No air conditioning in a heatwave. Our room looked out on to a flat roof, so we couldnt sleep with the windows open and was very uncomfortable. No safe either. Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Greenwich Village. Location is its best asset. You should know that the rooms are SMALL. The family room we had was just a double room with a single fold away bed. With the bed rxtended you could not get access to the wardrobe space and there was nowhere to put cases. You should also note that this hotel is not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities. There is a big step down from the shower which would be dangerous for elderly guests. The hotel also charges for everything (early check in, to hold your baggage and to park). It would be nice if these were offered as a courtesy. We stayed during the hot summer and the rooms did have sn air cooling unit but it still got hot. They did provide us with a fan when we asked. Overall average experience. There are other similar hotels nearby (Premier Hotel and Novotel). Id check reviews for those hotels before booking here.
