L'albergo è in ottima posizione, vicino alla metropolitana e a pochi km dalle principali attrazioni di Parigi. Camera abbastanza grande, letto comodo, pulizia fatta a dovere. Abbiamo mangiato alcune volte nel ristorante interno, qualità buona. Albergo assolutamente consigliabile

Place was nice, great staff. One block away from Metro station. Food and shopping close by. Hotel breakfast was really good. Only bad thing was that, the restaurant was closed for dinner Friday Saturday and Sunday. After touring the city all we wanted was a nice dinner in the Hotel. There was lots of options to walk to but it was too cold. Overall, hotel was great!

Construction going on right at the door and in surrounding areas. Makes taxi pickup and drop-off cry inconvenient. Needs updating inside. Broken tiles in bathroom. Twice my key was disactivated which i didn't learn until i tried and had to go down to reception and wait to be assisted. Doesn't seem like an issue until you have a child that was already eager to use the restroom. Under staffed. Bar closed at odd hours. Often no one who spoke English, Spanish or Portuguese for room service. Carpets are stained but beds were made &fresh towels stocked daily. Some staff great. Some staff terrible. Concierge very welcoming, inviting, and helpful in using metro. Patio restaurant supervisor very rude and aggressive. After checkout, the nice receptionist invited us to sit in the patio to wait for our cab since the lobby was busy. The Indian man from the restaurant told us to leave if we didn't order something. Funny thing is that no one asked for an order. I suggested giving me a menu so i COULD order. I actually wanted some drinks- juice, coffee, water. He was displeased but obliged. Upon arrival of our cab, we pickup up our remaining drinks but were informed we couldn't take them in the glass bottles. I paid 16 euros for3 drinks. 2 were on their original glass bottles and because of this, was denied taking them. I wasn't offered a cup to take away... nothing but an almost offended, bewildered, and annoyed look from the server. Poor way to end our stay. For price, you'd expect more.

Causou estranheza a ausencia de balcão para atendimento. Os hospedes são recebidos ao longo do saguão. Falta uma melhor estrutura, tal como sala de ginástica e disponibilização de equipamentos de informática para os hospedes. Falta, também, uma maior quantidade de tomadas nos quartas. O café da manhã poderia ter maior variedade de itens.

Très bon séjour, pas grand chose à reprocher. Grand lit même dans une chambre simple, très confortable. Les chambres sont propres, le staff sympathique, le bar propose une happy hour intéressante et le petit-déjeuner est correct. Rigtig fint hotel, gode 'store' værelser, sødt personale, god morgenmads-buffet, men et punkt var virkelig et NO GO. Deres trappe ned til stueetagen, som også var en nødudgang/brandtrappe, den var låst neden i bunden og det var ikke muligt at komme tilbage fra brandtrappen. Døren tilbage var ikke muligt at åbne igen, når først du var kommet ud på trappen. Med andre ord, hvis du gik derind var du fanget i trappeopgangen og kunne hverken komme ud eller ind derfra. Ren brandfælde.

I have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed it. I picked it because of the location and what I noticed this time after a few years is the high degree of cleanliness in the rooms. The bathroom is spotless which is very noticeable. There is also a good choice of breakfast menus. Also there is a bus stop just a few steps from the front door and it's on a beautiful square with a view of the Eiffel Tower. My only complaint this time is a temporary situation where the street down to Gare Montparnasse is under construction and very dusty and bumpy. I would expect this work to be finished by the summer which will make a pleasant and convenient five minute walk to the station again. On the Metro it's a direct line to the Eiffel Tower and L'Arc de Triomphe and other points on the river and in the Northern area of the City. I will stay here again on my next trip as it is also very reasonably priced. It is a very popular hotel and used by various airline staff on their stopovers. Nearby RER station Denfert-Rochereau has a direct train to CDG Airport and is a ten minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride from the hotel. The famous art deco restaurant La Coupole on Blvd Montparnasse is walking distance but reservations are needed because of its popularity. If your budget allows choose a front room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and watch it light up spectacularly every evening at 7pm with sparkling lights.

The room was very large for a hotel in Paris, and an easy walk from Gare de Montparnasse. We reserved a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but the outside of the window was so dirty that we felt as though we were viewing it through a dirty cloud. There was plenty of hot water with good pressure, but the tub was slow to drain, the fixture to switch between shower and tub was in disrepair, and the mechanism to drain the bath was completely broken. Also one of the two push buttons for the toilet didn’t function. The bed was comfortable and the towels were great. The breakfast was good, but the room was far too small for the number of guests, and despite very attentive and busy staff, numerous items, such as fresh fruit, ran out. A request made at the front desk for a second pillow wasn’t filled the first night, but a second request on the second night worked.

The reception is really lovely but the unfortunately the rooms massively let it down. They have clearly not been decorated in a very long time and the bathroom tiles had lots of black mould all around them. It's a shame as the location is great and the reception area is lovely and newly decorated, I hope the rooms are next for a makeover!

très bon accueil même si le concept de la réception mobile est assez surprenant. Deux hôtels très proches en nom qui porte à confusion et source d'erreur (assez compliqué avec ders bagages) . Il fait vraiment trop chaud dans la chambre (24°) que nous ne pouvons baissé.

Bonjour. séjour de 2nuits du 26sep25 au 28sep 25. Chambre 604 6eme étage. J'ai passée 2 nuits de cauchemar sans pourvoir dormir même pas 1 seconde à cause du bruit incessant tte la nuit(bruit de machine ? au début je pensais c'est l'ascenseur ? mais ça continue sans cesse. Au début, dans la journée peu de temps que j'etais dans la chambre, j'ai pensé que quelqu'un de chambre à côté prenait la douche. Donc je ne faisais pas attention à ces bruits. Checked in for the third time since 2006. The name of the hotel changed and also some details in the reception area. Unfortunately, you have to say that the décor of the room was quite strained. In my case, the wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower compensated for this situation. In the end, however, everything was clean and the staff reacted immediately to small, reported defects. The coffee machine was immediately replaced and missing cups were brought into the room. Train and bus are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and thus left the most positive impression.

The reception is really lovely but the unfortunately the rooms massively let it down. They have clearly not been decorated in a very long time and the bathroom tiles had lots of black mould all around them. It's a shame as the location is great and the reception area is lovely and newly decorated, I hope the rooms are next for a makeover!

Dit hotel is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen door de praktische familiekamers (2 kamers met tussendeur) en de loopafstand van het station van Montparnasse. Er zijn restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt van het hotel en met de metro ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de bekende toeristen trekpleisters. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. De staat van de kamers is ietwat verouderd, maar alles was wel heel en functioneel. De bedden zijn 2 meter lang. Voor langere mensen aan de korte kant. Per persoon krijg je 2 hoofdkussens, een zachte en een stevig exemplaar. Je krijgt een grote handdoek om te douchen en een kleinere per persoon. Op de kamer staat een waterkoker, theezakjes en oploskoffie. Wordt dagelijks aangevuld.

Employees at this hotel are midly racists and can't even speak fluent English. 1. There was a fire alarm ringing so loud on our second day of the stay. We got very worried & annoyed and found out the phone in the room did not work at all. So we had to go all the way to the reception where a female staff repeatedly told us "It's just okay." without any other explanation or apology. Also when we told her that the phone in our room didn't work, she said they'll send someone to fix it right away but until we left at the last day, came no one to fix the phone. 2. At our check-out, even though we paid our city tax on the first day at check-in, the employee tried to double charge us again. If we didn't find the receipt, they would have double charged us. And still again, they did not say 'sorry' nor apologize. Overall, this is a hardly 4 statrs hotel and shameful to call one of Accor hotel chain. The facilities are very old and not quite clean.

O checking foi fantástico, educados, ágeis. Mas no checkout, quando foi 11 horas as camareiras começaram a bater no quarto pedindo pra sairmos, foram umas 5 vezes, bastante incômodo, inconveniente, desagradável. Quando estava no saguão aguardando o carro, pedi pra ir ao banheiro e a funcionária da recepção muito estupida me disse que era no andar de baixo, falei que precisava do acesso, ela disse minha colega dará, entrei no elevador e fiquei esperando, fui ignorada, tive que sair e pedir novamente! Isso porque estou de bota ortopédica e muletas, e a funcionária veio com muita grosseria. Enfim, muito deselegante, desagradável, grosseiros, estes funcionários do horário do checkout.

If you are a woman staying in this hotel be prepared for every male staff member to be unwelcoming and rude. Day 1 the manager on staff was storming back and forth and physically bumped into myself and my friend. No apology. The man who runs the buffet at the door was rude every single morning. Every interaction with a man was unpleasant. The female staff was the opposite- friendly, warm, patient and extremely welcoming.

[Not the hotel's fault. but the sidewalk to get there from Gare Montparnasse was totally torn up, making luggage hauling very difficult] We had a couple of small glitches that didn't ruin the stay. The hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff were all polite and helpful. My only negative is that I can't believe such a modern building does not have USB ports in the rooms at the work stations.

Place was nice, great staff. One block away from Metro station. Food and shopping close by. Hotel breakfast was really good. Only bad thing was that, the restaurant was closed for dinner Friday Saturday and Sunday. After touring the city all we wanted was a nice dinner in the Hotel. There was lots of options to walk to but it was too cold. Overall, hotel was great!

I have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed it. I picked it because of the location and what I noticed this time after a few years is the high degree of cleanliness in the rooms. The bathroom is spotless which is very noticeable. There is also a good choice of breakfast menus. Also there is a bus stop just a few steps from the front door and it's on a beautiful square with a view of the Eiffel Tower. My only complaint this time is a temporary situation where the street down to Gare Montparnasse is under construction and very dusty and bumpy. I would expect this work to be finished by the summer which will make a pleasant and convenient five minute walk to the station again. On the Metro it's a direct line to the Eiffel Tower and L'Arc de Triomphe and other points on the river and in the Northern area of the City. I will stay here again on my next trip as it is also very reasonably priced. It is a very popular hotel and used by various airline staff on their stopovers. Nearby RER station Denfert-Rochereau has a direct train to CDG Airport and is a ten minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride from the hotel. The famous art deco restaurant La Coupole on Blvd Montparnasse is walking distance but reservations are needed because of its popularity. If your budget allows choose a front room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and watch it light up spectacularly every evening at 7pm with sparkling lights.

It was not a good experience. The room was hot, AC or fan didn’t work, called the lobby and told us it wasn’t “available “yet. Told us to open the window, window didn’t open. The fan in bathroom didn’t work so the room was super hot , steamed and always hot. Had to open door to hallway to get some air. So disappointed on this hotel, lack of care, concern or help. Skip breakfast , expensive and low quality food and bad service .

This was the second time I've stayed here and both times the AC wasn't working in the rooms. (It does work in the lobby). I also noticed this time that the carpets are dusty and the rooms/hallways in general are in need of a refresh. On the plus side, the rooms are larger than most Paris hotels and the breakfast is terrific. Also, the location is absolutely perfect if you need a place for one night either coming or going somewhere via Montparnasse train station. I just wouldn't choose this hotel for an extended stay, unfortunately.
