Great location for the tube, less than 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road. Handy Waitrose just beside the tube, some fast food outlets and bars too. Room was tiny, only a double bed and room to shuffle around it. Fresh towels left during our 2 night stay and basic toiletries provided. Kettle in room with tea, coffee and biscuits. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment. We did leave luggage on our last morning and it was stored securely until we collected it before heading for our train.

Lovely hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts are unfortunately another matter. Food was cold and not replenished quickly enough. No coffee or tea as machine broken. Shoud of had something else in place apart from that enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location for catching the tube at Gloucester Road, staff are helpful and friendly. Could do with an on site bar in the evenings, this is a missed revenue opportunity by the hotel. Visible areas of the hotel room are very clean, however in twin rooms the bed closest to the wall down the side next to the wall was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time given the amount of dust. That being said, very enjoyable stay and recommend if looking for a convenient hotel in Central London with good connections to tourist locations.

Booked 2 rooms and there great. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The shower hot water was very hot so pay attention to the controls, ouch!! The reception were courteous and booking in was a breeze. A short distance from Gloucester Rd tube station is a short walk and so are the museums. All in all I would stay there again.

Hotel is clean and well located. I had a room to the back, so it was quiet but with no view. No breakfast facilities, so had to go out side for breakfast, which was a bit annoying.

We stayed two nights, arrived by tube service, and walked to the hotel. The hotel has several places to grab lunch or dinner close (within walking distance), and it also has one big supermarket and a smaller one within walking distance (3 blocks). The room was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a refrigerator, and the mattress was not the most comfortable one I have slept in. The hotel location is perfect, with elevators, which is excellent when you have luggage to carry on.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet, even though we were facing a busy road. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Close to bus and tube routes so very easy to get about. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights in a family room on the third floor. The room was not huge but adequate. It was reasonably clean but the shower cubicle tiles and base would benefit from a more thorough clean. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have the breakfast but I did notice on the menu that it is served with turkey bacon and chicken sausages, not pork products. Had I paid the £15 for this in advance I would be very disappointed so I only mention this as a warning to those who love their pork sausages and bacon. There was nothing really wrong at the hotel but I would question the 4 stars that it claims to be. There are no real facilities that would elevate this beyond a 3 star. This didn’t really matter as I got a great deal on this hotel (€730 for the 4 nights), compared to their normal rates (seemed to be around (€1,200) and other hotels around. It is ideally situated for Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court underground stations putting you in a quiet area but with the hustle & bustle within easy reach. Overall I would probably stay again if I got it for the same price as it felt value for money but wouldn’t stay for the higher rate.

Room was small, but fine for me on my own, and pretty normal size for London. There is a lift, but it doesn't entirely go to the levels the rooms are on (at least not on the 5th floor) and you still need to climb up half a dozen steps. Property was really clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temperature. WiFi didn't work - showed as connected with good strength, but no site would load - tried on multiple devices. The air conditioning turned off multiple times during the night - I would wake up hot, get out of bed and turn the power back on, then hours later repeat. Twinings tea supplied along with a couple of packets of biscuits. There were toiletries and a hair dryer, in room safe, and plenty of hangers.

first of all the size of the room, its too small to even have 3 star, the second is the black out curtains were terrible, the quantity of external light comming through the window was too much, and no possibility of getting total dark for sleep purpouse, and the last the table for working in the room was so small that made it impossible to work in the room.

Perfect location for exploring London - walking distance to many interesting places and lots of restaurant options within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were quiet - and clean. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable and there was no fridge in the room -which would have been appreciated. The biggest negative is the extremely small wash basin - superimpractical when you cannot even wash your face.

All great had a nice stayed. But 7am in next morning someone tried to open my room ,I thought that was a cleaner but they trying several times, glad that I woke up and about to check out at that time, and then I open the door to check why they doing it, that was another hotel guest that been given a wrong room key card by receptionist or whatever but that was only a negative.

Good location + proximity to tube station. However, staff is condescending and rude. Many rooms are also equipped with "open showers" with no shower doors so water floods the bathroom while showering. Would not stay again, but the attitude of the staff demonstrates they are used to one-time travelers only.

the staff was very helpful. and did what they could to make us feel good, as our flight had been delayed by 5 hours. so we arrived very tired. the room was nice and clean, really nice size. 3rd floor with elevator. there is a little/some noise from the road all the time. but didn't bother us. the buffet was nice.. unfortunately we experienced a shortage of cups and plates and food. they absolutely did what they could to keep up. an idea might be to get a cart so you can put your used service there when you are done with breakfast. then it is gone and there is room for new guests immediately and more time to get things sorted out there is no shortage of food. despite this, we will come again and stay again.. because with the underground close to everything. thanks for a pleasant stay until we see you again.

The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed.

Hotel is decent, but small rooms - issue was due to a delay we had half hour to check in and get changed for a wedding which I explained to the receptionist who first wanted me to fill in 2 forms with info they should already have? Then asked for ID i did not have, and had not been advised I should bring - despite repeating our predicament, he was being a total jobs worth and very rude. Never asked for ID to check in to any hotel.?? Stupid rules making us even later for the wedding - kept banging on about policy!

Great location for the tube, less than 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road. Handy Waitrose just beside the tube, some fast food outlets and bars too. Room was tiny, only a double bed and room to shuffle around it. Fresh towels left during our 2 night stay and basic toiletries provided. Kettle in room with tea, coffee and biscuits. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment. We did leave luggage on our last morning and it was stored securely until we collected it before heading for our train.

The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed.

Excellently placed for Gloucester Rd Tube Station. I had large spacious room 221. Clean, hot water, quiet inside. VERY noisy outside. Cromwell Rd busy all night with heavy traffic .I'm used to it but not for someone who's noise sensitive. It was like sleeping on hard shoulder! Bring photo Id even if your from UK

Lovely hotel, rooms are compact but workable and have everything you need. Only down side was traffic noise in on the main road. Other than that east walking distance to tube and we walked to the Royal Albert Hall in about 20/25 minutes.

Lovely hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts are unfortunately another matter. Food was cold and not replenished quickly enough. No coffee or tea as machine broken. Shoud of had something else in place apart from that enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is clean and well located. I had a room to the back, so it was quiet but with no view. No breakfast facilities, so had to go out side for breakfast, which was a bit annoying.

the staff was very helpful. and did what they could to make us feel good, as our flight had been delayed by 5 hours. so we arrived very tired. the room was nice and clean, really nice size. 3rd floor with elevator. there is a little/some noise from the road all the time. but didn't bother us. the buffet was nice.. unfortunately we experienced a shortage of cups and plates and food. they absolutely did what they could to keep up. an idea might be to get a cart so you can put your used service there when you are done with breakfast. then it is gone and there is room for new guests immediately and more time to get things sorted out there is no shortage of food. despite this, we will come again and stay again.. because with the underground close to everything. thanks for a pleasant stay until we see you again.

Room was clean and comfortable although a little hot. Staff were friendly but breakfast was not worth £14.95 each. Only halal chicken sausages and turkey rashers on offer and rest of food was not very warm. No diary alternatives offered.

I stayed here for 4 nights in a family room on the third floor. The room was not huge but adequate. It was reasonably clean but the shower cubicle tiles and base would benefit from a more thorough clean. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have the breakfast but I did notice on the menu that it is served with turkey bacon and chicken sausages, not pork products. Had I paid the £15 for this in advance I would be very disappointed so I only mention this as a warning to those who love their pork sausages and bacon. There was nothing really wrong at the hotel but I would question the 4 stars that it claims to be. There are no real facilities that would elevate this beyond a 3 star. This didn’t really matter as I got a great deal on this hotel (€730 for the 4 nights), compared to their normal rates (seemed to be around (€1,200) and other hotels around. It is ideally situated for Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court underground stations putting you in a quiet area but with the hustle & bustle within easy reach. Overall I would probably stay again if I got it for the same price as it felt value for money but wouldn’t stay for the higher rate.

Lovely hotel for the price. Breakfast is basic and a bit overpriced. There was also loud banging coming from the next room from around 10am this morning, the room next to M109, which appeared to be workmen, but when check-out isn't till 11, it's not a very peaceful way to wake up. Otherwise, a nice stay.

The shower was dirty on top of the wall, was never cleaned thru the stay. It also had mold in the corner ceiling. The AC had a leak and there is no fridge.

Had booked three rooms for three couples. The room I got was little more than 10'X12' with a 2'-6"X7' washroom. Absolutely no place to keep more than two large bags. The sink being 9"X12" with a shelf on top made it impossible to wash face or shave

Exceeded expectations for a fairly budget hotel. Good shower, air con and bed. We didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean and staff super helpful. We left an item in the room and they were very responsive in dealing with us. Good enough location, would stay again.
