Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.

O hotel atendeu às nossas expectativas, é moderno, tem um bom atendimento e um bom café da manhã. O bar fica aberto até mais tarde e é uma ótima opção para uma cerveja à noite. O hotel fica bem próximo da estação de metrô (aproximadamente 5 minutos a pé) e, a partir da estação, você tem acesso fácil a todas as áreas turísticas da cidade. O quarto é pequeno, então se tiver muitas bagagens grandes pode ficar apertado.

Hotel was clean overall, room was fine no issues. Disappointed that there was no availability for evening meals if you had been out all day and just wanted to dine in. Travelled with my mum who is celiac and the only gluten free items available were gluten free bread, no cereal or other choices. No cards to help assess whether there is allergens. Property is close to a metro station which is very convenient and runs every 5 mins or so. There are a few shops close by which was great for take out.

We arrived in Vienna early so wasn’t expecting our room to be available but the super polite receptionist checked and we were able to get our room at 11.30am which was brilliant news. Room was spotlessly clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. The rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean too and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of hot and cold food/drink. The hotel was just a short stroll over the road from the nearest U-station (lines U4 & U6) and took the U4 to Karlsplatz (4 stops/7 minutes) which was a perfect starting point for exploring Vienna. I’ll be sure to stay here again next time I visit Vienna and would recommend it to friends and family.

Prinzipiell ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Frühstück ist lecker, aber etwas wuselig. Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer waren gut. Unzureichend war das Housekeeping. Bei 4 Nächten wurden die Betten nur einmal gemacht, ebenso das Bad und die Mülleimer.

Puliscono e riordinano la stanza solo ogni due notti. Il motivo è legato alla ecologia. Ma cosa c'entra l'ecologia con il fatto che non rifacevano il letto? Odio questa ipocrisia. Ormai ci si nasconde dietro i motivi ecologici per risparmiare sul personale e ottenere un maggior profiitto.

Everything was exceptional. I was lucky to be able to checkin early. The room was clean, beds so comfortable, shower superb, and was able to leave my bags with reception on the day I left so i could walk around more easily. Customer service was brilliant from sll staff

Die Infrastruktur ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die U-Bahn war in wenigen Schritten einfach zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht wirklich gut. Etwas seltsam fanden wir, dass der Raum erst nach dem 2.Tag gereinigt wurde, und dabei der Müll nicht entfernt wurde. Danach gabe es keine Reinigung mehr.

We stayed there for five nights and the side towards the street can be a bit louder due to the train, but we were not really bothered by it. The room didn't had a refrigerator and was on the smaller end. In general very cozy, and nice clean, new bathroom.

Wir wussten nicht, dass in Zimmer 405 bis 412 die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können! Ich empfand das als sehr bedrückend! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommode (Bügeleisen)sind sehr praktisch! Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht und sehr gut geschlafen! Im Bad sollte man den Waschbeckenüberlauf besser reinigen (schwarz innen), was aber in fast jedem Hotel ein Manko ist! Ich finde das eklig. Werden aber sicher wieder im HAMPTON by HILTON buchen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keine Ablagen/Schränke oder ähnliches für die Kleidung, nur eine Flurgarderobe. Mit großem Hund war es sehr eng. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind sehr laut. Ein Minikühlschrank wäre gut gewesen. Ansonsten war es dort sehr sauber und das Personsl nett. Das Hotel liegt gleich an der Bahnstation (deshalb auch die Lsutstärke) und man ist schnell im Zentrum.

⸻ I stayed at this hotel in Vienna for 4 days. It’s a very nice hotel—clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Even though I went through some difficult days in Vienna, the hotel staff supported me. I had my wallet, passport, and phone stolen in Vienna. The receptionist Moritz was constantly helpful. He helped me get in touch with my family and printed out city maps for me. I would like to especially thank him. I highly recommend this hotel. The fact that the metro station is just across the street is also a big plus.much love

The attitude and service of the staff is very bad. I lost my credit card and they wouldn't lend me the phone at the front desk. When the breaker in my room tripped, they said it was my fault for using the hair dryer and the kettle at the same time. They also scolded me for putting too much water in the kettle. Isn't it normal for people to use both at the same time in the first place? They should apologize for the power shortage in their hotel first. When I called to ask to borrow a fork, they told me in a strong tone that I should come and get it myself. I don't know if it was racism, but this is not the kind of attitude you would expect from an international hotel, and it's really disappointing. This hotel really made me hate this country.

Everything was exceptional. I was lucky to be able to checkin early. The room was clean, beds so comfortable, shower superb, and was able to leave my bags with reception on the day I left so i could walk around more easily. Customer service was brilliant from sll staff

A little bit further from the city center but accessible via tram or train. I would say in a quieter area of the city. The room itself was clean and a good size. Has a nice entry way for coats and shoes. Has a dresser that serves as a coffee station. Has a clean and spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Even has a small sitting area. Breakfast was included with booking and they had a decent spread but it was the same for the days we were there so not much variety. Maybe they have a weekly rotation? I can't be sure. Giving 4 star because we did not have the most welcoming reception on arrival. I perceived it as blunt and unfriendly. Could only assume this is a cultural or social difference?

The hotel and staff in general were brilliant. The position of the hotel in relation to public transport to the centre of Vienna was ideal. The Schonbrunn Palace was within walking distance...just over 1km. Very clean, comfortable beds and good size bedrooms. Would have liked a more varied breakfast...plenty of food there but the same buffet every morning...switching it up a bit would be welcome. All in all we would def visit it again.

The hotel is not recommended if you want breakfast. There was no information about allergens in the food, such as wheat, lactose, vegan options, etc. The staff were also unhelpful during our stay when asked about the ingredients. We felt like a burden when we asked for assistance.

Hotel was clean overall, room was fine no issues. Disappointed that there was no availability for evening meals if you had been out all day and just wanted to dine in. Travelled with my mum who is celiac and the only gluten free items available were gluten free bread, no cereal or other choices. No cards to help assess whether there is allergens. Property is close to a metro station which is very convenient and runs every 5 mins or so. There are a few shops close by which was great for take out.

Das ist Hotel ist neu und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Aufzug direkt zur Ausgangstür ist sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, jedoch gab es an gesundem Obst eine Recht begrenzte Auswahl. Saftauswahl war super, die Möglichkeit frische Waffeln zu backen auch :) Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, in guter Lage zu fairem Preis. Empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Bei einem relativ neuen Hotel wie diesem, hätte ich schon einen aktuellen Smart TV erwartet mit App Anbindung. Das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig. Wenig Auswahl und Geschmacklich auch nur ok. Katastrophal ist die Organisation des Buffets. Es ist totales Chaos am Buffet, weil alles so durcheinander angeordnet ist und die Menschen wie verrückt kreuz und quer laufen. Dazu kommt dann nocj das Küchenpersonal das natürlich auch regelmäßig entlang läuft. Das sorgt für viel Stress am morgen.

Hotel was easily accessible by Underground from the Centre of Vienna. You could even see the Hotel when you came out of the nearest Underground! Staff were friendly and Hotel was very clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing as the food was all lukewarm/cold on the first day and the egg was only hot enough the next day when I happened to come just as the container was being topped up. Not too pleasant and potentially a health hazard.
