何度か利用させてもらっているは、清潔に保たれていて、公共浴場の使用時間帯も幅広く使いやすい。チェックアウトも11:00までで、朝はゆっくりお風呂と朝食を楽しめる。ラウンジサービスも有り難いうえに、何より朝食の質が凄く高い。調理レベルが高く、他のシティホテルに比べてもかなり満足度が高い。個人的には十分価格に見合ったサービスで、不満に思うところはありません。今後も利用させていただきます。

We loved that this property was located so close to the main Kyoto station where there were plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage forwarding needs and the buffet breakfast… one of the best! The only negative comment, there were not enough washing machines and dryers in the laundry room - there was always a queue and a long wait. Having to set an alarm to go in the middle of the night seemed to be the only option.

Easy 5-minute walk to Kyoto station and to the big shopping malls around the area. The coin operated laundry machines did a good job and came in handy although the number of machines is limited and required a long wait when we were there. I also loved the hot pool, sauna, and massage chair which helped me to relax.

Hotel has great location 3 minute walk from Kyoto train station. Rooms were very comfortable, amenities provided included pajamas and slippers. The onsite free Onsen was great and excellent way to relax at end of day. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was added cost but well worth the price with multiple options. If visiting Kyoto you can’t get a better location for your visit.

Well located across from main train station Nice lounge facility with excellent coffee. We stayed here on 2 separate occasions. And 2nd checkin with Mrs Shirikawa was better as she was friendlier and communicate better in English. Everyone was professional just she was more smiley which puts us at ease. So special thanks to her. Also hotel has mini onsen, massage chair, laundry facility

This hotel was very pretty inside. The sento bath was amazing. A true gem! So relaxing and well designed. We loved the pj's provided. The fitness center was also great. We used the massage chairs a few times as well. The one thing we would change is the combo washer/dryer. Our clothes never dried so we had to take them to a close by laundromat. We would stay again- so close to Kyoto station for bus and train adventures.

Great place to stay! Close to train and hotel is modern. The coffee/tea in the lobby, along with the daily items for your room, are a nice touch. Breakfast is amazing! Highly suggest - worth the cost. Bath is wonderful and modern. Gym is small though.

the hotel i very new and nice and room is big for Japan standard. Its very near to Kyoto station which is very convenient, only 1 thing is the cleaning part can be improved. found a strain of hair on bed and some dirt on carpet which first enter room. otherwise the rest are good.

We visited Kyoto and stayed at this hotel. The stay was excellent. Clean, the breakfast excellent, and the service first-class. I've stayed in several hotels in various countries, and this was, without a doubt, the one where I felt completely happy and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing Stay at this new hotel for 4 nights beyond my expectation (for the price I paid)! Superb location right across Kyoto Station (5*). Booked the Superior room and it was spacious with decent sized bathroom c/w bathtub (5*). Excellent housekeeping team that made the room look spick and span everyday as though you just checked in (5*). Comfortable bed, linen and towels (5*). The lounge on the first floor which is accessible to all guests is big for mingling and it provides different hot beverages (5*). Near to the reception is a countertop for you to pick a variety of amenities and toiletries which include face wash, moisturiser, lotion, mask, shaver etc.(5*). Oh yes, the Onsen is of decent size and good to relax there after a day of long walking(5*). Will definitely go back on my next trip. Do book early to get good rate. Pls keep up the high standard!

Excellent location if you travel from or to Kyoto Station. Excellent breakfast. Room bit small but clean. Sound proof not that good can hear from outside or outside can hear you inside the room. Will never give laundry or dry clean for them, came back not even clean or didn't try to clean. Came back the clothes with our own hair inside the clothes.

Wonderful hotel choice, less than 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. Quiet area but walkable to many shops and food options. Loved the public bath option. The staff was great and helped with our luggage transfer. We did not include the breakfast option and it was a bit overpriced at around $30 usd per person.

Budget hotel in a convenient location. Self-service for the most part - self check-in, you have to collect towels from front desk, along with any toiletries you need. Breakfast was great, but again found the service to lack a personal touch. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were very small and hard. Hospitality was non-existent. Excellent buffet breakfast and close to Kyoto Station and Toyota car rental. Minus - hotel reception refused to call us a cab at check out. Recommend opting for Premium or above grade rooms if possible, we experienced Moderate and Premium and the top up is well worth it.

I had a great stay at Hotel Vischio.The whole staff was very professionalThe complimentary drinks were very much appreciated. Super close to kyoto station and airport bus to kansai. The ride to all shopping areas were 2-3 subway stops away. Room was tidy and very comfortable.The cleaning staff were amazing.I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in kyoto!

I've stayed in several hotels in various countries, and this was, without a doubt, the one where I felt completely happy and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. There was absolutely no service at this hotel. We needed an extra towels, you had to go to the front desk, and had NO face cloths. They provided a water kettle in your room, but no tea or anything, had to go downstairs to get it. They copied our passports twice, once before check in, and again at check in. They had no concierge service, if you were early, they let you enter a room where you had to lock up your own luggage. There was only a breakfast buffet, with no other food or restaurant on site. Upon check out, you received no service, and to use a machine. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone to anyone, and couldn’t believe Hotels.com gave it over a 9 rating!

The staff were wonderful, and special shout out to the concierge greeting visitors on the day of our arrival 14Oct - he was so friendly and made an effort to settle us in. Especially fun was when he introduced us to the RoboKitty because he noticed my fascination with its mobility. Thank you for an enjoyable first visit to Kyoto.

This property is conveniently located near a train station entrance, specifically for the Shinkansen trains. However, it is located on the opposite side of the bus station stops, so it was a little walk through the train station. We used buses more in Kyoto, so worth noting. There were multiple convenience stores, dining, and shops all available within walking distance. Also very close to Aeon Mall for further shopping. Be sure to check out the grocery store located inside this complex. Good find! The room met our expectations for size and was great for two adults. The bed and pillows were comfy. There were no robes in the room, only pajamas for use. When we decided to extend our stay in Kyoto, the staff was very helpful in booking another room. We were unable to use the same room, so we had to check out and then check back in. They held our luggage until the 3 pm check-in time, which was great. There was a small problem with our new room as it had not been cleaned. We called the reception desk, and they immediately fixed the problem and gave us a new room. I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was very kind and helped us with information and with luggage dispatch to our next destination. The bedroom was really good and spacious. Three minute walk from Kyoto station, so it was good to arrive and leave with Shinkansen and also to move around the city with train and subways.

Hotel Vischio sits right across the street from Kyoto station, which made it super convenient for getting around. There’s also a lot of food and things to see within a walking 20 min distance. The rooms were a bit smaller than our first stay on this trip, but the rooms were clean and the public bath was worth the access. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely new hotel, very clean, rooms are lovely and modern with a nice separate bathtub and shower. The highlight of this hotel was definitely their phenomenal breakfast/brunch buffet, worth ordering especially if traveling with older western food oriented types as they will be happy too for once. ;-) The snack room was a nice in the lobby for coffee and tea outside of mealtime. Perfect location by train station, shops and restaurants. Could walk 5 minutes to station and take train or subway to many locations in Kyoto.

Great hotel! Perfect location w/easy and walkable access to the main Kyoto Station, family mart, 7-11s, etc. Safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The amenities were pretty awesome. Only downside is that the daily breakfast was very expensive so we had to resort to surrounding restaurants and cafes.
