like dishes. Having free laundry on site was another perk. Room could have been cleaner. Found a few things under the bed. Would stay here again.

This place is so close to the beach which is why this is our 3rd summer at this hotel. We love how modern and stylish the place is (I low-key love the air freshener in the lobby). The only issue was that the porch could have been cleaned a bit better. We noticed some green mold in areas.

I loved my spacious terrace. It was huge! The layout of the room was almost perfect. Enjoyed the bed facing floor to ceiling windows. The openness of it was without a doubt a highlight for me. The only small hiccup was getting valet to stop adjusting all my settings in my car EVERY time I returned. I would love to stay again, if the extra terrace room is ever available again! Booked solid everytime I check.

Very clean room and lobby - I did not check out the hotel pool or other amenities. I would definitely stay here again for a quick trip! Parking is valet only and is $40 a night. Only real complaint is the noise. There’s very minimal sound proofing. I could hear the people next door and in the hallway like we were in the same room.

Compared to the Hilton across the road amenities are lacking, but there is a Starbucks in the building (we didn’t use it but it was very popular). Where 6080 excels is in the rooms. Ours was pretty fantastic with floor to ceiling windows on 2 exposures and a huge balcony. The bed was smaller than we would have liked (not a king) but it was comfortable. There was basically a full kitchen and a nice bathroom. The Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Even though the hotel was full we barely heard any of the other guests. The hotel stay was relatively inexpensive for this part of Miami Beach.

Outstanding property and services by all staff; from the valet, front desk , managers , housekeeping staff and employees at Starbucks! All were professional a d very courteous. My only complaint was the daily , non refundable resort fees and deposit even when the customer has already paid in full, upon arrival. To lay out an additional $ 3-500 when the hotel has ALL costs paid in advance before checking in, I just don’t agree with. I should not have to pay that much. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again but would look for similarly ranked/priced hotels without those requirements. . You will not be disappointed. I’d give an A , if they had a restaurant. There is a great one a block away, so don’t let that deter you.

I really loved the suite it felt like an apartment The balcony was awesome 3 minutes walk to beach NO RESTAURANT SUPER EXPENSIVE THE SANDWICH S ARE BAD THERE CAPPUCCINO VERY GOOD I had surgery so it meet above and beyond Comfort needs and quite for rest Yes some morning traffic yet that's in any major city no issues The ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS I ASKED FOR LATE CHECK OUT the hotel was not full The young lady gave me one extra hour The normal at any major hotel would give to 1 pm She was somewhat SNOOTY and said check out was 11am only til 12pm or you must pay So needless to say I say 8 hours in the airport after surgery She was just SNOOTY and would not be helpful Except for that issue I was happy

Front Desk are thieves….I stayed in room with the wrapped around balcony which was actually nice. Upon arrival I paid in CASH for all fees because I didn’t want to use my card. Upon checking out the next day Nichole the supervisor charged my card additional fees she cannot explain. They lied and said it was for valet then Expedia called and they claiming they are unsure of the charges. Do Not Trust Front Desk get a Receipt for everything.

Pros:Close proximity to the beach,Starbucks, Housekeeping staff was so sweet, front desk was helpful, The stunning rooftop views (I had a terrace and a balcony with incredible views from every angle), the complimentary beach towels. In room amenities were spectacular! Cons: The valet person was rude! The hotel description says that they have room service, they do not. They also say they have a beach shuttle and they do but the valet guy flat out refused to drive me stating “it’s only right around the corner” and proceeded to give me directions. I asked for a late check out but they denied it since my room was booked by another person for that day.

I am now a regular at this great hotel, and will come back, but was very disappointed that, after requesting it in advance and despite my loyalty, they would not grant me a late check out so that I could attend my important 12:00-12:30 virtual meeting privately from my room. I had to take it from the noise Starbucks downstairs. What a shame.

Although the location is conveniently close to the beach and the suite had a nice layout -- our first night was AWFUL. Around 8pm, we moved an adjustable lamp slightly away from where it had been pointing and it sparked with electrictricity --leaving us with no power. I rented this weekend for a special celebration of my boyfriend's birthday and we couldn't even sleep or take a proper shower. The hotel had informed us that their tech left for the day already (at 8pm on a popular/overbooked weekend in miami?) and that we had to wait til 8am the next day to recieve any kind of help. They also refused to move us to another room. We spent the night using the flashlights on our phone just to be able to shower and move through out the room. Not to mention, because the power had gone off --we had NO AC. It was SO hot the entire night, we barely slept as well. We had an awful night and the next day when the mechanic finally arrived --he even mentioned his surprise at the fact that they would leave us to stay in a room like that. We asked for compensation for our troubles and they refused any kind of extra service or refund. It was awful. Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was nice. But after returning home this morning, I was charged $107.00 for damaged towels. The towels were Not Damaged! They were used after we bathed. Not stained.. they won\'t supply me with pictures/proof of this "damage". But said they needed to replace the stained towels. This is unexpected and I would like my money returned. They also said I couldn\'t talk to the manger.. I had to email him. I think that\'s unexpected too. Why not talk to me a paying customer..

Excellent location for a quiet getaway mid beach Miami. Easy one short block to beach…walkable to south beach and north beach. And free trolley transportation along Collins Ave. we enjoyed our stay at this modern concept hotel, room is very clean and with kitchenette, balcony view of bay. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Will return again next time in Miami.

I stay here frequently when coming to Miami. I love it because it’s quiet, it’s clean and provides apartment style rooms giving you the feel of Miami living. It also smells amazing in the lobby! A new fridge was added in the lobby with some frequently used alcoholic beverages which I thought was nice. It allows people to grab a drink and enjoy them in their room/balcony if they’re not heading out. Everything is about 15-25 minutes away from the hotel, Publix is a 10 minute walk, Aventura mall is about 20-30 min drive. So it’s convenient and pleasant staying here. Some robes in the rooms would be a nice touch, also better beach lounge chairs.

Property was clean and nice in a safe area. It was a 5-10 minute walk to a few restaurants and one next door. The pool was useful as it was windy on the first day and it was sheltered from the wind. Would recommend and a free bus service on the Miami express to the main area. Would recommend

Overall great stay, nice location (away from the busy part of South beach but still close enough to the action. Beach was very accessible and pool was nice. Cute boutique hotel and budget friendly as well! The floor was coming up in my room but literally that’s the ONLY ISSUE I had during my stay.

Walkable to a park to access the beach. There were quite a few dining options within walking distance as well. The hotel is not the quietest at night due to being right beside Collins Ave, but its not the worst. Valley parking is convenient and not priced terribly for the area. If the Tavern beside the hotel had better service that would have been amazing. Their food was really good, just poor and slow service. The hotel deserves 5 stars for the effort they give to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. The pool area was nice and lobby beers were cheap compared to most places we've stayed!

Great location, Nice Hotel with Apartments. We felt like in our Home from Home. Service was great, complinentary Beach Chairs and umbrellas were available. Definately gonna stay here again the Next time. Location is Great -15 mins from South Beach only. Free trolley stops Next to the hotel.

Sleek and stylish with cool playlist in room upon entry. Very pleasant staff. Received discounts at onsite Starbucks. Short walk (1/2 mile) to other food options. Nice views, especially from the pool. Although I reserved a room with a bay view, it was unavailable upon check-in. However, I received a corner suite with a partial beach view and appreciated the accommodation. This area is more mellow than South Beach which is great for my 6-year-old son. Looking forward to staying there again.
