Fantastic all around! Great location, friendly staff, amenities were excellent

The hotel was situated in a great location, especially if you plan to use the train often. The room was great. It was clean and ready by check-in. Staff were friendly. You can leave luggage in a secure area for free after check-out in case you have time to roam around. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it.

Breakfast was amazing! The French toast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Japanese style breakfast was delicious as well. Staff were so nice and professional and helpful. I loved how fast the elevators worked every time. The hotel was modern and rooms were very clean. Looking forward to coming back next time I visit Kyoto!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms with comfortable beds, amenitites, plenty of bedside charging options. Easy commute is big +++++ being central located near Kyoto station. Plenty of shopping and dining options around. Complimentary tea and coffee lounge, and bath.

Incredible breakfast variety Japanese & American! Comfy room & quite albeit on the smaller side but hotel close to Kyoto station. Able to store luggage in their storage room after checkup a plus. All sorts of toiletries can be taken from the lobby.
