The hotel is close to Napoli Central station so no need taxi and metro. To go to another city during stay in Napoli the hotel is good location. And also close to Pizzeria Michele so you can take away pizza and can eat at hotel it was really great! Cleaning staff is very nice. The front desk is not always at there so you need to tell them what time is check in.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm. Bedding was fine. Breakfast was well presented. There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.

Our check-in experience at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the outset, we felt unsafe. The person who welcomed us appeared to be visually impaired and couldn't even read our booking number from our phone. His role was unclear—he handed us the room keys and then disappeared. After he left, the entire lobby was left in darkness, as he had turned off the lights. Both the neighborhood and the property felt unsafe. One of our rooms had a strong, pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that wouldn’t dissipate, even with the windows open. The lobby also reeked of sewage, making the entire environment unbearable. It’s hard to believe anyone could stay here, and I now question the authenticity of the glowing Google reviews. In fact, they called me a "big liar" in response to my review on Google, which is shocking and unacceptable. I strongly believe Napoli Suites should be reconsidered for inclusion on the Orbitz platform. This property is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Orbitz.
