Al momento della prenotazione non mi è stato segnalato che la stanza sarebbe stata in una dependance il cui accesso avviene o tramite scale o tramite un ascensore alquanto angusto e dall'apparenza poco sicura. La stanza era un miniappartamento con cucina (superiore a quello di cui avevo bisogno) e la colazione non risultava inclusa in quanto presente la cucina in camera. Sarebbe stato gradito a quel punto trovare una macchinetta per il caffé con delle cialde.... per due notti di certo non compro una moka e il caffé... La stanza ha un bel balcone che si affaccia sulla strada. Erano in corso dei lavori nell'edificio per cui di giorno era impossibile riposare tra trapani, martelli pneumatici e urla. Nel complesso bene ma non benissimo.

Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione a buffet era ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. L’albergo si trova in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo, e offre anche la possibilità di parcheggiare, un grande vantaggio. Un’esperienza davvero positiva che speriamo di ripetere presto!
Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione a buffet era ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. Good location but despite being a large hotel with lots of indoor spaces we were made to put our bicycles in a dark and filthy underground car park. The route to the room was through a back corridor that had the appearance of a service entrance.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits, début septembre, dans une chambre studio, très bien équipée et propre. Literie confortable, salle-de-bain moderne mais un rideau de douche serait appréciable pour éviter d'arroser les toilettes qui sont juste devant, de même qu'une tablette pour pouvoir ranger ses affaires de toilette. A proximité du centre historique, tout est accessible à pieds. Le seul problème est la stationnement. Possibilité de parking en sous-sol mais à 20 €/nuitée, ce qui est relativement cher mais pas trop le choix, ce qui augmente le tarif de la chambre.

Excellent tant au niveau du personnel , que de la propreté, du petit déjeuner, de la taille de la chambre et de la localistion en plein centre. Seul point noir, le parking est payant 20 € alors que je pensais qu'il était dans le tarif, accès pas facile pour décharger les affaires car waze nous a pas emmené au pied de l'hôtel donc pas simple avec les affaires à débarquer.

Nel complesso sufficiente ma scarseggiano i servizi: niente acqua in camera, al bar a pagamento solo temperatura ambiente ed i parcheggi dichiarati sul portale inesistenti. Suppongo che tali parcheggi siano inagibili oppure ceduti a terzi perché il cancello è rimasto chiuso e non disponibile a richiesta

Hôtel pas mal mais il indique un parking est en arrivant on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de place car il y en a que 12 pour 80 chambres et de façon agressive.

Iniziamo il soggiorno con una camera che non corrisponde a quella prenotata, scendiamo in reception e subito ci viene cambiata con una migliore di quella ma insomma non un granché anche questa. Il pavimento era piuttosto sporco e la doccia altrettanto. La struttura è rimasta ferma agli anni '70 sia nell'arredamento che negli esterni. Passiamo alla colazione, l'avessi saputo prima di certo non l'avrei inclusa nel soggiorno: abbiamo chiesto un frutto diverso da una mela e sembrava avessimo chiesto la luna😂. Il buffet salato inesistente, solo dolci. Camere molto silenziose ma dalla porta si sente tutto il rumore dei corridoi, tra l'atro una signora delle pulizie alle 8 ha iniziato ad urlare nel corridoio. Capisco che il rumore che viene fatto dagli ospiti non è competenza dell'albergo ma almeno chi ci lavora dovrebbe sapere che la gente dorme ed è in vacanza. Note positive: la posizione centralissima che, per la spesa, lo rende molto molto competitivo. Voglio ringraziare il ragazzo alla reception che ci ha cambiato la camera e ci ha fatto sia check in che check out ed il manutentore mi sembra si chiami Gaetano.

Very clean comfortable rooms with excellent in-room amenities. The hotel staff are quite friendly and the breakfast buffet is very inpressive. It's location near the Teatro Massimo in the old section of the City also makes it very easy to navigate the city.

Hotel well located in the city center. Very clean sheets and towels. Large room, but old and dark. There was something black in the corners of the shower floor, possibly mold, disgusting anyway. Minibar empty, and not working until the second day, after reporting twice. No amenities. Very basic breakfast, without variety. No fresh juice or fruits. I had communication with the 6 hotels that I would visit during my vacation in different cities. This was the only one that never responded. They don't give you a map and minimal guidance at check in. Some of the gentlemen at reception are quite unfriendly, they seem to hate their jobs or the guests.

Room was clean and hotel in an excellent location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The room itself was a little dated, but well-equipped with a sitting area and kitchen. Repairs and upgrades are underway - we heard construction during our stay but nothing too disruptive. Housekeeping came every other day instead daily (this may be because I'd booked a Studio instead of a regular room). One night we did not have hot water, but it was quickly resolved once reported to the Front Desk. Overall the room suited our needs well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there are many cafes nearby.

Superior Zimmer gebucht und bekommen. Allerdings haben wir ein unhygienisches Zimmer mit schimmelbefallem Kissen, nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage, verschmutztem Bad bekommen. In der Beschreibung hieß es mit schöner Terassenaussicht. Alte fleckige Vorgänge die sich nicht öffnen lassen hindern die Aussicht jedoch! Alte angerisse Handtücher im Bad, eine sehr magere Frühstücksauswahl und ein ignorantes Empfangspersonal helfen machen die ganze Lage nicht besser. Nur das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und aufmerksam weswegen man selber noch versucht freundlich zu bleiben.

Room was larger than expected. Location was great, minutes from the teatro. However, it is a bit outdated. The window was broken and the last night when it was super windy, the window kept opening in the middle of the night and kept us up. Had a terrible night sleep. The bathroom is also outdated with broken toilet seat. The shower pressure was strong, which was nice.

This property could be fantastic with a bit of work/repairs. I can live with a few tiles missing in the shower and bathroom but what cause my low review was the lack of air conditioning. They turn it off in the cooler months for the whole building! Was not informed of this on check in and after waking in a seat at 1am went to the desk and they told me to open the window...around 2am the garbage trucks arrived, so verry little sleep. It was 26C in the room!

Not so friendly staff. Very bad WiFi, almost non existent. Leakage from the AC and their fix was just to disable the AC so we went from water leakage to a warm/hot room. Breakfast simply OK.

Iniziamo il soggiorno con una camera che non corrisponde a quella prenotata, scendiamo in reception e subito ci viene cambiata con una migliore di quella ma insomma non un granché anche questa. Il pavimento era piuttosto sporco e la doccia altrettanto. La struttura è rimasta ferma agli anni '70 sia nell'arredamento che negli esterni. Passiamo alla colazione, l'avessi saputo prima di certo non l'avrei inclusa nel soggiorno: abbiamo chiesto un frutto diverso da una mela e sembrava avessimo chiesto la luna😂. Il buffet salato inesistente, solo dolci. Camere molto silenziose ma dalla porta si sente tutto il rumore dei corridoi, tra l'atro una signora delle pulizie alle 8 ha iniziato ad urlare nel corridoio. Capisco che il rumore che viene fatto dagli ospiti non è competenza dell'albergo ma almeno chi ci lavora dovrebbe sapere che la gente dorme ed è in vacanza. Note positive: la posizione centralissima che, per la spesa, lo rende molto molto competitivo. Very clean comfortable rooms with excellent in-room amenities. The hotel staff are quite friendly and the breakfast buffet is very inpressive. It's location near the Teatro Massimo in the old section of the City also makes it very easy to navigate the city.

L’albergo si trova in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo, e offre anche la possibilità di parcheggiare, un grande vantaggio. Ottima la colazione, la pulizia e la posizione, veramente a due passi dal centro città; il personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile. la struttura è buona, anche se la camera da me occupata (doppia economy) presentava il bagno con un piatto doccia di modeste dimensioni e privo del box ma dotato di tendina. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottima posizione...colazione favolosa,ricca,super rifornita...la migliore che abbia mai fatto(anche con cannoli freschi)..vicina alle principali attrazioni raggiungibili anche a piedi...mi hanno risolto anche il problema con la prenotazione da doppia a tripla..cosa non semplice visto il periodo e albergo pieno facendomi pagare un piccolo sovrapprezzo di 20 euro...consiglio questa struttura

Hotel 3 stelle vicinissimo al teatro Massimo, 1 minuto a piedi e dalla strada principale pedonale che ti porta verso i 4 canti etc. Buona la pulizia e la qualità del sonno nonostante non siano disponibili letti matrimoniali. La camera da noi scelta una superior , spaziosa e comoda per tre persone. Dotazione della camera basica, no coffee/ tea set , no acqua . Das Hotel muss ganz dringend etwas an seinem internationalem Frühstück ändern bzw. seinen Gästen anpassen. Es gibt hauptsächlich nur süßes und Kuchen. Der Cafe bzw. der Automat spiegelt bei weitem nicht die italienische kaffekultur. Es gab nur eine Käsesorte und das ohne Geschmack.

The AC was blowing to my head.(not the best position for it.) At some point, there was an electricity outrage so there was no even water(!) to take a shower. This was just unfortunately. Breakfast was OK. I guess the price was right for what hotel is offering.

As a 3-star hotel, the Mediterraneo is excellent value for money and perfectly situated close to the Teatro Massimo and via Macqueda. The breakfast is excellent. However, it is a pity there is no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. Also, there was no shower cap or shower gel. I have been coming to the Mediterraneo for 51 years (since 1975!). It has always been great under successive management. However, I would like to see a little more by way of facilities in the room, including also a stocked mini-bar.
