Absolutely wonderful hotel and the staff was so friendly! We would come back from the museums and tours at the end of each day and pop into the bar for a drink & bartenders would make a perfect Lemon Drop martini for my wife. The location is also great very close to everything. We can’t wait to come back and stay!!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Well equipped, clean, luxurious gym. Top notch. Upgraded from a deluxe room to an Eiffel Tower view, balcony view room. Absolutely stunning French experience. Luxurious linen sheets. Beautiful pillows. An incredible chandelier hanging in the middle of the room. Total elegance and beauty, with French doors, opening up to the balcony. This is a beautiful property. Conveniently located next to the Louvre.Staff were friendly and courteous throughout the stay. Room service, restaurant, bar area, all exceptional.Housekeeping, truly top notch. After a busy day on the town , to come back to an immaculate room, was such a great feeling.It was our anniversary, and the hotel fulfilled my request of roses and champagne with no issues whatsoever.Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view from our room of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk woman who showed us to our room. She was very kind, personable and helpful. For the most part our stay was flawless with the exception of our bedding. There were several hairs on the sheets that were not ours. The front desk was accommodating by bringing us new sheets but could not remake the bed. This was disappointing. Also the gentleman who checked us in was not overall friendly. He did not even say hello/bonjour when we arrived. I had to speak first. This shouldn’t happen at a 5 star hotel.

The room had mold smell wick I am highly allergic to so actually have me a terrible migraine and has to leave the hotel. I am filing a formal complaint because for $1800 a night at 5 star hotel I should not deal with mold. Not our first time in Paris or 5 star hotels here reserving through Expedia but first time this ever happened. I also has reserved an additional 5 nights and requesting refund for those since I litrerally had to leave the hotel to be able to breath.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel but here were the pros and cons: Pros: Great location. You can walk to tons of museums, shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Large rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff and frequent cleaning/turndown service. Cons: The internet was very slow, I pretty much had to use my data and turn off Wi-Fi. It was also public, so not sure about safety there. There are almost no English channels other than the news and there was no streaming capabilities with the tv, we were told that upgrade is in progress. The bathroom light would turn off for us at night and would not turn back on until maybe 30 minutes later after playing around with the ancient switch. Thank goodness for the hallway light. The hotel is 125 yrs old so it has old bones. I normally would not get into all of these details but for a 5 star hotel and $700 a night, most of these things need to be fixed or improved. I think it should be advertised as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Throw in a free breakfast or something too...

Although the hotel is in a great and convenient location, the rooms are a bit tired. The carpeting is old and the room we stayed at has an issue with the shower where the bathroom floor would get basically flooded after each shower. We also didn’t receive an Expedia VIP upgrade, even though I checked and they did have availability for the category above the room we reserved.

The hotel is grand and so is staff is incredible! Sla, Stanley and Sarah at the front desk were excellent! Eric was always so friendly at the front door. Jonathan and Yasin at the restaurant were also phenomenal!! And Hameed was excellent at the concierge desk - he helped us find great restaurants, directions to the station etc.! We loved it and will return!!

Hotel Regina Louvre exceeded my expectations! From pulling up to the hotel, walking into the lobby and being escorted into my room, I was in awe. Everything is beautiful and has the Paris charm feel with the decor. The staff were ALL so wonderful. Concierge was super helpful with dinner reservations. Every time we would walk past the front desk, we were greeted with a smile. The doormen were always there holding the door for us and getting us a taxi if needed. The hotel was clean and room was spacious! The location was perfect! So close to sightseeing sites, close to the train and nearby shops and delicious restaurants. Def will be back for another Paris visit!

Typically, I prefer to stay on the other side of the Seine, but wanted a convenient location for my son’s first trip to Paris. Extremely walkable and within 500 feet of the Metro. Ubers were challenging through no fault of the hotel, as streets were blocked due to a music festival across the street at the Jardin Des Tuileries. The staff was incredible, providing amazing service, responsiveness, recommendations, and water — thanks to a considerable heat wave throughout the city. We will definitely stay here again.

Séjour agréable mais désolé de dire que cela ne représente un vrai 5 étoiles. Portier désagréable à qui on arrache un bonjour à demi mot. Dommage Chambre spacieuse mais présenté avec un supplément de 80 euros pour une vue sur la Tour Effel. Effectivement on la voit dans un coin de la fenêtre mais 80 % de la vue portait sur un immense panneau publicitaire couvrant un bout de façade du Louvre. Petits déjeuner hors de prix

Beautiful hotel, amazing views. The staff could not have been more friendly/helpful! The hotel is located in a much more touristy area than I would normally choose. But for the purposes of this trip, it was just perfect--we were just steps from the Christmas market and from the Louvre/Tuilerie Gardens. I would definitely recommend to others!

The Regina Louvre hotel is a lovely place to stay in Paris. The staff is courteous and could not be more pleasant. They were attentive to all our needs and made us feel home. The room was amazing, very quiet and cozy. The perfect location. Next door ( literally) to the Louvre, just in front of the Tuleries ( garden) amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Metro and buses just few steps from the hotel. I strongly recommend stay at the hotel.

Me hospedé cuatro noches en este hotel y realmente fue decepcionante las alfombras de los pasillos de las habitaciones están viejas y manchadas, la ropa de cama ya está un poco percudida, los baños son amplios pero no hay suficiente espacio para poner las cosas personales, si reservas con desayuno incluido te recomiendo mejor desayunar en los alrededores ya que el desayuno que ofrece el hotel es deprimente. Cuando realices la reserva checa bien el tipo de vista que ofrece para que luego no te den una con vista a un patio estando en Paris en un hotel que ofrece en su página vistas hermosas de la ciudad y el museo.

Un día no hicieron la habitación hasta las 20 horas. Al otro día no teníamos ningún jabón en la bañera. El desayuno es muy pobre y los panes de mala calidad. Muy pocas y malas opciones. El Restaurant cierra la cocina a las 22:30 para cenar. Si vuelves de la Ópera no puedes cenar allí.
