Perfection! From the welcome greeting when we arrived we knew this guest house was a gem! Room 9 is lovely, great views, spacious, extremely comfortable bed. Very clean all through the guest house. The breakfast was impeccable, great choice and the porridge was divine. The location is near to the shops and restaurants & railway. We will definitely go back when next in Pitlochry.

Convenient and easy to get to. Clean and spacious room. We stayed in 11 which was so close to the car park and only had a few steps. Comfortable room, hot showers, nice big bed, delicious breakfast - try the whiskey porridge! We ate all our lunches and diners at The Auld Smiddy Inn and wish we couldn’t stayed longer!

This is a First Class Guest House - we had Suite 11 and it was fantastic - a professional greeting from the owner Gary who was super helpful, great facilities, great location, great value - cannot recommend Craigatin enough ( special shout out for their amazing breakfast !!! )

We had an amazing stay at the Craigatin House - John is an excellent host - very personable, helpful and he'll book dinner reservations if you like! Our room was charming and very clean - we had a two night stay and housekeeping was there quite early - we were pleasantly surprised the room was done! Breakfast is yummy! DO try the Whiskey porridge - you'll love it, as well as the full Scottish breakfast in the gorgeous sun room. The check-out was very smooth, and there is ample parking - included in the rate. Lovely period building, set back from the road so nice and quiet. Our room (5) was cosy, clean, and comfortable. Good hospitality tray, with bottled mineral water and fresh milk available on request. This room also has a bath, with nice bubble bath provided - for the shower, I liked that the toiletries were all in large refillable containers and it's Scottish Fine Soaps products. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice at the buffet and my hubby raved about the Whisky Cream Porridge. Our cooked options (including vegetarian) were also really good. We'll definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Host very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to chose from, husband had porridge with whiskey which he said was delicious. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Let me first state that we generally hate staying at B&B's. That said John hosted us in the perfect manor and this particular stay was amazing. He was a fantastic host, from check in to check out. Never overbearing, always willing to help...even after he tucked in for the night! Breakfast was awesome and they provided me with enough GF food to enjoy a near full Scottish breakfast. The room was kept in good shape and very clean. For a big guy the shower was a bit small (like, boat cabin small😉) but I'd take that in an ensuite over a shared facility. We'll recommend this to anyone making Pitlochery their launching point or vacation destination.

Great B&B in Pitlochry. We stayed in room #6 with a king bed - nice sized room. Clean bathroom with shower. Breakfast was great - nice cold buffet with full cooked breakfast options. Try the full Scottish breakfast or for something special try the whisky porridge. Jon is a great host.

A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money.

Gary the owner was very friendly and down to earth, great host. Room no.4 was lovely, very warm and spacious with everything we needed. Big comfy bed. Only tiny issue was the shower didnt have a very strong flow but worked ok and was hot enough

Perfection! From the welcome greeting when we arrived we knew this guest house was a gem! Room 9 is lovely, great views, spacious, extremely comfortable bed. Very clean all through the guest house. The breakfast was impeccable, great choice and the porridge was divine. The location is near to the shops and restaurants & railway. We will definitely go back when next in Pitlochry.

Lovely period building, set back from the road so nice and quiet. Our room (5) was cosy, clean, and comfortable. Good hospitality tray, with bottled mineral water and fresh milk available on request. This room also has a bath, with nice bubble bath provided - for the shower, I liked that the toiletries were all in large refillable containers and it's Scottish Fine Soaps products. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice at the buffet and my hubby raved about the Whisky Cream Porridge. Our cooked options (including vegetarian) were also really good. We'll definitely be back.

Great B&B in Pitlochry. We stayed in room #6 with a king bed - nice sized room. Clean bathroom with shower. Breakfast was great - nice cold buffet with full cooked breakfast options. Try the full Scottish breakfast or for something special try the whisky porridge. Jon is a great host.

Had a lovely stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Host very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to chose from, husband had porridge with whiskey which he said was delicious. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Convenient and easy to get to. Clean and spacious room. We stayed in 11 which was so close to the car park and only had a few steps. Comfortable room, hot showers, nice big bed, delicious breakfast - try the whiskey porridge! We ate all our lunches and diners at The Auld Smiddy Inn and wish we couldn’t stayed longer!

This is a First Class Guest House - we had Suite 11 and it was fantastic - a professional greeting from the owner Gary who was super helpful, great facilities, great location, great value - cannot recommend Craigatin enough ( special shout out for their amazing breakfast !!! )

We had an amazing stay at the Craigatin House - John is an excellent host - very personable, helpful and he'll book dinner reservations if you like! Our room was charming and very clean - we had a two night stay and housekeeping was there quite early - we were pleasantly surprised the room was done! Breakfast is yummy! DO try the Whiskey porridge - you'll love it, as well as the full Scottish breakfast in the gorgeous sun room. The check-out was very smooth, and there is ample parking - included in the rate. We would DEFINITELY stay again at this wonderful, exquisite Bed and Breakfast. - John, THANK YOU FOR YOUR hospitality!
