Picked hotel because it was close to the train and enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is safe and secure. Room as clean, beds were soft, but pillows are lumpy. Room could use a little updating, patched up shades and sitting chair was pealing, but no big deal. Shower was great. Exercise facilities are limited. An exercise bike would be appreciated. Having laundry was handy and check in and out was easy. Overall good stay.

I found my stay to be very comfortable. About one block from Kyoto station via the West exit (not Central exit). A nice, comfortable room. Friendly staff greeted and assisted me. A very small workout room if you like treadmills or stretching. 7-11 downstairs was convenient and shopping was also across the street. A variety of restaurants within walking distance is also convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was literally 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. We got the suite and it came with a massage chair!! Hotel is very clean. We did not try the breakfast buffet as we always wake up late. The best part is, 7-11 is literally next door! The only complaint is , there’s only 3 laundry machines and 1 under maintenance when we got there. You can see the status (mins left) on the tv. We literally had to try 3 times and it was already 11:30pm before we gor lucky. One thing we noticed, their staff also uses the laundry so they had special privilege sign that they put “not available “ so they can use it. I think they should have separate laundry for staff to accommodate the clients.
