Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Shower room was beautiful. All staff - reception, cleaning, breakfast - were very friendly and helpful. The area is ideal for cafes, bars and transport. My only issue was no coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel feont desk staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are perfectly cleaned each day and the hotel is located steps from the metro. There are restaurants and a large grocery store nearby and I felt very safe here. The only drawback is that there is no air-conditioning but unless you are here during a rare heatwave the fans in the rooms are sufficient.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean and you cannot beat the location. There is a metro stop within steps of the hotel and there are great restaurants as well as a large grocery store nearby. We loved our stay!

The room and bathroom were spotless and we were able to sleep comfortably. My daughter is doing a semester abroad and I found the Tram easy to take to Cite Universite campus. (two stops away). The front desk staff was always helpful and courteous and all spoke english.

Fabulous stay! Lovely, friendly hosts, very easy check-in and out, the bedroom was very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower, great location even though a little bit further out of central Paris, enjoyed walking round and exploring the local area. The room was overall nice but the bathroom was very tiny. We chose this hotel because of it being located very close to a metro station, however it turned out that that line was closed for most of our stay, not the fault of the hotel, but negatively affected our stay.

L'hôtel est OK considerant les deux étoiles. Malheureusement, on a donné une carte clé pour ma Chambre à un autre Client qui est entrée dans ma Chambre pendant que j'essayé de dormir. L'homme à la récéption m'avait expliqué que c'a été une faute à cause des problèmes avec l'internet et quoique je lui aie dit que c'avait très éffrayant, il a rit tout le temps comme si c'était une Situation drôle. C'est inéxcusable donc je n'y vais pas Encore une fois.

Le personnel oblige à ce que vous remettiez votre clé de chambre à chaque fois que vous sortez de l’hôtel. Ils ne demandent pas de preuve, ni ne demandent votre nom pour vous remettre les clés, seulement à donner un numéro et le monsieur à l’accueil, qui ne nous avait jamais vu, nous a donné la clé. Un monsieur du personnel était très insolent et a dit qu’il y avait une loi pour nous obliger à remettre la clé, sous menace de nous bloquer l’accès à notre chambre (!) Faites attention à vos objets de valeur, c’est très louche. Nous avons demandé deux lits, mais les deux lits étaient collés, aucune place pour décoller les lits, chambre extrêmement petite. Sinon à environ 20-25 minutes à distance de métro des attraits de Paris. Bouche de métro directement en face de l’hôtel. Je n’y retournerai pas, l’offre à Paris permet d’aller ailleurs où le personnel sera moins zélé.

Lovely hotel that is very close to the Metro Line 4 and also the Tramway T3a. Room was a nice size for Paris bathroom was small but was adequate. Bars and takeaways are close to hotel with one restaurant attached and lots within walking distance. No it’s not central to Paris so you will have to make use of the excellent Metro. Overall it’s certainly a hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend if it suits your budget.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel fraîchement rénové. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre qui était propre et parfaite pour 2 nuits. Étape entre un vol et un train à destination de la Bretagne, j'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la facilité d'accès depuis la gare Montparnasse, la présence d'une restauration de qualité à proximité, la liaison avec le centre Paris par la ligne 4 depuis la station porte d'Orléans située au pied de l'hôtel. L'accueil est très chaleureux . Le petit déjeuner composé de boissons chaudes et buffet froid est très riche et varié. C'est une bonne adresse pour un séjour à Paris.
