We booked because it had a pool and was close to the lake area we wanted to hang out at, for a decent price on a holiday weekend. The pool was drained and empty. The room smelt horrific and the bathroom was so foul my kids wouldn’t even get in the shower. We left the first night and found a different place to stay.

Not so clean, kinda stinky. There were hairs still in the shower. Wish the vent in the bathroom worked. Also our white socks got dirty as hell walking around in there.

The most disgusting and filthy place I have ever stayed. I used towels to wipe the floor and three towels were black with dirt. Pillows are yellow inside the pillowcases with hair on them. I asked Jay to make this right and I would leave and stay elsewhere and he said no. Luckily Expedia made it right as a one time courtesy and we left the property. NEVER AGAIN!! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I’ve stayed in budget friendly motels before, and I woulda toughed this one out, had it not been so bad, but when my grandsons fingers and knees were black with filth from crawling, we had to go!

AC worked ok, but made a loud clunk when shutting off, so I would use it to cool the room down and then shut it off when sleeping. The refrigerator constantly made a buzzing sound when running. I was there from a Wed. through Sat, and the room was never cleaned or resupplied with clean towels, even though I was only there at night. They had all day to do this. TV had a space on the left side of the screen that was messed up and the colors were like digital. With so many empty rooms, somebody was given the room right above me and were very noisy, loud TV and banging noise. I have stayed here many times in the past and had better service, maybe this was just a bad time to stay, not sure why all this went on.

Very dated. Worn out beds and bedding. Noisy air conditioner. Dirty floors. No housekeeping at all in our 4 night stay. We had to practically beg for towels and toilet paper. All night noise above us on 2 nights. Some monthly residents had a big fight outside about 4.30 am. Bath tub old and stained We understand that the price was low for this property but it was just too much. We have no vendetta against this property. Just telling it like it is.

You definitely get what you pay for. Motel has extremely thin walls. The people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture at 1am all nights. Next door tenant was a long term rental that was not only loud with the dog in the mornings but until 12am as well. Her cigarette smoke kept blowing in our room through the cracks in the door. Entire room smelled of smoke with ashes on the front sidewalk and ash tray outside on the ledge. The wood floor was filthy! Walked from the bed to the bathroom and back in which my bare feet turned completely black. Went back to shower and there was no hot water. Only luke warm/cool. Was like that the entire time so had to wash hair in the sink which oddly enough got extremely hot. Pulled the sheets on the bed back and they were stained plus a dingy off white color. Took them off and used my own blankets. Bed felt like you were sleeping on a hard, flat piece of wood. Just horrible. All the towels and wash cloths were also very old, hard and had stains. The bathmat looked like it hadn't been washed in forever! Covered in black dirt on one side from the dirty floor. Bathtub all stained & dirty as well. One of the outlet plugs on the desk didn't work so had to charge the other phone on the bathroom sink. Thank goodness we were only sleeping there. If you can even call it that and didn't have to be in the room for a long period of time. I wish these slum lords would actually care about their facility, their customers and check employees work.

Rooms were very dated and not thoroughly cleaned. Could here every noise from neighboring rooms and those walking past our door. Bed was fairly stiff (I like a softer bed) and has a weird metal underframe that made noise every time you got on or off the bed.

This was a basic motel. It was simple and clean but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The AC worked great, it had a fridge and microwave. It was worth what we paid for it and helped us save money on a trip for a family emergency.

Great value for your buck at a pretty convenient location. Check in was really fast, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the room cleanliness and how easy it was to unload and load back up our belongings.

Never stayed. Showed up early and was told I would have to pay 20 dollars to check in early. Also office person very stand offush. They still have this HUGE PLEXIGLASS in the office. Saw people out front barely dressed sitting outside their room also someone working on their car. I didn’t feel safe staying so I left. Booked on Hotels.com and I reported to them via a virtual person and the hotel would not refund me. I went to Days in on Mc Culloch in Havasu 100 percent better they serve bkfst and brought me fresh towels the second day.

In Havasu for an event at the rodeo grounds where we're on property late into the evening and back on site in the morning. Didn't require much aside from a bed and working restroom/shower, which this location provided. Office hours clearly shows open until 12am for late-check-ins, which is where problems arose. I wasn't able to get to the motel until around 11pm for check-in on Friday. Got a bit of an attitude from the man at the front office but shrugged it off. Went in Saturday night to extend the stay for an additional night and was met with annoyance from the same man because of the timing (around 11pm again).

The peron in the office was extremely rude and offered absolutely no cust service. I asked for late check out due to car troubles and was denied and was told I would be charged if I checked out 1 minute late and he refused to print out a receipt. If you want to treated as a customer go someware else

Our stay was enjoyable. There are restaurants within walking distance. The motel and amenities were pretty basic. If you're looking for more of a high end stay, this wouldn't be it. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, and in the morning, there is free coffee with prepackage pastries, which is nice. The area tends to get a little noisy, but it wasn't bothersome to us. If on a budget, I would likely stay here again.

I will say that the bed was comfortable. I stayed for four nights. In the time I stayed, they didn't clean my room, replace the towels or take out the trash.......despite my requests on a daily basis!!! There wasn't any breakfast, although it is advertised as an amenity. If there were anywhere else to stay in Havasu, my recommendation would be for future travelers to stay anywhere but here!!! Hospitality???? It's non existent at Windsor!!!! Keep looking as this hotel should be an absolute last resort in an act of desperation!!!!

The location was terrible, close to a curve, very dangerous with a large vehicle. Room very dim, floors too dirty to walk on without shoes (ruined new socks with filth) NO COFFEE for the travelers at the front desk. A waste of MONEY for a room!!!

I really liked the customer service. The room was very nice. Had a kitchen and was a nice size. It could use more breakfast options . They only offer coffee. Also, it was kind of a run around to get towels. It was quiet and we had a nice 2 nights stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The motel has no drink water or coffee available, nor coffee machine. The sound proof is poor. I woke up at 3 am because the person on the 2nd floor was walking in the room and I could hear clearly every step he/she walked.
