It is a very neat property with comfortable beds and is located close to the main rail station, making transportation convenient for guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the friendly staff, in particular the senior citizen/ “pensioner” who checked me in despite the fact that it was not yet check-in time. He was a fabulous man! Additionally, guests have access to a minibar in their rooms where they can select drinks of their choice and pay at check-out. It is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I nearly forgot to mention the giant flatscreen TV in the rooms as well as the fitness centre. I highly recommend Design Hotel F6 to anyone visiting Geneva

Un tre stelle con spazi molto ristretti ma con perfetta pulizia e con personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è piuttosto essenziale anche perché mancherebbero gli spazi per offrire di più. Parcheggio comodo. Complessivamente non male.

Buen tamaño de habitación, no así de ducha, apenas podías revolverte. Hervidor y cafetera de cortesía. Calle tranquila para descsnsar. Gimnasio pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno correcto, a destacar la variedad de fruta disponible. Como en los demás alojamientos de la ciudad te envían la tarjeta de transporte, lo que es un detalle. Zona con mucha variedad de restaurantes y a pocos minutos andando de la estación.
Buen tamaño de habitación, no así de ducha, apenas podías revolverte. Hervidor y cafetera de cortesía. Calle tranquila para descsnsar. Gimnasio pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno correcto, a destacar la variedad de fruta disponible. Como en los demás alojamientos de la ciudad te envían la tarjeta de transporte, lo que es un detalle. Zona con mucha variedad de restaurantes y a pocos minutos andando de la estación.

Although advertised as having A/C available, it is barely noticeable once the heat hits Geneva. The shower cabin is extremely tight and is growing mould in some areas. The doors to the shower permit water to run through, posing a safety hazard when you exit for newcomers, which explains why most of the towels provided were used to dry the floor and to prevent accidents instead of keeping them clean for us. The existing mini fridge doesn't keep anything cold. Additionally, there is no iron or ironing board, which is necessary for tourists. Although the hotel itself was underwhelming for the price, the staff (receptionist) was excellent and very helpful in regards to making our stay as comfortable as it could have been.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet - I hardly heard anything from within or outside the hotel. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was an OK size with good shelf space. The staff were fairly friendly and professional. Breakfast was very nice with a good continental selection. There were good eating options nearby. Also there were supermarkets, souvenier and other shops on the main road. The property is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. There is a tram station nearby which goes to the UN headquarters or into the centre of town.

The phrase “roughing it” comes to mind. The location is close to the train station, but the actual rooms and furnishings are pretty worn, don’t expect it to look like the pictures. For the price, it definitely isn’t up to standard. The staff was nice, but the hotel is really dated. Cleanliness was not up to standard and furniture/bedding/linens was worn and in some instances stained and the floor didn’t seem clean either. It’s also in a slightly run-down area, and then the door lock was loose/falling off. We ended up only staying one night and moved to a different hotel because we were super uncomfortable and the room didn’t look like the pictures. They refused to refund the unused nights on our reservation, but even so it was worth changing hotels to have a nice clean and safe place to come back to. I’d recommend to stay somewhere else.

Limpieza todos los dias, habitacion espaciosa, llegas caminando en 10 min desde la estacion de trenes y haces 20 min caminando al centro, te dan un vale para subirte gratis a los medios de transporte (te mandan un pdf con los boletos, descargas ese pdf y simplemente te subes al transporte sin necesitar validar nada, solo lleva contigo el pdf y tu identificacion por si suben a revisar) el desayuno consistia en pan, fruta, avena, yogurt, cereales, variedad de jugos y cafes, huevo hervido.

Fiquei apenas 1 noite no hotel. A recepção funciona apenas entre as 7 e 23h. No dia do checkout, precisei sair antes do horário de funcionamento da recepção, eles retiraram minha bagagem do quarto e guardaram para eu pegar na volta. Foram super atenciosos! O quarto para 1 pessoa é super pequeno. Se vocês não se incomodar, vai gostar do hotel. O hotel é próximo a estação geneve.
Fiquei apenas 1 noite no hotel. A recepção funciona apenas entre as 7 e 23h. The room was good. However, receptionist staff are not very friendly and quite rude. Not the hospitality that I was expecting. This an area that they need to work on based their attitude and how they treat guests. I guess you shouldn't expect anything more considering that this is not a high-end hotel. I have high expectation as an American tourist.

It is a very neat property with comfortable beds and is located close to the main rail station, making transportation convenient for guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the friendly staff, in particular the senior citizen/ “pensioner” who checked me in despite the fact that it was not yet check-in time. He was a fabulous man! Additionally, guests have access to a minibar in their rooms where they can select drinks of their choice and pay at check-out. It is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I nearly forgot to mention the giant flatscreen TV in the rooms as well as the fitness centre. I highly recommend Design Hotel F6 to anyone visiting Geneva

The rooms are large and well maintained. Everything works well. The only drawback is that after 11 pm there is nobody at the reception. So be careful as to not lose your rooms keys, otherwise all good!

The service was excellent - staff were friendly and they let us check in super early, which was really appreciated. They also helped us with an iron when requested. The location is great! The room is small but comfortable. Our shower was not good. It was either burning (like scolding hot) or cold.

Zentral gelegenes Design-Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für einen Städtetrip nach Genf. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße was es etwas ruhiger macht und bietet eine direkt an das Hotel angebundene Parkgarage. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, alle von uns benutzten Linien sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns kompetent über die Parksituation aufgeklärt und auf aktuelle Veranstaltungen hingewiesen. Das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer war geräumig und wie der Rest des Hotels sehr sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war angemessen und die Qualität gut.

Limpieza todos los dias, habitacion espaciosa, llegas caminando en 10 min desde la estacion de trenes y haces 20 min caminando al centro, te dan un vale para subirte gratis a los medios de transporte (te mandan un pdf con los boletos, descargas ese pdf y simplemente te subes al transporte sin necesitar validar nada, solo lleva contigo el pdf y tu identificacion por si suben a revisar) el desayuno consistia en pan, fruta, avena, yogurt, cereales, variedad de jugos y cafes, huevo hervido.

The hotel sent me a link for free city transport before arriving which allowed me to go for free from the airport to the central station. The hotel is as well within walking distance from the lake and the cafes by the lake. I liked that I could open the window in the room and have fresh air which is not always possible. One morning I bought breakfast which was below standard and not worth paying for.

We stayed at design hotel expecting some relevance to design. Some odd things like shower showed red for cold and blue for hot.. Maybe a joke? Beds comfy but duvets roasting for summer. Reception and breakfast bar staff charming and helpful, breakfast, not included, good but was astonished to hear gluten free roll, excellent, was meant to cost 8 SF extra! Considering all other hotels, 5, in Geneva and Italy provided, it seemed excessive.

The price was very very high for a small room. Especially when you come late night and leave early morning and the price paid is for 20 hours min (considering their check in and check out timings). Reception agreed to stay till I check in after 11pm - very happy with her for agreeing to this. Irrespective the cost is not at all in sync with the time. Breakfast did not have much options. Especially for Vegetarians.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet - I hardly heard anything from within or outside the hotel. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was an OK size with good shelf space. The staff were fairly friendly and professional. Breakfast was very nice with a good continental selection. There were good eating options nearby. Also there were supermarkets, souvenier and other shops on the main road. The property is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. There is a tram station nearby which goes to the UN headquarters or into the centre of town.

Location left a lot to be desired, right next to the train line in a questionable part of town. Shower with mildew spots, vanity with peeling paint. Windows are close enough to the building next door that we felt like we couldn’t open them. I was surprised with the condition of the rooms despite a cute front door and relatively good reviews online. Close to the train station but I wouldn’t recommend walking it.
