There was trash under the bed. There was litter all over the carpet the tub had a soap scum ring and would not drain. None of us could shower. The staff was not helpful at all. You had to wait at the service desk forever to get waited on.

Needs to be cleaned and remodeled. We specifically got a room with a tub with jets and were excited to be able to soak and relax. But, as we were filling the tub, we found at least four different places where there was hair (that wasn't ours). One spot looked like a man's haircut had taken place before we got there. It was gross! We rinsed and wiped it all away. The bathroom towel rack was bent so that it looked like it was going to fall off the wall, as was the toilet paper holder, and the fire sprinkler. The drapes on the window were so old that one layer was beginning to disappear. Highly disappointed, however the guy working the front desk was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean. I have two large dogs and it’s often a struggle to find a place that is clean and won’t break the bank, that’s one fit the bill!
