Once you get up from the street level and out of the elevator the experience is great! The brekfast buffet is of brunch quality. In this price class among the best.

For us this hotel was in a very convenient location - super close to the central train station and metro line. It is also very close to the old town and we mostly walked to all the main attractions. Although there are lots of homeless people hanging around, there was a police presence and we did not experience any harrasment or crime. The hotel reception is on the 6th floor, and the room we stayed in was on the 4th floor behind a separate lockable door - access to the building is not secure, because they publish the code on the front door, and there are other businesses within the same building. There is a lift, but its completely inaccessible sometimes, due to the movement of deliveries and its very small and very slow. If you are unable to take the stairs this should be considered. The rooms are OK - quite worn but the bedding seemed clean. If you are sensitive to street noise, its would be a poor decision because the traffic is nonstop, but for me this wasn't a problem, just a distant hum when the balcony doors were closed. The roof terrace is nice, and the bar reasonably priced. Some of the photos are out of date, as it doesn't actually have a pool, just 2 surface mounted body temperature whirlpool hot tubs, which have a tight 7 person capacity (one was not working). In general it met our needs but I personally felt that the hotel was very overpriced for the standard.

This B&B has themed rooms and they are pretty comfortable. It’s USP is the rooftop terrace. A perfect oasis in the centre lf a very busy part of Naples. The staff are lovely and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Do not let the outside of the building put you off! We booked here thinking it would be a cheap and cheerful place to stay. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The room was well maintained, plenty of space and fantastic air con (very much needed!) Check in was easy, with good communications from the team before arrival. Throughout our stay, we encountered friendly, attentive staff. The balcony is a particular highlight. A great view and 2 hot tubs make for a wonderful evening. The service from staff is excellent, providing drinks and snacks with a smile. The hotel is a very quick walk from the main station (for both the train and the underground) - which makes it ideally placed for exploring all of Naples. This includes a €6.60 return to Pompeii, and just €1.50 to go to the old town.

My friend and I booked this Hotel as it’s located in a central area of Naples and easy to reach from/to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things to improve though; the drainage in the shower was blocked so we could only take very short showers without flooding the whole toilet. This was flagged with the hotel staff and they ensured this was going to be looked at but it seemed they didn’t as it wasn’t fixed. Also, the pillows are quite big so it was very uncomfortable to fall asleep and there were no other size/type of pillows in the room. The terrace with the jacuzzi was a nice addition to our stay, but unfortunately the other negative aspects made the whole experience not completely enjoyable. I would recommend to stay in here if you’re desperate for a central accommodation, but taking in consideration these points; it is not the safest/cleanest neighbourhood in Naples and the hotel lacks of modern facilities.
