It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazon had a great breakfast every morning with a good variety of choices. Also on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening they hosted a happy hour and nibbles which was really nice.

Great stay! Very nice room with comfortable bed and linens. All staff members were excellent - very helpful and pleasant. Very good breakfast. And evening reception on certain nights was very good. Laundry room was very convenient (though it would be helpful to have a sign reminding users to remove their laundry from the machines when done so that others may use the machines)

This property was such a pleasant surpise. The room was large, clean and with all the tools we needed for several days. The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast and happy hour were delicious and the 24 hour access to the snacks and beverages was incredibly helpful for when I was hungry and thirsty and strange hours. :) Not sure we will ever get to make it back to London, but if we do, we know exactly where we will stay!

We had a fabulous stay in London at the Staybridge suites. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, and included a small kitchen with pots pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable, the room dark and quiet. The breakfast was exceptionally good and had quite a variety of items, hot and cold. Our family really appreciated the free use of washers and dryers (check out the laundry basket IN the room!

We ended up booking this place, after we had to leave another hotel due to a bad experience with cleanliness, quality, space and smell. When we arrived to this hotel, we noticed the difference right away. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very clean, they have many good amenities and plenty of space. I would definitely stay here next time.

Great lobby staff and good breakfasts. Coffee/Tea served all day. The kitchenette and free laundry are nice bonuses. The social hour for M-W is fun too. Other evenings, there's a ping pong table. We were there during Euro Cup, and for the finals, they had snacks for guests who watched the game at the dining area. Housekeeping a bit lighter touch than we would have liked (e.g., no vacuuming). Other than that, it's easy access to the subway and bus lines plus a few local restaurants. Right next to a nice garden, and a block away from the river. It feels calm and yet very accessible.

This was a lovely property with a wonderful staff, especially Richard. The breakfast was amazing! They had just about anything you could think of!!! My only complaint is they need to purchase new vacuums. I could tell housekeeping had vacuumed, but the floor, especially the carpeted area was very dirty!!!

If you like train noise from the adjacent train tracks disrupting sleep, then this is the place for you! The train was heard and its vibrations were felt often throughout the day and night in two different rooms. It seemed to be a commuter train with it passing by every 10 minutes or so. Moreover, I paid for a suite with king size bed and was provided a queen bed in room 422. Two Franco front desk employees tried to tell me it was a king and dismiss the claims (when I had moved from room 421 with a king bed due to the train noise). I should have been compensated for the discrepancy, but I was not. The train noise from activity on the tracks adjacent to the hotel makes for unpleasant sleep. The hotes was clean, but not conveniently located. Two of the three staff members were not helpful and somewhat rude. I don't recommend staying here and will avoid it on my next trip to London.

Hotel is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Vauxhall train and bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can hot tea or coffee anytime . Rooms are nicely furnished . I would have preferred a softer mattress. But will definitely come again. Loved it !

The staff was really welcoming and attentive to your needs. We arrived very early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which made our first day so smooth. Their breakfast was phenomenal - so many options to choose from. Again, the staff that was working during those breakfast hours made sure all the guests were taken care of and had what they needed. It was a very clean space. The kitchen area in the room was perfect for meals on the go and was so convenient. This hotel is in a quieter section which means a little farther of a walk to the tourist attractions. We didn’t mind this at all as we enjoy walking and didn’t want to be in the middle of the busiest part of London. There were lots of shops and food options close by and it was easily walkable to all public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff!

staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Richard and he far exceeded our expectations. All other staff followed suit. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast each AM was outstanding with many excellent offerings. everything tasted fresh and delicious. they also have a free happy hour Mon-wed eves with free drinks and great charcuterie spread. Some very nice restaurants/ pubs close by and hotel is very convenient to the tube station. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I have travelled a lot!

We want to take the time to recognize the operation supervisor. His name is Florin. He made the stay at this location absolutely unforgettable. He was so helpful in so many regards and was so empathetic and excited for us to enjoy our time in London. This man makes this location a beautiful and astonishing success. We observed Florin go above and beyond for us and for other guests selflessly. We have no doubt that if you choose to stay here, the leadership of this one man will trickle down to the rest of the staff and you can have a wonderful day.

The hotes was clean, but not conveniently located. Two of the three staff members were not helpful and somewhat rude. I don't recommend staying here and will avoid it on my next trip to London.

The staff were wonderful and the property was in a convenient location. It's walking distance to Vauxhall Underground and the Uber Boat Vauxhall pier. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast every morning and were pleased with the gluten free options. Highly recommend for someone who wants to feel like their in the middle of everything without all the noise.

I had a great 4 night stay here. Central location (close to tube/bus/trains). Friendly staff, nice newish room, good wifi/breakfast. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. It maybe cost slightly more than other “older” hotels in central London, but well worth it.

Very nice service. Staff and installations were great. Lots of food choices in breakfast. I only wish it was closer to downtown for those quick evening escapes but you need to take transportation to the tourist attractions. You got a nice park closed by that buffers noise. Location is quiet and secluded. Over all a great stay. Walking distance from Albert embarkment and a Catholic Church ( Saint Ann) within walking distance.

Hotel is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Vauxhall train and bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can hot tea or coffee anytime . Rooms are nicely furnished . I would have preferred a softer mattress. But will definitely come again. Loved it !

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazon had a great breakfast every morning with a good variety of choices. Also on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening they hosted a happy hour and nibbles which was really nice.

The staff at Staybridge Suites London were very friendly and helpful. They had a lovely cocktail hour for guests from 7 -8 pm which included a lovely cheese/nibble/drink hour. Breakfast was also a lovely spread. The rooms were comfortable and well thought out. The space worked very well for our 3 days in London.

The staff was really welcoming and attentive to your needs. We arrived very early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which made our first day so smooth. Their breakfast was phenomenal - so many options to choose from. Again, the staff that was working during those breakfast hours made sure all the guests were taken care of and had what they needed. It was a very clean space. The kitchen area in the room was perfect for meals on the go and was so convenient. This hotel is in a quieter section which means a little farther of a walk to the tourist attractions. We didn’t mind this at all as we enjoy walking and didn’t want to be in the middle of the busiest part of London. There were lots of shops and food options close by and it was easily walkable to all public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff!

Good service on check in. Clean room but a little dark with no main overhead light but not a big problem. Gluten free food at breakfast but not covered and having open jars for jam etc. made these unusable for me as a coeliac. Possibly needs more consideration for allergen control but for people with no allergies the breakfast looked lovely and varied with lots of options available and restocked regularly.

Fantastic helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, even accommodated for early morning checkout. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Would always stay here again as handy to the trains, central to walk and good eating places close by.

The Staybridge was in the perfect location. We are walkers and were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see i.e. Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Buckingham Palace as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we ever return to London.

Fantastic Hotel! The only thing that can be improved - in my opinion - is the shower. A shower with more pressure + fully closed box would make it perfect. Plus, Patrick, receptionist, is probably THE BEST I have ever had the opportunity to meet.

The carpet in the room was noticeably stained due to the light nature of the carpet's colour. There was also visible staining on one of the lampshades. Bathroom was relatively small but also the half glass barrier didn't really keep out water too effectively. Also, there's only one bottle of body wash which doubles as hand soap which was annoying.
