Had a great stay, pools were nice and the breakfast was good. Trolly stop right in front of the hotel.

Stayed overnight on my way to Fontana Dam area of the Great Smoky Mountains. Excellent very affordable place to stay. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Breakfast included with a very good selection of foods - runs from 7am-10am (does get busiest during last hour). Hotel has both indoor and outdoor pool. Centrally located, within minutes of countless restaurants and attractions. Front Desk staff very friendly and professional.

Our stay was good. Parking is tight and limited. Rooms were clean, good area. Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and our room was very clean with all amenities we needed. My only complaint would be that the pictures of the pool on this site are misleading. The pool is very small, especially for a hotel of that size.

Room was clean and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was good and the staff experience made for a great welcoming stay… Great water pressure for the shower and also the indoor pool and hot tub was clean and great temperature!

The breakfast wasn't too bad. Very clean. Both hot tubs were out of condition. The outside one finally opened. Good value for the price

Breakfast was good with several options. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking was limited and we couldn't park close to our room most of the time. Overall, very good place to stay.

It was a decent place to stay but the tub was clogged with a giant hairball. Parking was tight and full all the time.

The property is very dated. The carpet in the room was dirty. It left black stuff on the bottom of our feet. For the price I will stay elsewhere when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Bathroom was dirty. Old soap left in the tub and made it seem as if it was not cleaned prior to my stay.

This hotel was just OK. The pool water was very merky, you couldn’t see your feet at the bottom and it was super cold. The hot tub didn’t work. When we got back to the room we had to wipe up water from the floor and the floors were very black. As if they hadn’t been mopped in a very long time.

The bad first. We booked room 125 is which is ground floor inside the pool area. First impression walking in, humid, damp, strong chlorine smell, and (although understandable) noisy until the pool closed. The biggest turn off was upon walking into the room I Immediately noticed small cockroaches on the wall. We saw 8 or more on the walls, floor and back in the bathroom. The room was very dark and misty and overall had a dirty feel. I was not relaxed or comfortable and for our first vacation we've been able to take for years, it was pretty disappointing. But, the good part is......The next AM we saw yet another cockroach in the dresser, so I decided to ask front desk if they could switch me rooms. The hostess Rebecca was very kind and immediately had a room available for us within the next hour. We were now second floor, outside wing. It was world's different. Much cleaner, no musty smell, no bugs. (In both rooms I checked for bed bugs and did not spot any) The lobby breakfast was good, but in a tight space and it was hard to find a time frame where there weren't 15 people crowded in at once. Location was very good, other than it being tricky to cross the highway (U turns), depending on which attraction you were headed to. In general I recommend this place, although I do suggest not booking an adjoining poolside room, as another review I found also mentioned their poolside room being dank with bugs.

Rooms were clean. Beds were a little firm but overall slept good on them.

The property was well kept outside and staff was friendly every time we dealt with anyone. There was a nice selection of foods for breakfast, but it wasn’t ready until 7. I have three small kids, so they are up and hungry before then. The waffles were delicious. Our only real problem: The floor in our room was dirty - like not swept well and not mopped at all. I let the front desk know and they said they would have someone sweep and mop. It was cleaner when we returned, but they missed most of the bathroom floor area and our feet and socks were black every time we walked through there. I had to make my kids wear their shoes when they weren’t in the beds. I do not feel like it was mopped well between guest stays.

Reasonably clean. Easy to check in, good value. The room was near the entrance and there was no sound insulation from the busy street going through the town

The room is HUGE and comfortable

Room was nice, mostly updated, except for bathroom. 3 queen beds was nice for falimy of 6 to all be together. Indoor pool was nice to have but didn't get to use.

Hotel was nice for the most part. Room had a slight smell and there was no usb ports. The pool was nice and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Hot breakfast was great! Bed was firm if you like it that way. Room was very clean. Better to get a room not inside my the pool.... it was noisy because people stayed swimming at 830

Beds were uncomfortable and room needs updating could use a chair to sit in other then table chair

The room was clean. The rooms with two queen beds is a little small for four adults. The bathtubs need hand rails. The breakfast choices were minimal compared to other places. The dining area is small and hard to maneuver. You could hear the noises from outside.

This property is right across the street from Dolly Stampede and about 2.5 miles from Dollywood. We enjoyed our stay with a comfortable, clean room. Continental breakfast includes hot and cold items and the indoor pool was a plus. The only negative is that it appears as if the rooms have fire places. They don't have functioning fire places. Great experience overall.

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are spacious enough, but they where very humid and very poorly ventilated. The rooms had a certain smell to them due to the enclosed air and humidity. Black spots on the roof in the shower area. Loud and very noisy air condition system. The breakfast was quite alright. Typical for the hotel style, but you could cook your own waffles which was a nice touch! We did not try the pool, but it was packed with guests anytime we passed by. I dont think i would stay here again.

There were no charging (USB) ports in the room. We did not bring any plug in blocks so we could not charge our phones or tablets! Breakfast was nice and plentiful!

Enjoyed my stay at best Western Toni inn, the staff were amazing and so nice , the breakfast was good and hot, the rooms were clean, and had nice indoor and outdoor pools. Will definitely stay there again

Rude staff

The check in was ok the guy checking us in wasn’t very friendly but that is not my biggest complaint. Check out was at 11 so we get up early go out to get breakfast we carried most of our stuff out so we wouldn’t have to do it when we came back and as we come back to our room around 10:15 or 10:30 the maid had already cleaned our room threw all the stuff we had in fridge and our little cooler in the garbage. We told we hadn’t checked out yet so why would she be in our room the do not disturb sign was even on our door. So we went to the front office they told us there was nothing they could do. So we will not be staying there any more.

Mark at the check in counter was amazing!! Super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. We loved having access to the indoor pool, hot tub and hot buffet breakfast.

We had a maintenance man let himself into our room unannounced for no apparent reason. The breakfast area is very small with limited seating.

Great hotel. We have stayed here several times. Reasonably priced and great accommodations. We were able to get early Checkin at noon. They were very accommodating!

I absolutely loved staying here, we had one hiccup but I don’t want that to negatively impact - I just like being real. I ran 5 star resorts before and I was very happy with the overall quality, value and service I received. Let’s get directly to what most visitors are more concerned with - CLEANLINESS - It is clean!!!!! The room staff takes pride in what they do and for that they should be recognized for doing such a wonderful job. The interior and exterior are maintained, AC worked very well and no issues with plumbing. The included Breakfast offers a perfect variety to give that much needed “Pick Me Up” to get you started and filling enough to keep you satisfied until lunch or beyond - saves you a decent amount!!! I say YES book this hotel!!!! The only hiccup is we arrived at 10:30aM but Check-In is at 3pm and you cannot check-in before then, even if the room is ready unless you pay an additional $20. Now, we were allowed to sit by and swim in the pool and sit in the hot-tub until 3pm so we we’re absolutely accommodated by being allowed to swim prior to check in.

The hotel was being remodeled they were working on both sides of my room pretty much from daylight past dark. I reached out to the general manager to discuss it he never even returned the email, we should have been told when we booked the reservation to expect all the noise, then we would have went somewhere else.. as far as I'm concerned they owe me compensation for the pure aggravation and not being able to relax.

Great value! A bit far from the main part of Pigeon Forge, but right near the intersection to Dollywood Lane. Had some issues with finding a parking spot, but was able to park without worry after speaking with the front desk.

Reception on arrival was very pleasant and quick. Close to Dollywood and right across the street from Dixie Stampede. Comfortable and affordable.

We loved how accessible everything was to the hotel! The location is convenient and safe. There were lots of dining options near by and easy on site parking.

The room was very clean! Easy check in and out. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! There’s a Texas Roadhouse right next door and that was very convenient and Dixie stampede is right across the road!

I would say this is just an average motel but with excellent staff. Breakfast area was a bit on the small side, ended up just taking to go boxes up to our room. Room was clean. Room was nice and large with a table and chairs. Housekeeping was good. 3rd floor is a bit inconvenient if needing to cart luggage on a cart.

Very helpful, friendly staff who went aboveboard to help us. Clean rooms! There are two pools, and families truly had fun here. A breakfast is provided with hot and cold selections. However, the breakfast area is tight; perhaps it could be expanded to better mitigate the crowding. Nonetheless, we would definitely return to this hotel.

My daughter and I enjoyed the clean room, breakfast (though crowded/small space) and especially the outdoor pool and hot tub after a long day at Dollywood.

Good little mini vacation we had check in was easy as was check out. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Only down side was the breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve ever had but overall was a nice place. Will definitely be back.

Everything was overall great and would recommend. Room was in great condition and adequate size. Liked it had a good sized refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was well maintained by a worker, but staying there for 6 days, the menu didn’t change and got monotonous. Waffle makers were nice. Need to change up the food options more. Some type of cinnamon rolls, danishes, muffins, bacon would have been nice options.

Breakfast sauge, gravy didnt taste of good quality. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Biscuits didnt seem done

This was a great place-great value! The rooms were updated, clean and spacious. There is an indoor pool abd hottub and an outdoor pool and hottub. Great for families. The breakfast spread was yogurt, eggs and a meat, waffles, muffins, coffee, juice, fruit, biscuits and gravy. You are not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are sidewalks along the main drag if you want to walk to some stores, activities or restaurants. Dolly Parton Stampede is right across from the hotel.
