Windsor Inn Lake Havasu City

Not impressed with this stay. The single king bed I reserved was not available which I don’t understand.Isn’t that that part of making a reservation, which I did? The pool was out of service once again. I think It has been down the last 3 times I have come here which is not good when it’s 90 degrees outside. There was a massive cockroach in my bathtub on day 2 and the tv has a poor picture and has static/distortion on the screen.

We got the place because it was all that was available and it has a pool but when we got there the pool was "under maintance" it was just empty. So that was the first thing that started our stay off wrong. It might be a safe place but there were 3 women by ourselves and we didn't feel safe to even leave the property so we stayed in all night.

It was ok. The room was clean. The fridge, microwave and heat worked. The bedspreads were definitely ancient. The price was a bit high for what we got but there was a special event so that is why. We would stay again.

The staff was wonderful very accommodating. They had to do a few taxes on the plumbing, but no complaints overall I think they better check them. Structural problems outside room 225 with the Brick structure.
