Sehr leises Hotel. Wenn, wie am Samstag das Hotel ziemlich gut gebucht ist , dann ist das Frühstück kein Vergnügen. Bar Preise übertrieben und das was auf der Karte steht nicht vorhanden. Für den Preis hätte ich mir Spiegeleier erwartet . Eine Nachfrage ob alles OK war, wäre beim Check out angebracht. So ist alles etwas kühl und desinteressiert.

The location around the hotel did look a bit weird on approach but it was a lovely hotel. Rooms were ok but breakfast was a bit limited and not replenished in a timely manner. No irons in room and had to put down 10 euros as a holding deposit for the iron. Never had to do that before in any hotel so not sure if it’s standard practice in Austrian hotels. We used Ubers and bolts throughout so cannot comment on the public transport. We were allowed to check in early to 2 of our 3 rooms so that’s a plus.

Ho soggiornato dal 9 al 12 febbraio con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati molto bene la struttura è pulita e molto bella è un peccato che non abbia magari un servizio spa o piscina, le camere sono silenziose e comode l’unica cosa è che la tv era per forza in tedesco e non si poteva cambiare lingua, davvero molto comoda se non si ha la macchina perché a cinque minuti anche meno a piedi si ha la metro e si arriva dovunque. Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno se mai dovessimo tornare riprenoteremo qua !

No room service. They confidently say their front desk is 24hrs but there is no way to reach them from your room. They ask you to email but wont respond anyway. They cant be bothered. Youll have to physically go down each time you need something. Toilet no bidet. Shower area is open so water gets everywhere in the sink area. No toiletries provided except soap. Bed is comfortable. Train noise all day, cant sleep. No heating. Its 22 degress or nothing. I had to turn the main off to just not have it at all. They wont help with bags, not even bring it up. Youre on your own. If you just need a place to sleep and dont require any service, this place is fine but not worth the price without service. They have a tablet in the room that was supposed to send an email to them if you need something. But even the front desk person didnt know where is the button for that, nor can be bothered to find out. Technology and service isnt their strong suit, so dont expect much. Never recommending this place to anyone.

Oppholdet stemte ikke i forhold til de gode anmeldelsene. Opplevde personalet som lite tilstedeværende. Lite utvalg til frokost. Mat som blir tomt ble ikke fylt opp. Mye skittent oppvask og bord i frokost rommet. AC virket ikke. Mye støy fra trafikken og toget som er rett på utsiden. Skyvedøren til toalett / bad gikk ikke å lukke ordentlig. Ikke kjøleskap på rom, og dårlig renhold.

This hotel is clean and has confotable & modern rooms. The hotel is situated next to a metro line and a busy street, and the noise of the rails and street can be heard in the rooms facing them. So I recommend using ear plugs if necessary. But overall, a this is a nice hotel for budget travellers.

First room was dusty and had hair on the bed, so we changed room. There is no air conditioning, despite what they advertise, it was blowing out 29 degree heat all night and we couldn't sleep. I've seen other reviews with the same complaint, and staff confirmed A/C only works at certain times. The bed sinks in when you lay on it, and I ended up with a bad back.The toilet door doesn't close fully in any of the rooms, so you can hear eachother, and see eachother through the crack in the door. Hair drier didn't work, they replaced it with another one which would overheat and stop working after 30 seconds of use. Housekeeping came in and invaded our privacy when we left do not disturb on the door. They also never changed our sheets during our visit, they only made the bed. Breakfast was incredibly overpriced for what they offer, and it was always an unpleasant experience because of how busy and cramped it was. The location is in a really rough part of Vienna too, lots of drunk people. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, particularly not for a couple.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein und das es nur eine Schiebetür für die Toilette und die Dusche gab, fanden wir nicht so praktisch (die Schiebetür war in den Bilder zu sehen). Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich saubergemacht, es gab Haare und Flusen aufn Teppich und die Bettwäsche wurde in den 3 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Ansonsten die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war ok, aber etwas Abwechslung in der Auswahl wäre besser gewesen.

Bei Buchung eines Superior Zimmers hätte ich eine ruhigere Lage (U-Bahn) erwartet. Die Reinigung des Zimmers nach der 1. Nacht war unzumutbar: Nachthemd hing über der Wasserflasche, benutzte Gläser nicht abgeräumt, Wischspuren (zu nass) auf dem Schreibtisch, keine Auffüllung der Kaffeepads. Das Bett sah aus, als hätte es ein kleines Kind gemacht. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption war die Reinigung am nächsten Tag gut.

Gutes Durchschittshotel, welches direkt neben einer viel befahrenen Straße und der oberirdischverlaufenden U-Bahn liegt. Fenster halten größtenteils den Lärm ab, aber nichts für hellhörige Menschen. Zimmer entsprechen dem aktuellen Standart, Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nur müsste öfter mal Staub gesaugt und gewischt werden. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksauswahl war ausreichend, nur hab ich noch nie solche kleinen Brötchen gesehen. Preislich etwasüberteuert, für die Stadt wohl aber noch in Ordnung.

Fint hotel. Morgenmaden var ikke den bedste med et stort udvalg. Toilettet lå separat fra badeværelset og de delte en skydedør. Problemet var bare at du ikke kunne lukke døren helt til toilettet, så den stod på klem hele tiden. Meget upraktisk hvis man ville have et toiletbesøg for sig selv.

Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom and shower are not combined and have only one sliding door for both. So you either taking a shower or sitting on the toilet with a door open. The show does not have a door or curtain so water covers all the floor in the bathroom.

Extremely frustrated with my stay! The room that I booked has an A/C in the room that was not “working” when I questioned the receptionist about, she said that the hotel is a green hotel and during winter time they just use the heater. Note that it’s not even winter. My room had no ventilation, was extremely warm. The AC was needed! The window just opened a small portion and of I left it open during the night the noise of the street was unbearable. 3 nights with no sleep. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, since I didn’t get any assistance with my room!

Muito ruim! Barulhento (literalmente ao lado do metrô), café da manhã escasso, ar condicionado ineficiente, quarto pequeno, sem armário, sem frigobar, sem lavanderia. Há opções bem melhores na região considerando a faixa de preço.

Bel hôtel situé près de deux stations de métro. À bonne distance de marche du centre de Vienne et près du château (de sissi) La chambre est bien, elle est propre. Le lit aurait besoin de nouveau matelas et la douche devrait avoir soit un mur de verre plus long ou des portes de douches, car l'eau se ramasse toujours à l'extérieur de la douche Le personnel est sympathique.

Great location, close to subway and tram. The price was good for being close to inner city. Our room was on the side of the subway rails and was rather loud. Ear plugs if you need them is suggested.

Excellent hotel at a perfect location, my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, reaching the city center just within a few min away as there is a metro line near by the hotel, we reached the hotel earlier than the stated checking time, however, without any issues we were able to check in as soon as we reached the hotel, from the airport its easy to reach the hotel just by the city airport train and then take the metro to the hotel, so its really convenient for us in terms of finding the hotel. Room service sometimes not punctual as they come late on the day, but its not a major issue for us as they are kind and happy to assist whenever we request the room service.Rooms are cleaned and exactly looks in the pictures.

We arrived at the hotel after a long trip and were told that the hotel was overbooked and didn’t have the room we had already payed for. We were offered two single rooms in the hotel despite having booked a double room as a couple, or a room in one of their other hotels. The first night was in their nearby hotel and the next two were back in this hotel. We had to ask for breakfast on the house as a compensation, as the receptionist didn’t think it was that big of a problem from the beginning. The trips between the hotels were payed by the hotel, but in overall it’s not an experience you want, when you had prepaid and expect to receive what you had been sold. The hotel itself was nice and seemed new, breakfast was fine. Good location close to public transport options. If things could go smoothly for them, I would recommend.

Overall clean hotel however, the customer service was not great at all. We had informed them beforehand we were coming for our first year anniversary trip but they did not attend to any of our requests. They would not even let us check in earlier and made us wait from 8:30am till 3pm (aprox 6 hours). They mentioned early check in would be 30 euros on the day of and once we agreed they said we can no longer check in earlier as it is very busy. Once we got there at 3pm there was no line to check in and not busy at all. The room was average, fairly small and the washroom had a sliding door which would not even close properly. To top if off the washroom had no exhaust either. We had hoped for a better experience when celebrating out anniversary but the hotel made no efforts whatsoever to make it special.

No room service. They confidently say their front desk is 24hrs but there is no way to reach them from your room. They ask you to email but wont respond anyway. They cant be bothered. Youll have to physically go down each time you need something. Toilet no bidet. Shower area is open so water gets everywhere in the sink area. No toiletries provided except soap. Bed is comfortable. Train noise all day, cant sleep. No heating. Its 22 degress or nothing. I had to turn the main off to just not have it at all. They wont help with bags, not even bring it up. Youre on your own. If you just need a place to sleep and dont require any service, this place is fine but not worth the price without service. They have a tablet in the room that was supposed to send an email to them if you need something. O hotel é ótimo, tudo bem novo! Não fica no centro de Viena, porém, fica próximo do transporte público e é bem fácil de chegar às atrações turísticas. Fomos no inverno, nós particularmente, sentimos calor pois o aquecedor do hotel estava sempre ligado e no quarto teoricamente tem ar/aquecedor, porém, o ar só fica ligado no verão já que no inverno o hotel todo é aquecido com aquecimento central. Então, a solução que nos deram foi desligar o aquecimento do quarto na chave de energia e abrirmos um pouco as janelas, deu certo mas isso faz com que acabe entrando um pouco de barulho da rua, porém, não nos atrapalhou tanto. Para nós, o hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir waren für einen Städte-Trip in Wien und haben uns das Leonardo ausgesucht. Liegt ziemlich zwischen der Innenstadt und dem Schloss Schönbrunn. Man ist mit der U-Bahn (die ca. 5min. zu Fuß entfernt ist) in ca. 8min in der Innenstadt und in 5 min. am Schloss. Das Hotel selber ist relativ neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Einrichtung modern. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Es gab verschiedenen Kaffeespezialitäten zur Auswahl. Frisches Obst, Brötchen, Marmelade usw. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, dass sehr zentral gelegen ist. 3 Minuten Fussweg zur U- Bahn und nach 10 Minuten Fahrt, ist man Mitten in der Wiener Innenstadt.

We can’t find the hotel sign board on the building! Next to rail track but noise is bearable for us, might be hard for light sleepers. Room is Very modern and has good lighting and facilities. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station, convenient to train to city. We walked to schonbrunn palace in 35 minutes, took the opportunity to see the area on the way.

Sehr leises Hotel. Wenn, wie am Samstag das Hotel ziemlich gut gebucht ist , dann ist das Frühstück kein Vergnügen. Bar Preise übertrieben und das was auf der Karte steht nicht vorhanden. Für den Preis hätte ich mir Spiegeleier erwartet . Eine Nachfrage ob alles OK war, wäre beim Check out angebracht. So ist alles etwas kühl und desinteressiert.

Struttura estremamente comoda per quanto riguarda i trasporti grazie ai quali si riesce ad arrivare a tutti i punti turistici maggiori. Oltre a questo, colazione discreta, un po' carente sui dolci ma nel complesso buona. Camera molto accogliente, ci è stata offerta acqua e del caffè. Nel complesso un ottimo hotel, lo consiglio per chi vuole visita la città!
Struttura estremamente comoda per quanto riguarda i trasporti grazie ai quali si riesce ad arrivare a tutti i punti turistici maggiori. Oltre a questo, colazione discreta, un po' carente sui dolci ma nel complesso buona. Camera molto accogliente, ci è stata offerta acqua e del caffè. The location around the hotel did look a bit weird on approach but it was a lovely hotel. Rooms were ok but breakfast was a bit limited and not replenished in a timely manner. No irons in room and had to put down 10 euros as a holding deposit for the iron. Never had to do that before in any hotel so not sure if it’s standard practice in Austrian hotels. We used Ubers and bolts throughout so cannot comment on the public transport. We were allowed to check in early to 2 of our 3 rooms so that’s a plus.

Two things stand out about the Leonardo, besides it being an excellent value and a very nice hotel. The first is the staff; they were extremely helpful and courteous. The second is the location, a short walk to the Margaretengürtel U4 station and a very pleasant walk to the Naschmarkt and the MuseumsQuartier.
