We had a wonderful stay at Home2. Your staff was welcoming and efficient from check-in to check-out. The room was much larger than we expected and filled with amenities. We really appreciated the counter that ran from the full kitchen to half the length of the room (no searching for a place on the floor to put our suitcases). I want to give a special shout-out to Alaina who we first met when we checked in. She impressed us as a true professional. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were not the overstuffed variety that keep you awake at night. We especially loved the sliding door on the bathroom. It fit so perfectly that I took photos for when we install one at home. The common areas were especially nice. We liked the indoor and outdoor fire-pits. The lobby has a great selection of sitting areas. The dining area had plenty of tables. The breakfast was great. We did notice that the menu varied from day to day which was nice. Our only complaint was the laundry. I was told the machines are owned by an outside vendor. The vendor assumes "ease of use” but that’s not the case. Their "simple 3 step" instructions leave out info needed to start them after paying. No one knew how they worked, except a guest who happened by. This laundry vendor is supposed to be supporting your brand, but they are going to cost you complaints.

This was a great stay. Hotel was brand new and it was a holiday weekend so staff was hustling! Breakfast was excellent, sitting areas in and around the hotel were very welcoming and comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor games, fire pits, outdoor grills, and an indoor pool. It is in a great location, easy to get on and off the freeway and easy to get into town. The only negative thing for me was the number of dogs! So many dogs! This is not a reflection on the hotel but on pet owners - there was already dog hair on make of the cushions/decorative pillows because people let them on the furniture. Hopefully that's not a future issue for this otherwise great hotel.

This hotel was fabulous! The room was large and clean and looked great, nice details. We loved the lobby the best, it had lots of cozy places to sit and read, coffee and tea was available all day and it had a nice outdoor patio. My boys and I went shopping at Bookman's, then came back and sat by the firepit, watched the rain and read, it was perfect! Break was tasty, we enjoyed the different options, like breakfast sandwiches on pretzels rolls. We've been visiting Flagstaff for at least 50 years and usually stay at a campground, this time we chose a hotel for a marching band event and will actually stay here again, thank you for having a great hotel!

We were the first people in the room and it was fantastic ! Even if we weren’t it would have been amazing ….. however the pool is small and only 3.8 ft deep and there is no jacuzzi … other than that it was cool

Super nice hotel. Our only complaint is there was dog hair throughout our entire room. Like EVERYWHERE. We have a crawling baby and she was covered in fur. It was on the shelves, on the couch, randomly in our mouths. I'm not sure if they vacuum after every guest but this room needed it. It also smelled a little of dog (go figure). I would love to see room options that are not pet friendly. We will most likely stay here again! Great for families.

This is a brand new property designed for extended stay. Our room was the size of a trailer home - huge! With everything thoughtfully laid out and every detail perfected. The lobby was gigantic with every amenity conveniently available. Top notch staff and house keeping. My only disappointment was I couldn’t stay longer. One of the best properties I have enjoyed in 40 years of business travel across North America. Kudos to the designers! Stay here!

The facility was conveniently close to restaurants (walking distance). The beds were HORRIBLE. Like sleeping on the ground with a layer of cardboard. The pillows were only suggestions. Deflated to nothing as soon as my head hit them, no matter how many I had.

The accommodations suited my family's needs very well. I wish there was more of a game room/arcade that was stated in the description because there wasn't a whole lot for kids to do when we weren't out and about. They needed to burn off more energy. The variety of breakfast options was amazing. I loved that we has the choice cook in room, although we didn't do any of that this visit. The room/bed was quite comfortable.

We LOVE these hotels. The only complaint is when i called a few days before check in to make sure everything was good to go we asked about a crib. They said its a pack n play and that she would put it down. When we got here they said they only had one and it was already in use. If i would have been told that when i called we would have brought ours. The only thing that made it ok is the fact that we got a king size bed.

It’s a great place to rest, outside it’s surrounded by pine trees nice place to relax, inside the rooms are big and super clean, definitely I recommend! Prices are low for this type of hotel! We will definitely consider to come back again in the near future!

Literally, the waffle, pancake, and yogurt machines were all broken. No fruit. Just bread, cereal, and some muffins. Hardly a hot breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was fine except the breakfast. Not sure if was a staffing issue or what but there wasn’t enough food for the guests and it wasn’t even close. Waited for two hours and got an apple and three 3 inch pancakes for my two children and myself. After giving up and hoping that after the rush there would be food available, I came back downstairs an hour later and there was still no food and just as many angry hungry guests.
